I ordered the product over the internet over the weekend. I expected to get an order number and email reply that the order was being process. There was no email confirming my order. I had to call and at first they said that they were waiting for payment. I told them that I entered my credit card for the online purchase. They said they would follow up on my order. Finally everything was approved and I got a email confirming my purchase. Kind of scary. Product was delivered in 2 days and I have already installed it and it is operating perfectly.

I have yet to try the generator but the package arrived in good condition and much faster than expected. I received the generator within 24 hours of placing the order. PPL also had by far the best price I could find online for this generator.
