The pump came in bubble wrap. No manufacturers box. Upon opening it, my hands started getting wet. After inspecting it more I realized someone had installed it and then returned it. PPL then put it in bubble wrap and sold it to me as a new unit. Not happy!

Not the same step as the one I have was no comment about the change in sizes base plate not the same as before.i have FedEx back to you

I received my order in two days! Unbelievable! The water heater was exactly as I ordered, complete with a users manual. Installation took about 2 hours doing it by myself. Very simple and straight forward. Very pleased with the entire experience.
