Poshmark customer service sucks they have done nothing to help.I emailed them approx 6 to 7 times and they send the same email back it seems like a robot answering back. You cannot call them,they do not take calls or messages. Again they suck
The item that was sent to me it was a $200 jacket. The first question I asked the seller was if the white jacket had yellowed at all. The seller said it had not. The day I received the jacket it was very obviously yellowed. I took pictures of the jacket and sent them to Poshmark. That date. I subsequently have sent 5 to 6 other emails and have had no resolution. Pictured is the yellowed poshmark purchase next to the exact same white jacket in its new state, as you can see, the problem is obvious. I sent multiple other views of the yellowing. There is no customer support number and I have sent numerous emails and Poshmark has done nothing. I am so frustrated. The jacket I was sent is in front of a new Veronica beard jacket.
I bought a puzzle, received it in a really bad packaging and with the pieces of the puzzle in bulk in the package a little bit open, and sure some pieces lost, for a puzzle, not easy! Used puzzle more expensive on poshmark than the new one on Hennessy website! 0 stars will be better, but we cannot! If you check POSHMARK 2467 REVIEWS, 1.55 STARS! YOU HAVE TO THINK A LITTLE BIT BEFORE YOUR PURCHASES! Poshmark you have to choose your customers sellers!
I was charged $44 in shipping because the USPS did not accept poshmarks label. Support is trash and offered me $5 store credit for my inconvenience after 8 emails about this issue.we have confirmed that my label fit my item weight and was correct. The postal service said my refund would need to come from Poshmark since they couldn't use the label provided by Poshmark. They are refusing to help me and are not responding to my full emails, rather repeating the same corporate phrases over and over. I sold a product worth $100 for $88, they only gave me $70, and after $44 in shipping I have made $26 in profits. I never would have used Poshmark if I knew so much money would be taken from me. There are so many other apps out there that do this better, don't waste your time.
This place is a nightmare! They do not protect your purchase as they claim. Items arrive broken there is no customer service phone and they do not respond to your emails.
Sellers of authentic items get flagged even after producing authentic receipts and or proven items sold as authentic in the past. I will never sell or purchase on their platform again.
I purchased 4 Savannah Jane tops off of Poshmark. I requested to return 3 of them and poshmark allowed 2. One seller sent me a totally wrong top. The 2nd seller had obviously washed and shrunken the shirt and had heavily sprayed it with febreeze which I'm allergic to. 3rd seller had called a shirt distressed when it was in fact Seams right in the front ripped apart and unable to be sewn. 4. The shirt I kept was brand new and the only shirt that was actually described. I also have a friend who bought a bunch of Louis Vuitton items off this site because she said they were guaranteed. I told her 3 were obviously fake and upon reading the fine print Poshmark DOES NOT CHECK EVERY ITEM OVER $500 FOR AUTHENTICITY THEY HAVE "APPROVED" SELLERS WHO SCREWED OVER MY FRIEND. This is a site for people looking to sell their damaged crap for a bunch of money.
Absolutely atrocious how they take advantage. For example there was a sweater that I thought was pretty cute and they make you think that it's a wonderful deal you're getting by saying that it's only $60 marked down from $300 then after Googling the same exact sweater I saw that it was being sold by SHEIN for only $17. Poshmark are criminals.
What a horrible site and ZERO customer service. States items will ship in 3-5 days and can cancel after that. Bought a bag for a gift, I messaged seller 4x, not a single response contacted support and told me they couldn't cancel even though 7 days went by! Service is HORRIBLE. And the FEES! I'll give my things away before dealing w these asshat!
Don't buy from poshmark as no returns are accepted even if the product is faulty.
According to their customer service you should have asked all the questions before purchasing an item, even if you couldn't have imagined what would be wrong with the item. In my case the linning of the sleeve of a coat does not remain tucked in and comes out when I wear the coat.
Customer service then had tha audacity to resolve my issue by suggesting that I reposh the coat, and sell it to someone else on the platform, basically making the faulty item somebody else's problem.
This platform indirectly encourages the seller to conceal information because they know that if the buyer doesn't ask then they are not obligated to disclosed the information.
Needless to say that I'm not buying from Poshmark ever again!
Biggest problem is the photo/picture quality of clothing. Photos can't be enlarged and most sellers take lousy photos that don't show accurate colors. Some sellers don't list enough info or show measurements (inseams) with the pants or tape measure all scrunched up. Lazy sellers who can't be bothered to give buyers as much info as they can. If the seller lists the item correctly (but their photos don't reveal the type of fit say slim, relaxed or some other info) you can't return the item even if unwearable. Stating an incorrect color just gets you an apology, no more.
I sold a jacket on Poshmark and my payment is still pending. It's been five days now and the person already received the order yet. I still haven't got paid. I've been contacting customer support and I haven't got a response anyone who knows me knows I'm a very patient person but my patience is running out with them. It's bull$#*!.
Poshmark sellers have posh shows (live online) to sell their stuff, so to advertise them Poshmark jams your feed and phone with notices, sometimes 50, 60, 70 a day or more notifying you of these shows. Many people have complained about this but they tell you to turn off the notifications. Thing is, the notification says its off but you still get the notifications. Poshmark wants you to buy from other sellers but if you're on there only to sell, it is very annoying because there are so many notices for post shows that you can't see the notices when someone wants to buy your items. I'm moving to ebay and etsy and others.
I purchased a sandal from posh that was listed at $400. A reputable consignment shop said the sandal was only worth $155. The seller said the sandal was worn one time. Could not have been so. I feel so cheated.
Poshmark is not a good platform to sell items as they do not protect the seller if a buyer wants a return on an item that I provides explicit detail and pictures of items condition. If you are a new seller or entertaining the idea, better off looking at a different platform to sell items.
A bought a pair of shape ups and this was my 2nd week wearing them and the bottom sole peeled of of the left shoe and is starting on the right. I am very disappointed and not sure if I will ever by again on this site.
Poor quality product, smells bad and obviously very used although claimed to be new. Customer "service" is a joke.

