Poshmark says they stand behind the purchaser and if you aren't satisfied you can return. I bought a jacket that just reeked when I got it and asked to return it and Poshmark refused said it was in acceptable condition. I had to hang it outside it smelled so bad. Just a flat out crappy company! Stay away!
I bought a blazer from a seller *******@lameroux and she posted pictures of another product, so I thought I was buying that product and when I got it was a totally different and horrible blazer. I submitted a request to return the blazer and they denied my case! So beware!
Be careful when you purchase from the site. If something doesn't fit correctly, there's no obligation for them to take it back, and they don't. If they send you the size your ordered, you are then stuck with it. They are not like a commercial store or Amazon where returns are easy. Highly not recommend them.

Everyone I have bought from on this site has done a great job of not misrepresenting the item, and everyone has shipped the items very securely packaged. I have not had to return an item, so I cannot comment on the return process or terms and conditions. I have also not had 'reposh' an item because every item has been very satisfactory. The selection is pretty good for what I'm looking for, every time I search a new search. The option to accept and send offers is great, but based on what I hear on the website no one really goes for the offers. Sometimes it's just bad timing. But overall I would say the selection is great, the website has technically functioned smoothly for me, and I would recommend this site if you are trying to work with a budget.
Bought a designer bad that the pictures and the description did not tell about how badly worn the purse is. Tried to return and was denied. Buyer Beware, not consumer friendly!
I gave them one star because that's the least I could give them. They sent me the wrong item and never made it good. I even returned the wrong item. Terrible company to deal with. Don't go there. You were warned.
Too many unresponsive sellers who never ship your item you've already paid for! Then you must wait over a week for a refund. I'm done with poshmark.
Do not trust them! For real! You will end up getting your money back from your bank. Because they are thieves!

I bought a Gucci belt. It arrived 5 inches longer than it should have been. It smelled of gasoline, smelled like a Walmart. Fake smell. I IMMEDIATELY told POSHMARK not to pay vendor. They did anyway and charged me. They never even responded to me after I sent photos of the fake belt. I am now disputing it with my american express. POSHMARK never responded, ever. I will NEVER EVER again buy anything from their fake site. They do not do any kind of customer service, or check on the poeple posting fake merchendise here. The belt was expensive and now I have to fight it out with Am Ex for a refund. Poshmark is off my list, this was my first and last time buying from them!

I initially purchased three items at the same time from various sellers on 6. 16. 21. Only one purchase actually arrived. The condition of said item was something I would never have the gall to donate. The other two items were listed as NEW W/TAGS... those items never arrived. To add insult to injury, the missing parcels were NEVER SHIPPED. Lesson learned!
I just joined and had no idea of "Bundles," which means if you want to buy 2 + items from the same seller you need to select bundles before you put the items in your cart. They don't give you any tutorial or instructions at all, I figured it out the hard way. So I placed the order for my 4 items, and now I have to pay for shipping costs $13.49 times 4! There is NO customer service telephone number, you can only e-mail them. Your 1st order is supposed to be free shipping. Customer service emailed me to advise I needed to contact the seller and ask her is she could cancel my orders and relist them to me so that I could Bundle them, and get free shipping. There is no way to know if the seller was contacted, and so far no seller response! VERY FRUSTRATING! I don't know what will be charged on my Visa now, and after 4 days the seller hasn't shipped anything. I cannot wait to quit.
Poshmark takes your money and holds it - good luck at getting that back if the item is damaged!
My purchased item arrived and it was damaged. I purchased as a guest, i did not receive a link or any notification email, i could not track my purchase! Poshmark tells me to wait 2 weeks. I email them and they do not reply for 3 days. How do i return my purchase? They want me to look at my email - hahaha- nothing received from them - they are incompetent and inadequate. BEWARE!
Luck i paid through PayPal - i will follow up a claim through PayPal.

