Terrible customer service. At least they responded to my email, but I purchased a winter coat, a not so affordable one, and it didn't fit the way I liked. I would have continued to shop for the right one, but they wouldn't accept my return. Also, I bought a pair of "designer" sunglasses a while back and they were FAKE, didn't fit my head right, and broke after a few wears. NEVER AGAIN
I have been ripped off by Poshmark. I purchased a antique 14k gold necklace at the beginning of January. Anything you buy that's 500 dollars and up automatically gets sent to Posh in California for authentication. Well, buyer beware, I've contacted them everyday, got the same computer generated answer every day. Posh said item is late due to covid, that was 3 weeks ago. They promised item would be looked at and spent out by Jan 28th and that was a lie. It's now the 3rd of February and still nothing. I e demanded a refund for weeks and nothing. I have a suspecion the gold necklace was stolen by a posh employee at authentication. That's the only answer I can come up with. I just filed complaint with BBB and check with them also before buying a high priced item. They have had 2,000 complaints against posh. My next move is my attorney to file a lawsuit and that's going to cost them. Attorney fees are expensive. If your rich and like donating money to California, then by all means make your purchase. I will never buy nothing off this app. They don't have a phone number either, they know you can't contact them and they ignore your email through the complaint center in the app. It's probably a matter that needs turned in to the State's Attorney office in California. Apps like this should be illegal without a telephone contact. Let's change that.
DON'T buy unless you are extremely hard up. If it's not as advertised or in bad condition you will NOT get any sympathy or actual help from their customer 'service'.
Both the seller and I have been trying to contact Poshmark regarding an order placed over a month ago. They are not responding and we both got ripped off! Do not order ANYTHING from Poshmark! They are no longer communicating with either of us. They have the watch and my money! Buyer beware!
The most unknowledgeable and rude team and policy. After months of being bombarded with marketing emails I listed three original pieces I had bought personally from their designer's showrooms and knew were authentic were rejected and reasons being they were Fraudulent. This information was sent with a no not reply email as a "warning" that I was told not to list "Fraudulent" merchandize! They need to be accountable some how for waisting my time and giving false witness to my post. But they're not worth more than the half hour of my life I gave to them. "THE WORST" experience ever with a marketing sight.
Tried multiple times to purchase at Poshmark but the sellers never shipped items! Wont waist my time again!
I searched for green jeans and found a pair I liked. When I received them, they were gray. I send photos proving they were gray, but they refused to refund my money. I have been shopping in stores and online for decades, and I've never encountered such a return policy.
Beware if you receive a shoddy item it is unlikely they will allow you to return it or refund the item for you.
The absolute worst as a buying/selling forum, and they favor some of the most dishonest and unreputable sellers in the market. I made an offer on an expensive item because the seller offered free shipping. My receipt showed free shipping, but the seller took out for shipping. I wanted right then and there to have nothing to do with this transaction, but somehow Poshmark took the funds from my bank without my releasing them (including the shipping), and I was not given the chance (as is your right) to review the seller or transaction (for the benefit of other buyers). All wrong and dishonest. There are WAY more reputable buying/selling forums out there... this is not one of them. Stick with eBay! And buyer beware... DO NOT use Poshmark!
I made my first purchase on Poshmark. I purchased a Fendi wallet and it was a fake. Poshmark CLAIMS they have a Poshmark Honors return. I sent pictures and explained the missing details. The seller who calls herself Tigress, then posted a FAKE picture of the marks. Now, if Poshmark would have only compared Tigress original pics to the fake pics she posted in the comments, Poshmark would have seen the obvious lie. DO NOT SHOP POSHMARK unless you are happy paying high prices for FAKE items.

I have an Authentic LV bag for authentication to Posh HQ. Unfortunately, the buyer just commented and told me that she did not make the purchase cause her account was hacked. I tried contacting posh and updated them about the situation. But sadly, my account was disabled for idk what reason. The bag that is in transit right now is around $1400. Does this mean that I'm going to lose all my pending money on posh, since my account has been disabled? I can't comment or like/follow anyone but I'm still getting followers on Posh. Posh support is useless, rude and not addressing the real problem.
