I gave this 4 Stars for the fact I was refunded but would give no Stars for a product that was listed; I completed the purchase process and then a week and a half to two weeks later the company mails to say the product is not available and would I like to wait or cancel. I canceled because at Amazon, for $5 more, the product, "Keeping Up Appearances" entire series, would have shown up as not available right from the go, and so I would keep looking. There are often times multiple sellers at "Az" who would have what you are looking for and any of them might cost a bit more than the initial one you were looking at, so at least you have an option readily available.
I have done very well with Amazon, Ebay and some other occasional ones I don't frequent and having gotten off to a bad start here wont be returning.:-(.
Forgot to add; I am an older single "dude" and yet their emails to me are all for women's garment and accessories. Now what am I supposed to do with that? One time when I took the link I opened the electronics category but was still getting the girl stuff. For all the bad we hear about Amazon they got customer service right.

REFUSED A REFUND

I placed many orders with Poshmark and we were doing famously until two orders received the same week arrived broken... one order was a broken ceramic pie pan and the other was a broken glass pumpkin... now the return process is a bit of a hassle. You must report problems/issues within 72 hours of package delivery so you better be in town not gone or your out of luck... now let us say your in town and get your order... now you must send POSHMARK pics of shipping label... the box... all packing material used and finally the damaged goods... and wait and wait to hear from them... I got shafted eventually... on the broken pie pan Poshmark offered me half price refund of 10 dollar poshmark credit... I strongly protested and they eventually relented and gave me a full refund only to screw me over on the broken glass pumpkin... yep. They issued me a case closed verdict... WHICH MEANS THEY KEPT ALL MY MONIES and the only thing i have for my hard earned cash is one broken glass pumpkin... on the glass pumpkin i did not even have to unpack it to show the damage. I removed the top paper and there was broken glass all over the box... and as i removed each layer of packing material I took a pic so i definitely proved my case... that darn package was broken by the post office... I have cancelled my payment info and will cancel my account s soon as i get my last few orders... prayers i do not get anything else damaged... even with the evidence as per POSHMARK policies and guideline. They are the final judge and jury and the evidence a buyer provides is irrelevant. BEWARE THE GREED OF POSHMARK

F Poshmark! Item Not as Described

Can you tell the difference between the pair of training shoes (Nike Air Bella Max) on the left that I wore heavily for workouts for two years - and the supposedly "lightly used" pair on the right? Neither can I! ($42 down the proverbial drain, I sure as heck won't be buying through Poshmark again!

Take money out fast. When you sold item … $#*!en slow to release funds! Sold a bag and i get shillings! They charge buyer and seller 1/3 of the price of your item! A FORTUNE! $#*!en $#*! painful experience! Spreading to all my friends to never use this $#*!en app!

Buyer beware

I purchased a sweater on poshmark, which was advertised as being in great condition. However, when I received the item, it was clearly shrunken in the wash/dryer. I filed a complaint with Poshmark customer service, and they advised me to reposh the item, even thought it is obviously faulty. With every reposh, this generates more $$ for the company, while scamming more buyers.

I ordered Wheel of Fortune cap for my Son. It took exactly three days from order -5-31-22; ordered cancelled 6-1-22 to the money (24.00 which included tax and shipping) being taken out of my account 6-2-22 with an email on 6-2-22 saying it will take them 10 to 14 days to return my money. I thought this suspect since it only took 3 days to take my money. Also, usually seller's do not take funds until the items ordered ships. Not so with Postmark. I will never buy from them again and will tell people I know not to order from them either based on my experience.

Not satisfy

I recently bought a pair of shoes in this platform 32.50 dls for used shoes that didn't look like the description. I tried to contact the seller with no luck. It says that if you contact customer service poshmark within 72 hrs after you received the order they'll help but they take a long time to answer. I'll recommend to not buy from poshmark you're gonna waste your money and time.

As a buyer this has to be the most frustrating site on the Web! All week I kept getting onsite to find an item I didn't buy the weekend before and Poshmark would load only 5 - 6 pages and no more. The item wasn't there. Last night it loaded 52 pages (I went through them all) and there it was. Paypal approved the purchase and I was all ready to buy... but Poshmark came back that I had to identify myself on this $25 purchase and approval by Paypal. Tried and tried and tried putting in my password and user id... nothing. Finally hung up and didn't buy. Tried this morning and Poshmark would only load 2 pages. While I've been very satisfied with my purchases from Poshmark, hate using the site. Ebay is a much more pleasant experience.

Misrepresentation

I bought a Gucci clutch through Poshmark under an email heading that said,"Gucci up to 70% Off!"
After placing my order, the bag was sent to their authentication department, but when I received the bag, there was an outlet store receipt in the bag that showed the seller bought it for less than 50% of what she sold it to me for. Did the authentication department miss seeing the receipt? This was misrepresentation & fraudulent promotion. They, of course, would not let me return the bag or answer my questions. Save yourself money, time & aggravation, & shop elsewhere. Zero stars for this lousy company.

