This website is very bad

I purchased an item from poshmark 13 days ago but I still haven't received the item. The seller said my order was shipped on the 22nd but my order is still stuck at pending shipment scan. This is crazy. So I'm worried that the seller left out my item or if she shipped my item to the wrong person. I can't cancel this order since it's very important. So I contacted Poshmark's support team to find out if they can track my order but they said they can't, instead they suggested me to contact USPS. Poshmark is very careless. The guy who is controlling this website is stupid. Don't buy anything from this website because there's a high risk that you will never receive your order or best case scenario they'll suggest you to get a refund. This website must be banned and removed.

They do not offer any type of protection for any defective items. You have to pay and stay with what you receive. Use Ebay, I have used them for 18 years and they truly care about your experience and satisfaction. Run from Poshmark, plus they charge huge shipping fees. Not reliable.

This is the deal! Most of the clothes are in excellent condition. They are all brand name. If I post a blouse for $25 that is normally $50 and it is in excellent condition, I would say that is a great deal! If you want cheaper prices go to the freaking Goodwill! I'm taking all of my stuff off Poshmark. 20% is BS. We are making some yahoo a very rich man! F that!

Reached out to poshmark multiple times since I'm moving at the end of February to a new state. They literally said 'not to worry, we have a policy in place to protect our buyers'. The order was placed on February 1st, today is February 23rd. Haven't received the purchase or the refund. I've used Poshmark for YEARS, but it has literally become the equivalent of Mercari and DHGate EXCEPT POSHMARK GAUGES 20% and shipping is STUPID HIGH.

Frauds

Sellers, beware. Make sure you check your bank statement after "receiving" your money from Poshmark, as I was charged MY money for the product, and then refunded the chargeback into my account! That is NOT receiving money for a product supposedly sold by you using a third party app!?

Bought something that was completely fake, not how it appeared in photos, when I reached out to customer service they were extremely rude- Shockingly rude, is actually a better way of putting it. Literal a**holes. Their site is full of fake sh*t and it's a huge dice roll as to what you will actually receive in the mail

I have been buying on poshmark for 2 years. I have bought 30 items. Ive never had a bad experience. I bought a ll bean down jacket for $60. It was like brand new. Brand new they are $300. You can get designer rare vintage. Anything you want. And you can resell too. Its a great app and experience.

Why do I need a prepaid shipping label?! I don't know about US but I Canada worki g with post Canada is extremely expensive which poshmark has contract with. Why do I have to charge my customers 13$ CAD while I can ship their order via an other shipping company for around 5$.
On top of that, the offering system is super wired too. If a seller wants to offer, she/he can lower the price as much she wants, why the shipping price should get extra discount?
What will left for sellers?

Poshmark? Never Again.

I purchased Sabrinas Bruselas Suede Loafer in a 39 - US 8.5. They arrived crammed in a square box. Right shoe fit perfectly - the Left was wider that the other and gapped on the sides when on. I informed Poshmark that I wanted a return label and the reason why. Customer Service replied that I had to provide photos of the shoes, and detailed reasons why I wanted to return them within the 48 hour time frame. That was reasonable, so proceeded to photo the size but did not know how to add this plus other photos of the shoes in a file to be submitted. I am not good at this and had to ask for help. I also forgot to add the 23 digit order #. My fault! The time limit was reached and Linda at Customer Service said that I could have more time to submit the needed information. By then they also wanted me to measure the shoes! Did not specify where, so measured the OUTSIDE even theough the problem was the INSIDE of the shoe. Submitted that and then waited some more - a couple of days. Today, February 11, I received a rejection notice from Poshmark in the form letter saying that I did not provide all the required information, photos and that I went over my allotted time. So---I am stuck! BUYER BEWARE is perfect in this scenario with Poshmark. I will NEVER deal with them again and urge anyone who is so inclined, to read the reviews first. I don't know how to add photos, that is why I gave the name of the shoe. Purchase was through PAyPAl.

I have ordered numerous times it's hit or miss but a few times I didn't get my purchase and I emailed also where it asks to accept order I told them I didn't get it and nothing no email no nothing and few days later it says accepted no not there missing nothing so if you don't get what u ordered ur shhhiiittt outta luck

People who sell on here are rude and don't send out the package promptly even when asked nicely ( Olivia Hayes especially) Don't buy. Not sure why but the seller thinks she's too good to respond right after I made purchase she completely ignored me after I payed for the item, meanwhile on her ‘about' account page says she was active in the last hour. They seller will delete your honest comments that happen to make her look bad.
I don't recommend buying clothing like jeans off here bc it's shrunken stuff people are trying to make money off and Poshmark refuses to refund- you can't return anything! The only safe clothing article to buy off here is a pair of shoes. Just ask for extra photos of whatever shoes you buy. Beware.