Someone please help and suggest what should I do. Thanks
I never heard of Poshmark but was looking for a jacket used or new. I found one and paid 400.00 for it. I didn't know the policy that you couldn't return it if it didn't fit. I also bought boots that didn't fit. Customer service only says it's our policy that if the product is damaged or isn't as described then it can be returned. But if it dosnt fit NO RETURN. I will never buy on there again. It's a you loose they win for profit. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ON POSHMARK. I wrote many emails to customer service with no good results. I can't say it enough. Not a good place to shop. I didn't know it was consignment either so that's why no returns for not fitting because they know most items as clothes or shoes that people order won't fit

Purchased 7 Jan, item was never received by USPS. I tried to cancel after the 10 day period there is no option on the screen. Poshmark made excuses then went as far as apologizing on behalf of USPS I was promised a refund, never received that either. It's been 20 days. Now they are ignoring me and will not respond to my emails. No refund BUYER BEWARE. I have filed a complaint with BBB
Don't even open their site up. The emails are constant and when you unsubscribe they just keep coming. Multiples every day. I was just checking out a jacket, never again
This is the third time I have tried to order something, ahead of time, for a specific date, that I need to get it by. All 3 times, it arrives 1-5 days AFTER I've left for the event.
This time, 1-3 days was the listed timeframe. The 3 days shipping would have been great, but the first email I get, has it arriving 2 days later, so 5 DAYS to ship. That is NOT "Expedited" shipping. Each time, I've notified the sender that I need the item shipped ASAP. That makes no difference.
Expedited would/should be Priority Mail USPS, and there just isn't any reason Priority would take 5 days.
I ship all the time for Etsy, all over the country, and do not have that issue.
This is the last time I will shop with Poshmark. Contacting Poshmark is next to impossible. If you do get an actual person to respond, they just tell you to "reposh"/resell it on their site. That works GREAT for them, as they collect fees every time there is a sale. I will donate before I give them any more of my hard earned money.
Just do not use this company.
I made a purchase and received the item. It had the wrong tag. The item listing clearly said it was Brand new/ New With Tags. Poshmark's definition of NWT states it is an unused/ unworn item with the tags not removed. How did I get a sweater claiming to be NWT if the tag on the garment does not belong to it!? The original tag was REMOVED and a replacement tag of a different size was added onto the garment. I ONLY asked to be compensated for the shipping, $7.11, as I looked for and intended to ONLY purchase a NWT GARMENT! I would never have made the purchase and thus paid shipping for any item unless it was NWT. The seller "claimed" it came that way. Her Acknowledgement of the tags not matching the garment, is her admission of her misrepresentation of the item as NWT by anyone's definition, and one which is clearly expressed in the definition posted on Poshmark's website. PROOF. Proof that was disregarded. She addmitedly and knowingly misrepresented it and got away with it! I am still soooooo pissed that I purchased some lying, skanks used garment because of her willfull misrepresentation. Do not be fooled into believing that Poshmark will help you. They will not look at the proof you send! There is no phone number to contact anyone. I was unaware at the time of my purchase and see that now as a HUGE red flag. I sent the proof, twice, to Poshmark Corporate without any response.
As to that seller, I hope one day she is on the other end and gets scammed herself! BIG TIME. Then she can see what it's like to be taken advantage of.
I ordered a red colour saree worth Rs. 700/-. On 17th Jan 2022. But it has not been yet it's 24th Jan 2022 today. No confirmation mail nothing. There contact support is also ridiculous I have not got any reply from there end being raised complaint several times from my end. I need my refund. ASAP.
