No customer service
January 28, 2023

Please beware before shopping on this site. You will not receive any help from customer support at all if anything goes wrong. A lot of seekers are misleading and you can not do a thing about it. Just shop eBay or even Mercari is better than poshmark!

I sold a brand new Uniqlo Olive Green Light down Jacket and the buyer said it was turquoise in colour Uniqlo does not sell light-down jackets in that colour so she wanted to return it. The buyer clicked accepted it by mistake and the funds went to me. She contacted support and they gave her the money back and told her to KEEP the JACKET and only found this out from the buyer NOT Poshmark. This would perpetuate stealing as anyone could just say it did not "match the description" and keep the product! I found out that the buyer is supposed to get a return label and send it within 5 days. Why did Poshmark not give me the option to keep the money or get my jacket back? I feel this was all done with dishonesty and want my property back. So far no answer from Poshmark. From the pics, it is Olive Green not Turquoise

I am done with Poshmark. In the last year about half of my purchases were either shipped 7 days or later or not at all. Sellers do not respond when asked if they plan to ship. And Poshmark holds on to your money for at least 7 days before you can ask for a refund. Sellers hardly ever post measurements and the majority dont bother to respond when asked. It's like they don't give a damn to really sell anything. I feel badly for the honest sellers on there, but life is too short to put up with this BS. My last purchases were on Jan 19. It is Jan 28 and I am still waiting for them to ship and because it's a weekend, I can't even ask for a refund until Jan 30. I ordered something of ebay the same day that arrived on the 22nd and two more purchases on Wednesday that arrived on Saturday. Since Poshmark refuses to do anything about these horrible sellers, there's really no reward for respecting buyers. Ebay it is.

Poshmark is a scammer website
January 28, 2023

I bought a blazer from the website advertised as 48R it was not. It was 42and after I asked for refund they declined and they said I should have asked the seller! That so dumb … If the seller advertised as 48R why the hell he is going to tell me otherwise. They told me to relist it. It's a scam to make people sell over and over in their website. This is not eBay nor Amazon also it's impossible to call them. Be aware and shop at your own risk.
Take care

Poshmark is definitely not for anyone looking to recoup some of their money. They ask you to offer your items at a significantly lower rate, then take 20% of your earnings of earnings are over $15. For example, 100.00 pair of Nikes at original price, I asked 76.00. I grossed 59. THEN! To transfer my earnings there is another fee for every money transfer option. So, I made less than half of what I paid for the shoes. Brand new. I get it, but this isn't the flea market. Oh! Then you have to wait until the buyer accepts your item… which they have ip to 3 days to do so and if by the 4th day they still haven't accepted, postmark will then release your funds. I get the need to make sure all is well with preowned items, but 4 days?

Poshmark sucks.
January 24, 2023

$750 for dress that's had a deceitful description. Seller posted a confusing description. Seller posted measurements, but also said measurements were approximate. Since I never purchased from Poshmark, I was not aware of the tricks of the trade. Of course they denied my return request. They said I didn't respond, but I did, with narrative and photos. Screwed out of $750 dollars and doubt I can resell due to weird alterations.

Poshmark's New Business Model
January 24, 2023

When I first started using Poshmark in 2017, they seemed to be a reputable company and protected sellers and buyers. Over the years, I bought and sold thousands of dollars worth of merchandise and became a Posh ambassador. Recently though, they have changed their standards, extending days for sellers to ship, which is a inconvenience to buyers and not standing supporting buyers who receive flawed merchandise. The final straw was a recent purchase of a sweater that had obviously been washed and shrunk. I had just purchased the exact same sweater on Poshmark in a smaller size that fit. I was told there was nothing they could do because it was size issue and they even recommended that I resell it on their website so some other unsuspecting buyer could purchase a damaged product and they could make additional profit. I can no longer support this company due to their poor customer service and lack of integrity.

The most horrendous customer support (or LACK THEREOF) I've experienced in, maybe …EVER. Poshmark FLAT OUT REFUSES to speak to you by phone and they do not have the common decency or respect to say so. Calling their Customer Support phone number says, "the mailbox is full".

Aurora and Keane are arrogant at best and 110% ignorant when it comes to understanding what Customer Support means. Their *lack* of understanding and *unwillingness* to understand the Issue was astonishing. THEIR ANSWER TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS TO IGNORE THE CUSTOMER —-

Aurora and Keane- You would truly be amazed at what you can learn from a customer who may be unhappy by speaking with them. What you are so afraid of bewilders my mind. Is this really the result you were after? Any solid company's leadership would absolutely not want this negative attention.

*Chandra* - are you paying attention?

