PPL is always my first stop for RV parts. Received order before promised date.

Unpacked & attempted to use but it only makes 1 batch then quits. I have to restart to make another batch. I can't continue to do this.

Not sure why such large box was used for such a small part and it needed to be refrigerated?

Keyword search function of the website could be improved, but if you have a part number you're instantly good to go. The products are of great quality and if you have to speak with someone by phone they are the most knowledgeable people in the industry and friendly.

After numerous searches, I finally found what I needed. Site was easy to navigate and price was acceptable. Now, to see how soon it arrives, and verify quality. OK, post order comments. The only policy I do not like of pplmotorhomes it's not shipping to p.o.boxes. I had to go to FedEx and pick up my order but it was on the way to work so no sweat. I will definitely be doing business again.

We promptly received product as ordered. Application is actually to seal a gutter where the lanai meets the house in SW Florida. It has been an issue for over a year. A roofer shared his experience with Dyco 20/20 seam sealant. We just needed a bit more so we are pleased you sell QT size. Thanks.
