The good things about Poshmark is Ive found several beautiful pieces of clothing at great prices-BUT thats not typical. Ive owned/worked in the clothing biz for years. Many items are overpriced. Many. There are ALOT of inactive closets or accounts. There are ALOT of sellers who never respond to your questions. Descriptive words like " vintage" or " boho" are overused and not appropriate to the item. I think, with some modifications and improvement Posh could be much better. I deactivated my account out of sheer frustration. You cant have a Posh closet business without having business sense. Many sellers, frankly dont know what they are doing. Hollllla DEANNA in NYC

I tried registering and using Poshmark. Holy cow, nothing works. Their search feature is pathetic. It looks like it was designed by someone who wants to deter customers from using it. Then I could post a question, but had no idea why the system wouldn't permit it and told me to call them for help. I also could neither make an offer, nor buy anything because of the same problem. Finally, when I tried to submit a help request, their reCAPCHA system wouldn't work, so I couldn't submit the message. A 5 year old could do a better job with IT. If they don't give a damn about their IT, then customers should simply say NO. It's time for this business to close. There are many good competitors out there. This is a very bad business.

I ordered a jersey for my son more than 2 weeks before Christmas. A week later and the package has not even been scanned to be shipped. I have tried to cancel the order to purchase elsewhere and, even though the policy on their website states that you can cancel after 7 days if your order hasn't gone out, when you try to cancel it now states that they have up to 10 days to ship. So I cannot cancel until 10 days have passed and yet, I still won't have in time for Christmas. They try to blame the slow mail but if the package hasn't even been scanned, how can it be the slow mail? What a f-ing scam! Oh, and you can't speak to anyone either. Don't waste your time with this site.

Found great stuff. Shipping costs high but ok i accepted. But pre covid took sellers forever to ship. I believe they give them 10 days to ship. On numerous occasions Poshmark sent reminder to the seller and in 2 instances seller never even responded and finally Poshmark issued refund. Unresponsive customer service, Communication only via email. But i finally quit when an earring fell out of a poorly wrapped pkg. I sent photos of hole in envelope and they said we will refund you $5. The earrings cost $35. You can send back the full order or $5 refund. So long Posh. I look at Posh cool closets and then search for the item on ebay which is almost always cheaper and sellers ship in 1 to 2 days. Initially recommended to friends but now I advise to not use. And NO REFUNDS

I have used poshmark several times and it will never be worth it! I've been both buyer and seller and believe me you don't want to be either. As a buyer I have tried to purchase several items, most of the time I would have to cancel the item because the buyer wouldn't send it after 14 days! One time I bought a pair of jeans and the buyer sent me her own jeans rather than the ones she was selling (how does that even happen?). I've also have had the seller lie on there page telling me the wrong size of jeans. All these times I had to get a refund and it was a lot of headaches and completely unnecessary, you think I would learn! Recently I thought I would give poshmark a try as a buyer, that was a mistake. Although you can make some money the people you are selling to are scammers. After I gave a great deal on a top for this girl who really wanted it I sent it to her. After a few days she listed it on her account for double the price! I'm super pissed but it is just another reason why I should delete the app. Buyers are dishonest and unreliable it is rare when you get someone who will actually send you their item. I have had to cancel my order most of the time and I have gotten several refunds from poshmark. Not worth the struggle. It's best if you just go on Etsy or Depop with small business owners that are reliable and care about their customers.

The whole return process is a total hassle. I ordered pants marked large but were not true to size. I sent pictures where the pants were at my waist but over my feet. They ask for more pictures. Do not do business with this company it's unethical!

The seller never said the expensive! Christmas Sack was FILTHY and highly USED. The many photos were sort of blurry. Turns out the "shadows" were black smudges. The The label says spot clean only. Spent hours trying to do just that. Asked for an adjustment in price and got into a long run around with the management that went no where. The are np help at mediation. DISHONEST SELLERS, Poorly run, BAIT and SWITCH sales.
NEVER BUY from this site.
