So I bought a fax leather jacket from a seller that said she only wore it once. I had purchased this same jacket a year ago but tore the inside part of the sleeve and it was my favorite jacket. Needless to say I was desperately trying to find a replacement. So I knew what to expect. When I received this jacket it was nicely packed in a box with a ton of tissue and a personal card thanking me for my purchase. I quickly looked at it and went on about my days. Then a few days later, I decided to wear it and realized that it was extremely worn in every inch of it, the fabric was peeling off. Not only that but there was a 2 inch cut in the sleeve. I had no idea that I only had 72 hours to report any issues. Let my $90 mistake keep you from making the same mistake. Don't buy from this sight!

I have a simple issue to resolve that the seller cannot help me with their message box is full and poshmark will not respond in a timely manner. This company is so poorly run. Also I've heard from sellers that they are not getting paid when they are supposed to! That's terrible.

Order delay

This is a really bad thing, I ordered a dress and I needed it for an important meeting, it's been 5 days and the seller hasn't even shipped it, it is absurd, i don't recommend Poshmark at all, the customer support also is of no use, all they say it there is a 7 day period and you will get it by them, my meeting was disrupted because of this.

Misidentified item

Greetings People,
Should have check for a reference for this company before I bought. Regardless, I purchased Scout
Leaders Hat from them. The size was marked 7-8. There is a leather belt above the brim for adjusting the size. However when the hat came it was so small I was unable to put it on my 3 year old granddaughters head. I wrote Postmark and explained the situation, and asking for a refund. They refused my request leaving me with a hat that is of no value me. I can't imagine why any company would do such a thing. It was clearly advertised wrong. So beware of this company, there are millions of companies to choose from out there. Good luck.

I purchased a Lululemon shirt that was labeled a size 12, my normal size in Lululemon. It was at least 2 sizes too large, clearly mislabeled, according to the official Lululemon size chart. The seller refused to allow me to return it and Poshmark backed the seller. I will never shop on Poshmark again as their customer service is awful.

Stay away Poshmark *******@luxsteals. PM said no refund due me when I received a tainted stinking, reeking shirt represented as NWT. Appears new but definitely damaged; shirt and wrappings smell like floral toilet bowl cleaner. PM said seller did not misrepresent—well, new doesn't stink. But was an AI response they use consistently. A bunch of sleaze balls acting sleazy—stay away from the mess!

I have purchased 2 items from poshmark and neither ever showed up or any contact from sellers. When I tried to contact seller it would come up that item didn't exist or seller could not be found! PoshMark is a total scam! Don't waste your money

Terrible support.

I sold a pair of Gucci earrings that were brand new, authentic, and in perfect condition. They were damaged by the seller. Poshmark approved the return, so I the buyer gets to return damaged earrings to me, and I lose the money. Terrible site. Attached are the earrings in my possession vs what the buyer did to the earrings.

WORST company ever!

First of all, these idiots don't have a customer service number, you contact them via email which they mostly choose not to respond to. Now, let me go straight to the point; I bought a counterfeit Louis Vuitton purse from them, thinking it was original, after I realized it was fake, I put it on there to resell and even stated that it was purchased from XYZ(seller's name). They took my listing down and sent me an email that it was a counterfeit item. I replied them that it was purchased on their App, and they could check my purchases to be sure, they never responded. I sent them numerous emails and messages, stating that if they would not allow me resell on their app, then I deserve a refund because I purchased the counterfeit from them. Up until today, they chose to ignore me. Very rude, inconsiderate and unacceptable behavior. I wish I could rate them NO star at all

I bought a used Daniel Cremieux belt that typically goes for around $100 new, for $34. It had that nice looking twisted leather. After one wear in house, it falls apart. The twisted leather provides less strength than a single piece of leather. It can unravel. The seller had pushed it together for photos, but must have known it was about to fall apart. Poshies said I "damaged" it, and thus no refund. Classless, illogical, unprofessional. Done with you twisted Evil Poshies.

Worst company ever

I`m writing one more bad review and think it will effect after all the bad reviews, anyway I bought a military style wool jacket that says 42/L size which means it`s large but the jacket was XL or XXL so I contacted the site to see if I could returne it, they argued that You can return items from Poshmark, but only if the item you ordered never arrives, or doesn't match the product description I said that you sent me an XL jacket that it should be large now what I have to do with it, the answer was We have reviewed the case you submitted. Unfortunately, this case does not qualify for a return, this company could do buisness in another country but not here.

Poshmark is one of THE WORST online resale sites I have EVER had the misfortune of dealing with. Shipping rates are overly inflated. Site has a terrible user interface. Worst of all are it's excessively restrictive dispute policy. You have three days only from the time you receive your item to inspect it and alert Poshmark if there are any problems. I purchased an item that stated in the listing "5 for $25". I was sent one of the item in question and charged $16.30! When I contacted Poshmark about the problem, and requested to return it, they refused to accept the return and refused to acknowledge the misleading/deceptive listing. Their customer service is horrible and their return policy overly rigid. Opportunity for problem resolution is non existent. I do not recommend using this company under ANY circumstance. EBay and Amazon are much better. If there is ever any problem with a purchase, both EBay and Amazon will work with both the buyer and seller to come to a resolution. Avoid Poshmark at all costs.

The low ratings are a misnomer. Most people are motivated to leave a review when they feel their experience was bad. I'm a seller on Poshmark and I've had a very good experience since 2017. Follow the guidelines while selling or buying. Great deals happen on Poshmark daily.

Misstated cost

I was looking at a coach bag on poshmark and thought the "original price" looked really inflated. I checked it out; the same purse is still available at Coach Outlet and it was CHEAPER there than the for sale price on poshmark.

Fakemark

Postmark violates it own policy, then offers credit for more as a solution. From their website-
"Note, using a brand name to falsely describe or promote an item violates trademark law, even if the item is not explicitly "counterfeit". For example, the use of the words "inspired by" followed by a brand (for example "inspired by Chanel") is prohibited on our platform. "