Last month I purchased a purse. When I received it I observed it was in much worse condition than shown in the pics. I contacted Poshmark support several times, always receiving a canned response that did not address the issue. I persevered. Poshmark eventually stopped responding. I never accepted the purchase so Poshmark went ahead and accepted it for me. I swore I would never buy anything again but I did not close my account. My bad. A few days ago I found I was being charged for an item I never bought. I have no idea how this could happen and Poshmark is not being responsive. Poshmark texts silly affirmations and other nonsense but can't be bothered to take care of a customer.

Paid $136 for a new cal king bed sheet set for our CAL King. Fitted sheet we got was for a regular king, so it did't fit right. Poshmark said first take pictures and send. We did, clearly showing it was about 6 inches too large. OH but they wanted more, pictures in natural light, tape measure showing difference, wrinkles iron out. OK, we did all that and they or the supplier still refused to take it back. However, they were so kind to give us a whopping $5 off our next order. This was our first and last order from poshmark. So disturbing that they totally favor the seller.

First Poshmark purchase

I purchased my first Poshmark purchase. I purchased a Louis Vuitton bag for 1,200. The description stated "minor" smell. When I received bag it had a very very strong smell to it! It was making me nauseous. I sent a message to *******@floristflo and stated my concern. I also requested return. Seller told me to "air it out" and Poshmark offered me $50.00 and refused to issue a return. I disputed the charge but they denied. I am very disappointed that they did not even consider taking the bag back to verify the smell themselves, the very least they could have done. Since then I have "aired" the bag out and smell is still there! And I have lost out on $1,200! I am very hesitant on making another purchase on Poshmark. I would have been satisfied with the purchase since it is a very nice bag if it was not for the smell. Now I have a $1,200 bag that I cannot use due to the funky smell. Buyers beware on buying anything that states "minor" smell.

NEVER GIVES REFUNDS!

As stated by others…Poshmark has ZERO guarantee hence you are stuck with poor quality items from sellers who strategically select Poshmark to support their DECEPTIONS!. I purchased a blouse a few days ago 05/18/22 from the seller, anew_threads, who knew she had misrepresented the Chico blouse size. I informed Poshmark on the same day received that it was NOT as described which they posted as a basis for a refund. They lied! Wanted me to reposh so they could make more money! I will NOT buy from the this seller (M. W.) in Springdale, AR nor POSHMARK again.If I could give zero star I would have!

Poshmark has NO buyer protection. They overcharged my card by $30 and gave me a $5 credit and close the claim. The seller even spoke on my behalf, to no avail. NEVER, NEVER AGAIN. Done with Poshmark

Christmas of 2020 I bought a Louis Vuitton Epi bag for my wife as she has always wanted one. Bag showed up in what I would assume was original box and bag. She was super surprised and loved it until 3 months later when the handles began to flake. Then 2 months ago the handle came unsewn and fell while at a dinner with a high profile client. So I go to the website to research return policy to find out that if the item is deemed not authentic and over $600 dollars we will get a full refund. The bag looked authentic other than not having a serial number. Had the patch and came in what looked like original wrapping however she has another Louis that is 20 years old and has stood the test of time other than the patina on the handles that looks better. Contacted support only to find out that if, and I quote "the product doesn't fit we can't take it back." It's a handbag you moron! I will never use these people again instead I will go to rebag! Multiple emails back and forth and they still have not honored their own return policy protocols!

Posh support is absent

Poshmark needs to invest in its support. Purchased a bracelet that was claimed to be 925 sterling. It was not. Submitted a request for return and the seller admitted that the bracelet is not sterling yet Posh support wrote back asking for additional photos to buy time. Why are more photos needed when the seller has clearly admitted to the bracelet not being sterling? Can't stand Poshmark support

I tired to buy a bag from a seller on Poshmark. The bag I ordered and the one that arrived were not the same bag. I tried to go directly to Poshmark to remedy this, but their website log in is broken and despite 5 attempts to fix this through creating new passwords when prompted, I could not log in. I tried then to go through PayPal to get my money refunded, only to have them tell me that I was to send the bag bag, with the packaging and shipping at my expense, which meant that I would get less than $2 back with my refund! Poshmark has many many complaints with the better business bureau. I asked my family and friends about their experiences and it was always the same - EVERYONE has gotten ripped off by Poshmark and their sellers! This is not a reputable business! They are thieves and liars! Don't support them!

Boycott Poshmark!

BOYCOTT POSHMARK! Do not buy anything from Poshmark. They do not stand behind their ordering system. I ordered a pair of sneakers by filtering my size in the Men's category and they sent me a woman's size sneaker and REFUSE to take it back. Amazon would have had a return receipt sent to me faster than I could type this. BOYCOTT Poshmark!
