Most of the sellers have fake items, I bought over $2k and most of the items were fake and i contacted their customer service but never got response, the most stupid company that I experienced so far. I rejected two of items with the proof from tracking no. That the seller was received the items but they never responded to me and I lost $360.00 they never return my money or answer me. I will look for stupid thief $#*! Manish Chandra and slap him on the his face, you are nothing than a pickoff $#*! a $#*!ing thief and I will get my money back from you,
I ordered an expensive designer dress that came in a small bag looking like a wrinkled handkerchief. Also it was doused in perfume I believe to hide that it was worn. When I tried to return it I got the runaround, fifty questions and demands for pictures. Then denied a chance to return and refund. Terrible service, terrible website. I will never buy from it again.
Very poor service, take your money instantly and then no communication, super slow authentication and no customer service.
Will never shop there again!
I was sold a pair of zip up ankle boots, new in box. The zippers did not work. Customer service said it was my fault because I should have asked if the zippers zipped. They allowed the seller to keep my money - $170.
I don't like writing bad reviews but I think you should be warned. I purchased a sweater for almost 300.00 and it was in AWFUL and OLD condition. They would not honor a refund and frankly seemed to not care at all that the seller was harassing me. Please try one of the other MANY resale sites.
Poshmark is a joke. I was selling brand new Christian LouBoutin's on this joke of an app. I sent the boots to the "authentication center" for Poshmark. They approved my boots. (They say you have to send them there first so that they can verify you're sending what you say you are) They buyer lied and told them that my boots were worn and cleaned and said they were stretched and had an odor. All lies. They did not require any photos or anything because they would have seen they were lying. Per there rules you cannot return an item just because you changed your mind or you don't like them now. But they allowed this buyer to do so. Now not only did they have my boots at the "center" for almost 2 weeks but now they have allowed this buyer to waste all my time and effort to send these to them. When I told them these are brand new they ignored me and went off they buyers word and not mine. When I received the boots back just as i said, you could eat off the bottom of these boots. That's how brand new they are. I never even tried them on. They allowed this buyer to put there fat foot in my boot and stretch them. They refuse to do anything about it and they refuse to give me any information for their legal team because I am trying to sue them because my $1400 boots have now been stretched. Can anyone out there help me? I am beyond pissed.
I mailed my purchase back. They assumed I did not because USPS delayed tracking which happens sometimes and did not refund me, Instead they released money to the seller> so the seller has her coat and my money. How stupid? And there is nothing I could have done differently except maybe control the weather, eradicate covid, and prevent any other mail delays just so poshmark would not assume USPS works like a swiss watch. Morons run this business and they won't get any business from me. A reminder to others, always always start a dispute with paypal and your credit card, so that in the end it is poshmark who loses money not you.
Most of my purchases, I had no issues, but one dress didn't fit (made for a woman with no bust). How would I possibly have known in advance that a dress wouldn't fit in the bust?!? The seller pretty much waived me off - literally told me, "…you must be disappointed…good luck." I had never requested a refund from Poshmark. I contacted Poshmark "customer service" - their (lack of a) solution - no refund - they told me to re-sell it on my own?! This is NOT customer service! I had included the name of the seller, but sadly, it looks like Sitejabber removed that.

Seller did not respond.
Be aware poshmark is a scam. I will be posting this on all social media to make buyers aware.

I was sent an item that was broken, missing a key part and instruction manual. It was clearly a returned or used or open box item. After lodging a complaint, Poshmark applied a partial refund credit to my Posh account. Well, I'd much prefer cash since I don't plan to do business with this company again.
Beware of Poshmark. Customer support is horrible and they do not communcate at all with buyers. I will never purchase through Poshmark again.
I would give you zero stars if I could, but since that isn't an option you can just take the one!
First, Advise clients of your processing and delivery times BEFORE you accept their credit cards and process their payments NOT afterwards! Second, There is absolutely NO OPTION TO CANCEL… They hold on to your money and the merchandise until they get ready to provide you with an option to return YOUR money if you're not satisfied for whatever reason! It's been over 10 days and the merchandise that I bought has yet to be shipped. Before making the payment it says 3-5 days AFTER they processed my card it said 7-10 days PLUS 2-3 days for Authentication-// Why is this not advised to clients BEFORE you take their money? Knowing you don't give an option to Cancel? I have yet to see merchandise and still no option to return my funds… 4 emails and messages from reps that it's available to me. FALSE! I will continue to write until I have to get legal help to get my money back!
I am not convinced you get a good deal here. I was looking at tops and many of the items offered could be purchased for less on Amazon with a satisfaction guarantee. Also on two occasions I bought shoes that fell apart after a few months so I really wonder f they were actually the brand they were supposed to be.

