I was very satisfied with the buying experience and the delivery time. I have not yet had a chance to actually use the product I purchased, but do not anticipate any problems once I do hook it up and use it.

Hassle free ordering. Shipped promptly and worked as expected.
I was a little worried as it did not come as quickly as I thought it should have, but it did finally come. It arrived in good condition, so it should work fine although I was not able to put it in and use it the way I wanted to before it got too cold. I will have to wait for it to warm up before I can install it.
This is the second time I have ordered from PPL. The website is easy to use. The first item came quickly and was complete and satisfactory. The second item was not all there, but there was a number to call on the packing slip. I called that number. It was only a short wait to talk to a living person. I explained the problem, and the woman assured me it would be taken care of. I then received an email asking me to box up the incomplete item and place it by the door. I did so, and UPS came and picked it up. They had the address label--I didn't have to make one. Then a few days later, my order came again, and this time it was complete. I am satisfied.