Poshmark is a great sight for purchasing clothing unless you have a problem with an item you bought. Then they disappear and you quickly realize you are in a Buyer Beware situation. It is easy for used clothing to have been washed and shrunk, especially wool products. Then they get sold as their marked size but are no longer that size. This has happened to me twice, and Poshmark sided with the seller and I was stuck with products I could not wear.
Answer: You've got to be smart about shopping online these days. There are scammers wherever you go. That said, if you follow the guidelines and steer clear from trading, which most sites don't condone, then you'll be fine. I've purchased over 100+ items on poshmark and have sold over 90+ with complete success, with the exception of the one time I decided to trade... I've purchased low prices items before and received junk a couple times, but Poshmark ALWAYS refunded me! Maybe I'm super savvy, so here's what I always do: 1. Always checkout the seller's reviews. 2. Always ask if there are any flaws with used items. 3. Always ask if sizing is TTS: "true to size" 4. And most importantly, always ask if it's authentic (unless otherwise specified in the description) These 4 questions have always led me to receiving exactly what I wanted and at half the retail price! Plus, it's so much fun! I've made a considerable amount of income from it, while also adding a nice set of items to my own closet! Good luck out there!
Answer: I have received every item I have ever bought on poshmark. It arrived on time and was in the exact condtion as was promised and how it appeared in the pics.
Answer: Well yes she received the boots and probably didnt like them or they didnt fit etc. she is trying to get her money back by trying to re sell them for 70.00 however she would only get 56.00
Answer: It took a long time, but today Poshmark said they refunded the entire purchase amount plus shipping because the booties I ordered were misrepresented. It took About a month and a half. Two times they offered me small credits toward another Poshmark purchase. I filed a very well documented (12 pages of emails, screen shots of the ad and screen shots of dialogue between me and the seller, Kimology) fraud claim with my credit card company, and I emailed Poshmark's customer service to advise them. Two days later they told me they were refunding my money. We'll see if that happens. Poshmark's customer service is terrible, but persistence paid off. Best of luck to you!

Answer: I have the total opposite reaction to this question. This mystery group that decides what the outcome will be is ridiculous. You can't talk to anyone, and my last attempt to get support through emails, took one month! Not a fan of learning who the good sellers are by trial and error...
Answer: She probably stalked the other seller's listing and found you commented on the item you purchased. So technically, yes they can see what you buy as long as you commented something on the purchased listing.
Answer: Be careful on posh because they do not have your back. There is a lot of scandalous people on posh. Be careful on ebay as well. I bought a Michael Kors set on ebay that was listed as excellent condition but it was stained and reeked of cigarette smoke. Ebay did not refund my money. They said since it wasn't listed as brand new with tags I was screwed. I was out $315. Who wants a handbag and wallet that smells like shit? I think twice before buying on Ebay since that experience. Shame on the dishonest seller and Ebay for allowing that behavior. Good Luck!

Answer: You unfortunately cannot return an item if it doesn't fit. It's best to ask the seller the measurements of the item, if they tell you the wrong measurements you can return it. If they will not give you the measurements then don't buy from them. I'm new to selling on Poshmark and I will allow people to return their items if they don't fit because I believe that's what's right, you will find other good sellers!
