I needed to know the weight of the product. I've not opened it yet so don't know whether the item will work for my gerry rigged installation.
A freight charge was added at the end. It was a bit deceiving to say 9.99 shipping then add a freight charge after.
Delivery was two hours late.
Machine has limited capabilities but will suffice.

SHipping price is a little high.
The Randy McNally 7730 replaced my 7710 which quit working after 2 1/2 years. I tried a Magellan and returned it as I didn't like anything about it. The Randy McNally is perfect for rvers. It keeps you away from low bridges and on good roads. It is easy to use and reasonably priced. I do hope this one lasts longer.

Easy to use website, prices available, fast shipping (I hope) best deal I could find with shipping price.Turns out the tank was on "backorder", wasn't told this until phone call made a week and a half after order...tank showed 16 days after order date...if it's not in stock, please say so.
