All sales are final. Mother in law bought a gift for my son. It was the wrong color and they would not let me return. Very frustrating dealing with them. She thought she was buying it from Walmart so I'm not sure how they managed to link their ad.
Watch out for this site once the seller send you fake item you will never can return.Because Poshmark will never protect the buyer.,.,I brought this jacket Moose knuckles made in China. And i check from the store was inform Moose Knuckles made in Canada
Beware. Poshmark customer support is the worst I have ever experienced. Please save yourself the pain and shop from one of the many much better consignment sites. The clothes I received from Poshmark are faded and shrunken even though I asked the sellers whether the sizes measured out accurately. I tried a few times and tried to get refunds when the clothes were clearly at least 2 sizes off but the customer service always declines. It's actually worse than a scam. Feels awful. Please stay away!
First of all I need to say - most of the sellers are fine. But they way poshmark deals with orders and problems is non exceptable! I am waiting for 2 weeks for an order that it's stuck on "usps awating item" and they don't even bother to check why and to make an update when to expect it. I ordered it from abroad and I might be charged fees to my courier because of the delays and I have noone to talk to AT ALL!
I posted my bag on Poshmark, a Louis Vuitton original which included serial number. Many others kindly shared it and four days later I cannot find my listing. Turns out they took it down and said it was counterfeit. I did sell it on EBay today so the bag is on it's way to EBay for verification. I offered Poshmark those results when it says it's 100% authentic. Not to mention their emails back are rude and unprofessional. They even closed my account without warning. How are you supposed to certify your bag with these companies? Don't waste your time with this site.
They sell defective items. They won't show or tell you about it. They won't issue refund. This is a good place if you want to rip off buyers.
No response provided after the product was purchased 11/9. Don't trust this company with your credit card info.
Seller misadvertised product and lied when confronted. Customer service wouldn't answer my questions, ignored photos that the product was misadvertised and ignored my follow-up emails. Not even sure if Poshmark's customer service is a dedicated department for and within the company. Stick to EBay.
I sold an authentic pair of brand new LV sunglasses to a very eager buyer. Upon receiving them her whole tone changed. She's allegedly they are fakes and filed a complaint. If Poshmark took the time to go over the glasses and authenticate them, then it would be even more guaranteed that I sold a real pair. I also don't believe the buyer will return my pair of glasses, she will probably put a fake pair, how do I know what this person is doing? Poshmark should have way stricter rules for granting a return. I'm done with this site…
Sincerely,
Extremely dissatisfied
Very bad, the force me to follow unwanted girly profile...and event when i block them always there, it is so pathétic and not friendly selling user
Someone is using my email address to sell fake merchandise and support will not rectify the situation
Very frustrated! Shoes was not true to its size but was not considered to be returned
Considering.,its my first purchase. The shoes is useless and money wasted not to mention the time spent.
I ordered three Town & Country soup spoons from this company's website. The spoons came and were were generic stainless steel spoons, notwithstanding the explicit product description on their website. Town and Country spoons have their names engraved on each spoon; the spoons they sent only had stainless steel marked on them and were shorter than Town &Country spoons. All this being said, the disturbing aspect was not to lose $15 but the fraudulent misrepresentation that seems to be a part of this company's DNA. I emailed them expressing the above and they responded with a whole bunch of instructions to return them, like taking photos. I told them it is for them to go to the trouble to make good, like sending a prepaid shipping label, not to make more work for me.
Was pretty in to Poshmark at first. But then realized that many sellers are just reselling cheap China crap that is not even in their possession. I thought this was a site where people sell their clothes they don't want anymore?! Not reselling all the cheap China crap for double or triple the price?! Stay away from Poshmark, you can buy all of it off ebay for the actual price not a triple mark up. Will never be a customer again. Close your account and let's put them out of business. They are ripping people off!
First they lost my dress now they lost another top purchase and I lost $800 in total don't recommend to buy there you lose both money and product
Terrible, nothing I order ever ships. Sellers do not respond. My orders are always cancelled and it takes forever to get a refund.
