I feel I was lied to a number of times - by different sellers all hawking the same brand of jacket - Free People. Oversized which I knew but how large, not ONE of them ever stated that oversized was HUGE. I will NEVER deal with Poshmark again. One big Rip-Off. Beware...

Hello, I`m guessing when sellers list on poshmart there`s no time limit on listings so its June you see something was listed in December you ask a question you will not get a response. Sellers list and get lost. Some Seller are in no hurry to ship your item. On ebay you get 30 to return or work out a problem with an item and protection. With poshmart you get 3 you can`t work out a problem (stain on item bought you can`t get it cleaned before shipping back) with the seller. Don`t waist your time and money use ebay.

Splurged on an item that matched the description when on the hanger but not when wearing, sent a picture but since the item matched the description on the hanger Poshmark determined that I was out of luck and denied my return request. I'll stick to ebay since there seem to be more protections in place for customers

I am very disappointed as a seller on Poshmark. I am a very fast seller who always sells my clothes the next day. I have sold a red shirt on Poshmark and received a return request for not as described. The buyer considered my shirt as orange. All my friends and even my shirt original website said this is a red shirt but Poshmark approved the return request. I understand Poshmark is receiving a lot of negative comments and reviews from the buyers so that they are trying to make buyers happy, which I totally agree as a buyer myself at the same time. But I believe it should also protect the sellers' rights as we are also a major part of Poshmark. I am also selling on Mercari and never had this kind of bad experience.

I've placed 4 orders within the past 2 months, and had to cancel 2 of them due to no shipment from seller. PM should change how they run their business or they will lose. The 2 items I did get were very very good deals though. SO I will go to PM just to check if what I plan on purchasing on ebay is cheaper there and Consider dealing with PM but it is very unlikely. I might save a few dollars on PM, but the probability of getting the item is low.

Have not had the best experiences. The Poshmark sellers I have ordered from have misrepresented the product or won't ship in a timely fashion (who wants to wait a week for the seller to ship something?). Would rather deal with eBay. Poshmark is a joke.

Always received exactly what I saw. The one time I received pants that were incorrectly sized and poorly stitched I reached out to Poshmark and got a refund. You have to understand that sellers are not all big companies, they can be students or moms. So items can take time to ship. To communicate with the seller you can comment on their listing. Poshmark refunds you if the items not shipped within a week. Plain and simple.

I will never purchase anything over $15 again.
This policy is in fine print (not in listings). To know this you would have to search their FAQ section. And you will have to search a bit to find its return policy. It is not in the community guidelines, how to buy on poshmark, nor is there a link at the bottom of the page for "return policy," which seems deceptive considering it is so strict.

It seems pretty outrageous for an online clothing site, resale site, to not allow buyers to return an item. All stores have return policies and state that policy boldly.
There is nothing wrong with the expensive dress I purchased, but I don't like the way it looks on me or the decorative flowers (they looked flat in the photos, but in real life stick out 1/2" along the bust).
Well, shame on me for assuming I could return it promptly in the condition I received it. Shame on me for not researching return policy before purchasing.

I'm not sure who can say that they have never returned a single piece of clothing after getting home and trying it on.

I am not going to purchase on Poshmark ever again for anything wearable. I'll stick to Ebay or Etsy for styles that are no longer current and in the shops.

Horrible customer service! They are only interested in growing and clearly everything else has to stand behind. I bought a LV bag which I'm still sure is fake, but they "authenticated" it and gave me a credit for the bag not being in the promised shape. A couple of days later, I wanted to use this credit and it disappeared completely. No track, no history, nothing that even showed it was there. When I contacted the customer service, they asked me to provide the original emails because "they could not find it"? Wtf, this is their customer service?
A few months later, I have another issue: shoes advertised size 8 are actually size 10. Of course, nothing can be done...
Worst experience, I'm writing off that credit I have there... trouble is not worth the credit!

I shopped around a lot and finally found what I was looking for on poshmark. Seller accepted my offer and I paid with credit card. The next day she cancelled the order. NO correspondence from the seller and NO way to get ahold of her. In the mean time they still have my money... waiting for a refund. WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!

I have been using Poshmark for several years. It is the worst site ever. I had authentic Fendi boots that were purchased from Nordstrom. They said they were "unable to verify authenticity" and canceled my sale. They are an ABSOLUTE JOKE!

I bought a pair of shoes, a month ago. The seller advertised them as being new & also white in color. The shoes arrived & it was very evident they had been worn, plus they were beige, not white! I contacted Poshmark & they do NOT stand behind it, like EBay does! To refund whatsoever! Do not buy from Poshmark!

Poshmark employees are fraudsters who approve each other's fake returns as they rob and steal from honest sellers by sending random items different than what they bought so they can keep the original items for free. These are the same unethical people who get to decide on claims. Unfair decisions of Poshmark claims are no surprise considering the unethical people in charge. This company continues to grow by the minute. They pay BBB for their B+ rating in spite of their average 1 star review across the entire internet including the BBB's own website. Definitely a F- rating deserved. No phone support just wait days/ weeks for email responses that resolve nothing. This company needs a class action lawsuit big time! Justice needs to be served for the innocent victims like myself!

I signed up for poshmark. Ordered 6 items... Only 2 shipped. I have to wait two weeks for a refund. We should be able to see a sellers rating. Or even contact a seller directly. This site is pure $#*!..

Seller, stefielouhoo, posted a stock photo ad of a model wearing a "dress", The dress she was selling was labeled women's size M. The dress in the photo reached to within a couple of inches above the model's knees. However, what I received was clearly a top, with a measured shoulder to hem length of 29 inches and NO SIZE ON THE LABEL. It barely reached to the top of my thighs. When I requested a refund, she admonished "This is a matter of fit, which is not a reason for opening a case... You could have asked for measurements of the item yet you chose not to do that. Unfortunately, there is not a set standard for what every size medium in the world should measure. Ultimately, you should have asked for measurements to assure a proper fit." Well, I expect a size M dress to reach at least a few inches below my panties and not expose them, which is how a size M fits me. If the seller had just posted an actual photo of the article of clothing on a size M model, it would have been a completely different outcome. Why would an honest seller post pictures that are not of the actual piece of clothing they are peddling if not to deceive the buyer? Honesty in advertising is key. And the length of this piece is not even close to being justified as a dress.

I opened a closet. My first sale of a pair of Old Gringo boots went very well. Then I listed some Hermes Oran shoes. I had no idea how sought after they were. I bought them in France while home visiting family. First off, they asked to see the stamp. Then ladies claimed my shoes were fake all the while giving me low ball offers. I had listed the shoes for $300 and they normally sell for $680 and up. I had worn them maybe twice... so rather new. Long story short I sold them for $200 and the girl claimed they were "sticky". She also sent pictures of the edge with on scratch. I did not recall that being there. She pulled on the edges claiming the shoes were falling apart. Even with her yanking the shoes were fine. I asked her if the shoes fit and got crickets. I later was reading that Poshmark does not issue a refund request if its based on fit. So, there you have it. It is my firm belief the shoes didn't fit so she had to make up other issues. Ultimately, Poshmark approved the return and their reason "scuff" Now I am awaiting my shoes to return to me and I fear in what condition they will come back. I have decided to no longer sell on Poshmark. They did nothing to protect my shoes or me as a seller. Even with her pictures of her being rough with the shoes... unreal.
