I submitted an online quote form to them as they came up in my google search as a local company in my area that specializes in what I needed. Information was then sent to HomeAdvisors, Angi, and who knows who else. My phone, email, and text have been going non-stop from every vendor imaginable, many that don't even do what I was looking for. Don't bother unless you are willing to deal with the bombardment of calls and texts.

After researching for pool table disassembly moving companies, Powell & Sons popped up as an experienced Pool Table Moving Company in my local area. I completed the request for quote form, and then started receiving many phone calls and text messages from moving companies asking how big is my house and how many bedrooms of furniture needed to be moved.

Bogus ads. Does not respond or hear from other sub-contractors wasting your time. Another reason to hate internet ads and Google. 8

Requested free quote for gutters and downspouts for needed repairs on newly purchased home. Online submission resulted in auto-reply like: "sorry we can't help you but have referred your request to another trusted contractor". 30 seconds later received a call from a sales representative from LEAF FILTER! Don't waste your time with this company as is more of a front-end referral service.

Bogus website -someone totally unrelated calls you back. Says they handle all the calls to get you to the right people

There is no option to call the company, it's only done via their website. I made three attempts to request a quote for a new grease trap installation and I never even received one single response.
