I bought a $30.00 pair of stretch pants that were size 12 and they were really really baggy. I sent many pictures & explanation of the differences of my same brand size 12, & the ones I just bought. There were inches of difference at the hem, the knee, the hips, etc. They were too big & baggy and DEFINITELY not what I expected. Just a few examples showing just half of the width, hips were 7 inches wider and knees were 5 inches wider. Within 2 hrs, they sent an email telling me it's not a valid reason for a return. Evidently the seller didn't care either. I will NEVER purchase from Poshmark ever again! Their return policy doesn't exist.

Absolutely horrible website. I created an account and spent hours listing my items, then got three emails about "unsupported items" for listing brand new with tags lingerie and hosiery. Then all my listings disappeared. I emailed about it and got a response about not selling worn underwear or socks for hygeine purposes, and that my account cannot be reinstated. But again these items were NEW with TAGS. Their AI may have flagged the listings, but if any human being bothered to check, they would see it was nothing lewd or unhygienic. They have specific categories for these items so obviously they are allowed! What a joke. No wonder this site has such awful reviews. See attached screenshots for exactly what was said. I understand they have certain guidelines and regulations but this is just absurd. Why create categories for items, then ban people for listing said items?

I order 3 Mini Cooper Tshirts.
One for me, one for my wife and one for my son.
Mine I have used it 5 times, with out washing and the print is detaching.
My wife's has used it 2 times and same problem
My son is a Christmas gift
Sizes come small

They have more fake sellers than the law should allow. Its trash and very unprofessional *******@golouie

No return no exchange policy. People can report your list/post if they don't like and poshmark automatically delete the post without explanation why. Mercari is good, however I purchased a Chanel worth of $1,200 and turns out it was fake. And I reached out to them and no solutions in 2 days, the seller deleted her account I can't no longer find her. So i told them i will call my bank to get my money back. And they Blocked me. Poshmark, if you purchase one item that's worth $500 and up, they will Authenticate it for you. My best experience is Tradesy even tho the sales fee is also high but, good customer service.

I do not like not being able to message a seller if the need arises, that is a deal breaker for me.

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a dress from a seller on Poshmark for $90. The next day I was contacted by the seller. She asked me to cancel my order because she didn't account for the cost of the shipping when pricing the dress and didn't feel she was going to make as much money as she wanted. She refused to ship to me the dress I had purchased and paid for. She contacted me again and asked me to cancel my order and that she would re-list the dress for more money (which she did) and if I wanted the dress I could purchase it again at the higher price. Poshmark customer service did nothing to help resolve the issue and my order was cancelled. I'm still waiting for my refund!

I reached out to Poshmark about items that I received broken. They refused to do a refund for me. They expected me to shop the broken item back to the seller and waste more shipping on items that are clearly broken. Took them days to even respond to my request. They didn't respond in a timely manner but told me I only have so much time to respond to them. I am frustrated that I can't speak to someone in person about this. Please be careful as they will refuse to resolve your issue if you don't pay for shipping to return a broken item.

I purchased a sweater described as "Used, in good condition". But when I got it, it was missing the zipper. My return was denied. Their reasoning- "Item is as described". Reading all these reviews, it looks like this is happening to a lot of people. Poshmark is facilitating fraud. I plan to sue them and would encourage the rest of you to do the same. Most consumer protection statues cover attorney fees as well.

I bought an item and when I received it I realized it was a different item from the description. I tried to get customer service to help and they were rude and unhelpful. It seems like a very dishonorable company. I will never buy anything from there again.

I bought a Clare V purse from posher jsjbjj on November 21st. I submitted money from PayPal. The bag was then marked sold. I wrote the posher and let her know I was buying a newer strap from Clare V and looked forward to her sold handbag being delivered. Poshmark claims it takes 3-5 days for delivery. I heard nothing from Jennifer Johnson. I wrote again after 7 days allowing business days for the holidays. Nothing. So I decided to alert Poshmark. They replied to the thread. Nothing. So I reported seller to Poshmark. A reply from Jennifer after 10 days saying, "I am sorry it is sold." I did receive my money back from PayPal.
In anticipation for this bag, I bought a $80 strap from Clare V with shipping costs based on trust that the purse will be delivered.
A financial transaction took place when money was sent and the item marked sold occurred between me and Jennifer based on trust that both seller and buyer will comply to this contractual agreement. In every contract, when one doesn't perform, there are repercussions. It appears that Poshmark and their lack of consequences (expel posher) is in compliant with this behavior. Poshers in spite of not complying to set terms are still able to sell on site.
On Airbnb if a host fails to perform, people write reviews and at some point, the host is no longer welcomed. Poor hosts are detrimental to the brand, and its investors and/or stockholders. The same should be for Poshers.

Poshmark is a weak website to sell anything on they will band your products quick if u upload anything that name brand saying it fake I been poshmark user for over 3 years and still it a problem people spam you so quick and then your banned from your account for 24 hrs like get the problem! I rather go to mercuri cause you can upload with no issues people fall you and they ban you for 24 hrs which socks! This website is no good at all go else where to sell your products they charge 7.99 for shipping when shipping for small items cost 3-4 bucks!

They'll ban you for the absolute silliest reasons. They also take a large amount of profit from your sales. Stay away, go on Mercari instead.

I placed an order on this site for the fist time today and got taken. The company successfully charged my debit card only to cancel my order without explanation shortly after the transaction went through. They now claim it will take 10 to 14 business days to refund my DC. Appears to be a scam to hold customers money perhaps in an effort to earn interest on those funds. Whatever the case STEER CLEAR of purchasing anything from this site. I would have given a ZERO star review if possible!

This business has many problems: If you plan to have pain, just buy from them. If you are a seller, avoid it because Poshmark has one process to humiliate and make you guilty about something, and the only choice is accepting. Seller, your best choice is to argue with others sellers about creating an online business. Google Cloud Computing, or Amazon AWS, is not limitless and one choice to be a billionaire. Open your eye.

I sell (or did) sell on Poshmark and not only are their fees ridiculous, there's no kind of customer service if you run into a problem.

Don't shop with poshmark becaus they will rip you off, I bought 17 statues and I spent $700 most of them not match the info and some broken and repaired and they do not accept the return

I recently bought a hat from poshmark that was sealed in the package, so I pressed accept.The hat has a hole and poshmark sided with buyer. How is that fair?They never tried to make it right.