Great site for selling Stained sweaters
I ordered a dress from poshmark and it didnt fit me so i messaged customer service for return and they said it is not eligible for return, makes no sense the dress fitting was off thats why even though i bought my size i couldn't even zip up in the bust area.
Plus the zipper of the dress was not smooth even after i send them pictures they said i cant return it. Never ever buy anything from poshmark!
A seller omitted vital information about a product I purchased which made it useless to me, yet customer service sided with her. Unjust return policy. I would not recommend or use Poshmark.
I find the shipping is expensive. Lots of items you can buy new which would cost the same as Poshmark due to the shipping costs. Poshmark fees are also a little steep. I have found a few great deals but lots of not so great deals too. I'd rather buy local- no shipping fees
I will never buy anything from this store again. They do not give phone number to contact them if their product does not arrive. The best you can do is to email them and good luck with that, they never respond. They will not support any of the products that they sell. They just refused this post because I did not write 50 words in my complaint. I did write 50 words and they refuse to accept a complaint. They are also insisting that I set up a Facebook account and I do not want a Facebook account to publish this.
The absolute worst site ever; first they do not tell you that all sales are final regardless if the items fits or not; who does this? First time ever buying from them and the ABSOLUTE LAST! Plus, the amount of email that are consistently sent is ridiculous... NEVER NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM POSHMARK!
Answer: You've got to be smart about shopping online these days. There are scammers wherever you go. That said, if you follow the guidelines and steer clear from trading, which most sites don't condone, then you'll be fine. I've purchased over 100+ items on poshmark and have sold over 90+ with complete success, with the exception of the one time I decided to trade... I've purchased low prices items before and received junk a couple times, but Poshmark ALWAYS refunded me! Maybe I'm super savvy, so here's what I always do: 1. Always checkout the seller's reviews. 2. Always ask if there are any flaws with used items. 3. Always ask if sizing is TTS: "true to size" 4. And most importantly, always ask if it's authentic (unless otherwise specified in the description) These 4 questions have always led me to receiving exactly what I wanted and at half the retail price! Plus, it's so much fun! I've made a considerable amount of income from it, while also adding a nice set of items to my own closet! Good luck out there!
Answer: I have received every item I have ever bought on poshmark. It arrived on time and was in the exact condtion as was promised and how it appeared in the pics.
Answer: Well yes she received the boots and probably didnt like them or they didnt fit etc. she is trying to get her money back by trying to re sell them for 70.00 however she would only get 56.00
Answer: It took a long time, but today Poshmark said they refunded the entire purchase amount plus shipping because the booties I ordered were misrepresented. It took About a month and a half. Two times they offered me small credits toward another Poshmark purchase. I filed a very well documented (12 pages of emails, screen shots of the ad and screen shots of dialogue between me and the seller, Kimology) fraud claim with my credit card company, and I emailed Poshmark's customer service to advise them. Two days later they told me they were refunding my money. We'll see if that happens. Poshmark's customer service is terrible, but persistence paid off. Best of luck to you!

Answer: I have the total opposite reaction to this question. This mystery group that decides what the outcome will be is ridiculous. You can't talk to anyone, and my last attempt to get support through emails, took one month! Not a fan of learning who the good sellers are by trial and error...
Answer: She probably stalked the other seller's listing and found you commented on the item you purchased. So technically, yes they can see what you buy as long as you commented something on the purchased listing.
Answer: Be careful on posh because they do not have your back. There is a lot of scandalous people on posh. Be careful on ebay as well. I bought a Michael Kors set on ebay that was listed as excellent condition but it was stained and reeked of cigarette smoke. Ebay did not refund my money. They said since it wasn't listed as brand new with tags I was screwed. I was out $315. Who wants a handbag and wallet that smells like shit? I think twice before buying on Ebay since that experience. Shame on the dishonest seller and Ebay for allowing that behavior. Good Luck!

Answer: You unfortunately cannot return an item if it doesn't fit. It's best to ask the seller the measurements of the item, if they tell you the wrong measurements you can return it. If they will not give you the measurements then don't buy from them. I'm new to selling on Poshmark and I will allow people to return their items if they don't fit because I believe that's what's right, you will find other good sellers!