Only get it right 33% of the time

I have ordered 3 times on Poshmark. The 1st order, the clothes had stains & picks all over the clothes despite being listed as "perfect condition". My 2nd order was great, even got a surprise gift with it. My last order was a shirt, shorts, and an outfit. I didn't receive the outfit and they tried offering me $5 credit even though I paid 2.5 times that for the outfit. Now, they want me to send everything back to get a refund. I don't understand why they can't just send me the outfit that I bought. Very frustrating. Would not recommend.

Bad refund policy

I ordered a green coat which came black. Customer service acknowledged that it was incorrect but gave me 1 business day to ship it back. When I wasn't able to meet that tight deadline I emailed them several times in search of a solution. No response. A $20 sale cost them my business for good. I can't believe you email them a concern and they don't even reach back out to you. Poor service. I've shopped with them for years and have definitely spent well over. A $1000 on their site. Will not do business there again due to lack of service and poor refund process.

I made my first order on poshmark a few weeks ago. I ordered an authentic Patent Leather Troy Burch Bag. I was very excited! I did verify with the seller if it was authentic and was told "yes, I bought it off poshmark and its be reposhed! " Well it took longer than expected to arrive but wasn't unacceptable for the price. I opened the box and was like wth! It was wrapped in a dirty faded coach dust bag, in the pocket was a small bag of childrens magnets, a stain on the lining, the threading on strap is coming loose on the front dots one side of T has the small stitch of leather on the other side missing, the back of the back had pruple nail polish on it, the top rim of the bag has a slight rip!, it gets better! After all the abuse this bag has had it is 100% Fake! Fake, Fake, Faker! It literally has random letters and numbers on snap making it fosure to be a " cheap fake "! I will never again use Poshmark! Unacceptable

Their authentication experts are no experts. They pass obvious fakes and deny the real thing. They don't actually know the designers and what markings were from what year. There is no customer service you can actually call and no person to speak to just an email address. Sell and purchase elsewhere for high end items
Selling and purchasing low end items are fine.

I'm done with Poshmark. Purchased many many items, but recently I purchase something and then the sale is canceled. Is the seller rethinking their price, or what?! I get an email with no regards to the buyer! Poshmark needs to treat their buyers better. And remember that the buyers are the one that is bringing in the money.

Their customer service is NONEXISTENT. It's automated and scammy. There are tons of horrible people who buy your stuff, ruin it and the seller is out of merchandise and money. The customer service will just side with the buyer and there is NO seller protection. I am technically a Posh Mentor or whatever they call it and I am done. I am pulling my stuff and selling elsewhere. Save your stuff, money, and time.
Legitimately just got an email of Poshmark saying they approved a return request from a buyer that slit my jacket and said I sent it that way?! Like no, it's obvious from the pictures she sent in that she did that and now I'm out a jacket and money. I demand to be Compensated for your lack of seller protection. You have the audacity to say "make sure when you relist this item you disclose any damage" I can't relist it because this buyer DAMAGED it. Absolutely disgusting and I will not stop until I talk to a REAL person and don't receive an automated bull crap response.

I did not know how Poshmark operated. I mean I saw an add for a fitness tracker that I was interested in that was $20 cheaper than anywhere else. I ordered it after it seemed that Poshmark was a legit company. I guess you can say that Poshmark is a legit company in legal terms, but they are not a company that you can feel confident in. I found out that they sell used stuff. They might have some new stuff but I dont know how they acquire the stuff. This fitness tracker that I ordered was the only one they had and I believe that it was acquired by Poshmark from someone who was not happy with it. I tried to cancel the order within two days. It was not shipped yet, but they would not respond and there was no way to cancel on line. Then when they finally responded ( to make a longer story short), they would not cancel and they would take no returns. So the watch came in maybe 10 days. They had that long to cancel, but did not. I tried the watch because I figured it might be OK and they wont take it back anyway. Well it does not work. I ordered thru Pay Pal and I have them trying to get me justice, but I dont know what will happen. I emailed them again telling them that the watch is defective but I dont think they will respond within a week and I dont think that they will take it back. Its only about $40 but its $40 that I want back. So if you order from Poshmark be prepared to get ripped off. You see that their reviews are pretty bad. The good reviews are probably from people who had no problem. So I think about 10% satisfaction is not a good rating for a company.

My first complaint was that they have inaccurate sizing charts misleading customers to buy shoes that are two small and won't let you return them even though they provide inaccurate and misleading sizing charts. So I attempted to sell them to my roommate, but the shoes came with huge cracks in the souls not visible in the pictures online and the shoes literally fell apart in the first hour they were worn so I could not resell them. I have emailed Poshmark about 10 times, but they just respond with stock answers that claim I should've checked the manufacturer's sizing chart and not there's. They also recommended I just resell the boots on their website wherein they would take %20 commission! And NO ONE is going to buy these boots now that the souls have disintegrated.