They have ripped me off twice. They gave money to a seller that sent an empty package. Don't do it!
Sent my purchase to the wrong address, said delivered and they were vague to provide tracking! I have proof they sent to the wrong address and still refusing refund. Terrible customer service!
I ordered an all American workout outfit. The entire post was misleading, even the pictures. When I received the product it only had one item and the other part. I immediately contacted PoshMark support even with the evidence and I shipped the half suite item back to the Seller in Las Vegas with the screen name courthiggs103. Poshmark completely did not care the item was not sold as stated. I'm now fighting the battle with paypal. Please be aware of this seller not selling things as described. PM should be sued for doing practicing bad business against customers. The owner clearly doesnt care about the customers that shop here.
The first and only time I used poshmark I did not receive my jacket. This was going to be a gift. Very disappointed.
I have been asking for help with a damaged return from customer service for a month now and have an email string if 26 emails with Poshmark's customer service team and "supposedly " a manager. They refuse to help resolve this issue and continue to skim over the details where I've explained my case was closed out by the time my items were delivered back to me, as their response is that I did not file a case that the return was damaged upon receipt, so they closed the case. I emailed them immediately explaining my case was closed and added photos with proof of damage and they refuse to help. I've been a loyal customer and seller for over 2 years and have a 4.95 rating with over 79 ratings and over $1,100 sold. Never ever had an issue, but they refuse to help me with this one. I've requested a higher up manager and they reply with "we've added a $10 credit to your account as a 1x courtesy." But do not address my actual issue/complaints. Again, this has been going on for 4 weeks and I'm on email #24 at this point. The absolute worst customer service experience yet. I would walk away from doing business with them, but the community is mostly amazing and I've never encountered an issue like this and according to Poshmark's standards, they value their customers/ sellers, so I'm holding them accountable.
Most of my orders were perfect except one - Seller Robyncantor convinced me that she throw in a pair of earrings I was watching, but when I got my order, she switched up and put in some rubber bracelets, and lied about the Earrings, saying C she didn't say it. Luckily, I still had the e Ed mail but Poshmark did nothing
Answer: You've got to be smart about shopping online these days. There are scammers wherever you go. That said, if you follow the guidelines and steer clear from trading, which most sites don't condone, then you'll be fine. I've purchased over 100+ items on poshmark and have sold over 90+ with complete success, with the exception of the one time I decided to trade... I've purchased low prices items before and received junk a couple times, but Poshmark ALWAYS refunded me! Maybe I'm super savvy, so here's what I always do: 1. Always checkout the seller's reviews. 2. Always ask if there are any flaws with used items. 3. Always ask if sizing is TTS: "true to size" 4. And most importantly, always ask if it's authentic (unless otherwise specified in the description) These 4 questions have always led me to receiving exactly what I wanted and at half the retail price! Plus, it's so much fun! I've made a considerable amount of income from it, while also adding a nice set of items to my own closet! Good luck out there!
Answer: I have received every item I have ever bought on poshmark. It arrived on time and was in the exact condtion as was promised and how it appeared in the pics.
Answer: Well yes she received the boots and probably didnt like them or they didnt fit etc. she is trying to get her money back by trying to re sell them for 70.00 however she would only get 56.00
Answer: It took a long time, but today Poshmark said they refunded the entire purchase amount plus shipping because the booties I ordered were misrepresented. It took About a month and a half. Two times they offered me small credits toward another Poshmark purchase. I filed a very well documented (12 pages of emails, screen shots of the ad and screen shots of dialogue between me and the seller, Kimology) fraud claim with my credit card company, and I emailed Poshmark's customer service to advise them. Two days later they told me they were refunding my money. We'll see if that happens. Poshmark's customer service is terrible, but persistence paid off. Best of luck to you!

Answer: I have the total opposite reaction to this question. This mystery group that decides what the outcome will be is ridiculous. You can't talk to anyone, and my last attempt to get support through emails, took one month! Not a fan of learning who the good sellers are by trial and error...
Answer: She probably stalked the other seller's listing and found you commented on the item you purchased. So technically, yes they can see what you buy as long as you commented something on the purchased listing.
Answer: Be careful on posh because they do not have your back. There is a lot of scandalous people on posh. Be careful on ebay as well. I bought a Michael Kors set on ebay that was listed as excellent condition but it was stained and reeked of cigarette smoke. Ebay did not refund my money. They said since it wasn't listed as brand new with tags I was screwed. I was out $315. Who wants a handbag and wallet that smells like shit? I think twice before buying on Ebay since that experience. Shame on the dishonest seller and Ebay for allowing that behavior. Good Luck!

Answer: You unfortunately cannot return an item if it doesn't fit. It's best to ask the seller the measurements of the item, if they tell you the wrong measurements you can return it. If they will not give you the measurements then don't buy from them. I'm new to selling on Poshmark and I will allow people to return their items if they don't fit because I believe that's what's right, you will find other good sellers!