Why is Popshmark adding shipping and their fee's into the seller's 1099-K? According to the information provided on Poshmark sellers account. Poshmark is asking sellers to provide SS# or Tin # or EIN #. It reads: " As part of changes to US law, beginning in January 2022, Poshmark is required to provide any seller with^600.00 or more gross sales on our platform during the 2022 calendar year with a form 1099-K. If you meet the $600 gross sales threshold for the 2022calender year(including fees, shipping cost, sales tax, refunds, and canceled orders) you will revived communications from Poshmark asking you to update your account with the following information:
Full Name, ", address, taxpayer ID, Tin # ofr EIN#"
Based on this information Poshmark is asking sellers to pay for everything including Poshmark seller's FEE or PROFITS. It could be considered a SCAM
I only gave one star bc I had to! I have emailed them several times bc my order is not showing up to return. They will not email me back! I have sent them 8 emails about my order! What a JOKE!
A seller as many sellers on poshmark are selling CPAP Machines illegally. You must be a Certified Reseller of CPAP machines to sell them. Otherwise its illegal. Some sellers on poshmark are just dumb. EBay wont let you sell them.
I have been using Poshmark mostly to purchase used clothing and some home decor. So far I haven't had a bad experience but I have noticed some sellers misrepresenting their items. I do my research prior to purchasing to determine what the original retail price was and actual measurements etc. Some sellers offer this information and some are too lazy too. There is some price gauging on there but I have seen far worse elsewhere. Recently a seller was selling a Reborn Baby Doll and they sell the same doll on Amazon but the seller was charging $30 more. My only issue has been how long it takes the seller to ship. They tend to delay for some reason. Overall it isn't a very stressful experience.
Answer: You've got to be smart about shopping online these days. There are scammers wherever you go. That said, if you follow the guidelines and steer clear from trading, which most sites don't condone, then you'll be fine. I've purchased over 100+ items on poshmark and have sold over 90+ with complete success, with the exception of the one time I decided to trade... I've purchased low prices items before and received junk a couple times, but Poshmark ALWAYS refunded me! Maybe I'm super savvy, so here's what I always do: 1. Always checkout the seller's reviews. 2. Always ask if there are any flaws with used items. 3. Always ask if sizing is TTS: "true to size" 4. And most importantly, always ask if it's authentic (unless otherwise specified in the description) These 4 questions have always led me to receiving exactly what I wanted and at half the retail price! Plus, it's so much fun! I've made a considerable amount of income from it, while also adding a nice set of items to my own closet! Good luck out there!
Answer: I have received every item I have ever bought on poshmark. It arrived on time and was in the exact condtion as was promised and how it appeared in the pics.
Answer: Well yes she received the boots and probably didnt like them or they didnt fit etc. she is trying to get her money back by trying to re sell them for 70.00 however she would only get 56.00
Answer: It took a long time, but today Poshmark said they refunded the entire purchase amount plus shipping because the booties I ordered were misrepresented. It took About a month and a half. Two times they offered me small credits toward another Poshmark purchase. I filed a very well documented (12 pages of emails, screen shots of the ad and screen shots of dialogue between me and the seller, Kimology) fraud claim with my credit card company, and I emailed Poshmark's customer service to advise them. Two days later they told me they were refunding my money. We'll see if that happens. Poshmark's customer service is terrible, but persistence paid off. Best of luck to you!
Answer: Ask probing questions: non-smoker? Ever been dry cleaned? How worn is it? Cats? Etc
Answer: I have the total opposite reaction to this question. This mystery group that decides what the outcome will be is ridiculous. You can't talk to anyone, and my last attempt to get support through emails, took one month! Not a fan of learning who the good sellers are by trial and error...
Answer: She probably stalked the other seller's listing and found you commented on the item you purchased. So technically, yes they can see what you buy as long as you commented something on the purchased listing.
Answer: Be careful on posh because they do not have your back. There is a lot of scandalous people on posh. Be careful on ebay as well. I bought a Michael Kors set on ebay that was listed as excellent condition but it was stained and reeked of cigarette smoke. Ebay did not refund my money. They said since it wasn't listed as brand new with tags I was screwed. I was out $315. Who wants a handbag and wallet that smells like shit? I think twice before buying on Ebay since that experience. Shame on the dishonest seller and Ebay for allowing that behavior. Good Luck!
Answer: Have you sent an email to Poshmark support? I have before and they did respond
Answer: You unfortunately cannot return an item if it doesn't fit. It's best to ask the seller the measurements of the item, if they tell you the wrong measurements you can return it. If they will not give you the measurements then don't buy from them. I'm new to selling on Poshmark and I will allow people to return their items if they don't fit because I believe that's what's right, you will find other good sellers!
