Had what I needed. Price? Good delivery time. Product was damaged in shipment and they have shipped another the next day. We'll see what happens

Ordering was fast and simple. Shipping was a bit pricey but product arrived quickly and in good condition.

No clear instructions to set up devices (2)...Where is the pin hole? Only 1 set of green tank spacers...Where is the activation button(s)? Why no info on purchasing the separate tank(s) monitor?

I had some questions regarding the usage etc and their responses were very quick and helpful. It is working good and think they are a great company. And I don't say that often.

Toilet went kerfluey on Friday. Spent Saturday researching replacements on line. Ordered new one on Sunday, paid $9.99 standard shipping. Got it Wednesday afternoon. Only complaint (so far) was the packing. Someone flooded the carton with spray foam, which adhered both to the toilet and the cardboard box. Once I got it broken free without breaking the toilet, everything went smoothly.

PPL is wonderful and shipped on time.

I would change my delivery service to Fed Ex or UPSP and get rid of UPS.
They left it at the neighbors gate. Found it at 5:00 am the next morning after searching that evening all over property two acres down.