I had no intention of leaving this negative review, except that you both tried very hard to *silence* me; I realized I still had a voice. Most companies do what they can to avoid negative reviews. Your actions and handling of my case is exactly what leads to negative reviews.

Congratulations- you win a recognition for horrendous customer service.

Do not contact me for any reason related to this review or experience.

Poshmark has turned to $#*!and I advise anyone considering this site for pirchases the scammers have took over and with the full support of Poshmark. In the earlier stages when you made a purchase you had time to review your purchase and you decided when the payment was released but my recent purchase i was defrauded and the seller apologized in the conversation and the stilled ruled against me twice and suggested that i resale it although they knew it would be fraudulent.

Buyers Beware
January 17, 2023

I bought an item supposedly NWT that arrived used and smelly. The sellers ratings are misleading because this seller appeared to be reputable. Poshmark Support sucks and doesn't respond until after 3 days when the purchase is Auto Accepted in their system even if you don't want it and try to return it. They are unscrupulous and deceitful.

I think the shipping costs are way too high #1. Especially for such snail mail. Plus many times sellers won't send orders or respond to inquires about your purchase. Due to poshmarks COVID policy, sellers have 10 FULL days to send the order, which is complete garbage (COVID isn't even a big deal anymore and everywhere else seems to do just fine) So sometimes you can expect not to receive your order for 3 weeks (if at all). Also posh fees are terrible, they take quite a bit of your earnings. I will still use it occasionally for now but I am definitely on the lookout for another platform to use, or hoping Poshmark will improve it's many problems!

They don't gives returns

I purchased frames for glasses and when it was determined that the frames were not suitable for what I needed I asked for a refund. I was denied and was told that if the item was correctly listed at the time of the sale it is not refundable.

Very Bad experience
January 16, 2023

I ordered a $1500.00 bag from poshmark. I didn't get any response from the seller or poshmark on the status for 7 business days. Then I contacted poshmark on the status. Still there wasn't any response. One day later some one send a message saying that the seller is not responding. On the Same message thread they asked the seller on when the bag will get shipped. The seller still didn't respond. Three days later I messaged them again. The answer was seller wasn't responding. So I asked the agent if the seller is shipping the item directly to me how is it get authenticated as the poshmark web site indicated. No answer. After ten days when I tried to cancel the order per poshmark instructions on their web site there wasn't even an option for it. Finally I contacted Paypal which through I made my payment and managed to cancel the order.
My overall experience with poshmark was extremely poor. They are a very untrustworthy company to deal with. Very poor service. You can never talk to anyone online, no live chat or support and still they tried to sell big ticket item. What a shame. I wish I had checked the online reviews before I made my purchase.

I've had so many luxury goods stolen even after providing Poshmark with receipts and posting there are no returns or refunds on luxury goods. I had a person buy a Versace Jacket, a Balenciaga sweater and an All Saints Leather jacket (that I provided receipts for) say it was counterfeit. This was a week of me sending Poshmark proof of purchase and they still let them make the "return."
They returned an empty box and when I messaged Poshmark about it they told me they wouldn't do anything as I was selling counterfeit items. WTF!

There is absolutely no customer service whatsoever! No phone number to call anyone. Messages and emails are responded to only with automated messages and if someone live does respond they ask questions and when you answer them again no response! I have sent over a dozen messages to them and still have no resolution to my issue. One sold item is showing payment being held after the buyer received the item 8 days ago! Policy is to release funds 72 hours after receipt and I won't be able to get anyone to respond or look into it! I am canceling my account with them and will forfeit thr money just to be done with this company. They should not be allowed to remain in business.

No more poshmark for me
January 12, 2023

The crap you have to go through with them to return an item and get a refund. You have no choice but to go through them, it it out of the seller's hand. My seller was fantastic and agreed to a return and refund. Now that Poshmark got involved, the ability to message the seller has been disabled. They have requested more photos. Already sent photos. All this over a damn pair of Toms shoes that are too big for me, my own shoe is the smaller one for comparison. They are mens, not womens. You'd think I was trying to return a Rolex
Never again

No support for Sellers
January 11, 2023

PoshMark charges over 20% which is outrageous and for the seller, offers no support or protection from Karen shoppers. I feel I was harassed by a shopper and retaliated against when I privately questioned the review that was given. The shoes I sold had a small wet spot on the insole from leather cleaner that spread during shipment apparently and the buyer suggested that I lied about the condition. The spots were not there when I shipped and I have pictures taken right before. When I questioned her, she downgraded the review to 1 star. PoshMark did nothing about the retaliation.I offered to take the shoes back but the buyer of course did not want that. The shoes were worth twice what she paid and I have no doubt she intended to re-list them for double. So she will probably make a huge profit while giving me a one star review to retaliate for my questioning her 4 star review.