I recently used Poshmark for nine months. During that time it went smoothly and I sold numerous clothing items and had very good ratings and no complaints or returns. Then within one week four of my items were flagged as "offensive" (including a pair of brand new underwear which are absolutely permitted per the guidelines, as well as my profile/"Meet your Posher" listing) and then my account was restricted for listing "unsupported merchandise." I emailed three times asking why my items were flagged and which of my tems were "unsupported" but received only generic responses with absolutely no detail. In the last email, Poshmark said they won't even respond to any further inqueries. I have read through their list of prohibited items and cannot see why these items were flagged! Their complete lack of appeal process and refusal to even cite HOW I allegedly violated their terms is infuriating and an extremely poor business model. Anyone who chooses to use their site should be very wary as you can easily spend months or years building up your business only to have your account arbitrarily removed without explanation.
Purchased boots on 1/6/22. Seller shipped 1/10/22. USPS tracking stopped in 1-10/22. Never made it to my house. Neither Poshmark or the seller would do anything. I filed a claim with PayPal. They refunded the money.
I only gave them one star because I was forced to I would give them zero stars …Absolutely the worst customer service. I have purchased multiple items however the last three items were fake… Fake golden goose tennis shoes, a mis-labeled Veronica beard dress. I sent in a complaint and they said no returns, is their policy.
Avoid doing business with them at all costs. The real real is a great company and they verify everything that they sell, I will never do business with Poshmark again.
Answer: You've got to be smart about shopping online these days. There are scammers wherever you go. That said, if you follow the guidelines and steer clear from trading, which most sites don't condone, then you'll be fine. I've purchased over 100+ items on poshmark and have sold over 90+ with complete success, with the exception of the one time I decided to trade... I've purchased low prices items before and received junk a couple times, but Poshmark ALWAYS refunded me! Maybe I'm super savvy, so here's what I always do: 1. Always checkout the seller's reviews. 2. Always ask if there are any flaws with used items. 3. Always ask if sizing is TTS: "true to size" 4. And most importantly, always ask if it's authentic (unless otherwise specified in the description) These 4 questions have always led me to receiving exactly what I wanted and at half the retail price! Plus, it's so much fun! I've made a considerable amount of income from it, while also adding a nice set of items to my own closet! Good luck out there!
Answer: I have received every item I have ever bought on poshmark. It arrived on time and was in the exact condtion as was promised and how it appeared in the pics.
Answer: Well yes she received the boots and probably didnt like them or they didnt fit etc. she is trying to get her money back by trying to re sell them for 70.00 however she would only get 56.00
Answer: It took a long time, but today Poshmark said they refunded the entire purchase amount plus shipping because the booties I ordered were misrepresented. It took About a month and a half. Two times they offered me small credits toward another Poshmark purchase. I filed a very well documented (12 pages of emails, screen shots of the ad and screen shots of dialogue between me and the seller, Kimology) fraud claim with my credit card company, and I emailed Poshmark's customer service to advise them. Two days later they told me they were refunding my money. We'll see if that happens. Poshmark's customer service is terrible, but persistence paid off. Best of luck to you!

Answer: I have the total opposite reaction to this question. This mystery group that decides what the outcome will be is ridiculous. You can't talk to anyone, and my last attempt to get support through emails, took one month! Not a fan of learning who the good sellers are by trial and error...
Answer: She probably stalked the other seller's listing and found you commented on the item you purchased. So technically, yes they can see what you buy as long as you commented something on the purchased listing.
Answer: Be careful on posh because they do not have your back. There is a lot of scandalous people on posh. Be careful on ebay as well. I bought a Michael Kors set on ebay that was listed as excellent condition but it was stained and reeked of cigarette smoke. Ebay did not refund my money. They said since it wasn't listed as brand new with tags I was screwed. I was out $315. Who wants a handbag and wallet that smells like shit? I think twice before buying on Ebay since that experience. Shame on the dishonest seller and Ebay for allowing that behavior. Good Luck!

Answer: You unfortunately cannot return an item if it doesn't fit. It's best to ask the seller the measurements of the item, if they tell you the wrong measurements you can return it. If they will not give you the measurements then don't buy from them. I'm new to selling on Poshmark and I will allow people to return their items if they don't fit because I believe that's what's right, you will find other good sellers!
