Scam site only for 20% commission

POSHMARK is biggest scam don't ever try to register and buy or sell because screenshot are attached and self-explanatory they never take back returns and also sell old used items by listing as new, also if you sell anything they don't deliver to buyers and take out original Working products and return back by saying it damaged.
Biggest fraud company in India.
So be aware of "POSHMARK", better Mark as spam in your all divices.

Bought golf grips

The golf grips i bought looking at a picture of the grips,. The golf grips i received were fake and i did know until i took them to the golf shop to be installed. Poshmark could't help me and didn't tell me who the seller was to help me get a refund. I don't think they even deserve a one star. The fake ones in the pictures have different fonts see the cords already coming out of the rubber grip. Disgusting, the real ones i bought from the golf shop are the darker ones.

Scary "Selling" Site

I was going to start selling on Poshmark as I wasn't having much luck on Facebook. After I was reading about the company and everything was "perfect", I was scammed (the next day) and I truly believe it came from this site. Now I have to change everything as they "know" everything now. Every time I tried to go to the Poshmark site, my computer tells me it's not a secure site. Hope this helps someone,

This is the first time, and the last time I will use Posh. All I get is a form letter how they appreciate my business and they are working with the seller to get it shipped.

Sellers Beware

I sold a new $2500 Louis Vuitton handbag on Poshmark and the *******@annaktshaw created a fraudulent return that Poshmark approved. The bag was returned worn and used. I submitted a claim and they came back with a $150 credit. I'm disgusted and will be canceling my account.

Terrible service. No response to reported problem for a week. Account is not working with no notification of any issue etc.
They just take your money and you are left on your own if there is any issue!

No business ethic, very poor level of service.

I would like to add Zero Star level, but need to give 1 Star as Zero is not available.

WISH I READ REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING

I purchased a large sweater for a birthday gift, when it arrived, it said 3 on the tag, like a 3x. This was way too big for my husband, upon trying to return it to the sender, I followed the instructions from poshmark and when I signed up and made and account I was supposed to go to my order to send photos of what was wrong with the product. The problem was when i made an account there was nothing under my purchases. I wrote poshmark back in order to understand how I could return this item, i sent them all the details I would have had to put under the purchase, including a copy of the purchase and Posh mark never responded. You ONLY have 48 hours to try to get a refund as they disperse funds to the seller 48 hours after the package has been delivered.

Needs less to say I will NEVER order anything off Poshmark again!

Seller went ghost

Okay so basically, five days ago I ordered a kindle fire, messaged the seller about it, she went online around an hour after I bought it and texted me and said that she would ship it out Monday morning, Monday rolls around no shipping updates, Tuesday none, Wednesday nothing, I go to check her activity on her Poshmark page she hasn't been active since the day she messaged me, as I read reviews and stuff I realized that the seller doesn't get the money until the product is with the buyer and the buyer confirms that they have the product, in all honesty the girl seemed genuine but idk the seventh day is coming up soon, I'm gonna ask for a refund as soon as I can because tbh I don't really want the product anymore.

Note- she removed nearly all her listings and only left like two items so I'm assuming she isn't planning on shipping it out to me.

I have purchased 38 items on this site! Some how my 6 yr old niece played with my phone and I was looking at this app,she hit her finger on this app,and it went to buy now and that accidentally purchased a $100 item that I would never purchase,and it is a gold plated jewelry that breaks my skin out! The seller would not even speak,they took my money and I have not received item! This site allows 3 days if there is something wrong to return, they basically stole my money!

They are not there when you need them

I am so disheartened with this company. Been a longtime customer throughout the years and have purchased items at many price points. I have received items I wasn't completely happy with a handful of times, but never submitted a claim because I thought some will not be 100%. I felt I needed to submit a claim in this instance since the seller sold me a completely unwearable item and did it deceptively. I provided very thorough photos and an explanations about the damage the seller caused to this wool sweater by shrinking it beyond recognition. The seller washed her wool sweater in hot water which caused the knit to basically shrivel it up to a thicker, more rigid felt or a boiled wool material. It was about 5" shorter from original measurements and provides no range of motion. It looks like a joke. The seller was deceptive in her description and used images from the manufacturer for the full garment view and only one closeup photo of the neck label on the actual garment. I paid $75 for an unwearable item and explained this to poshmarks and submitted these photos along with some other ones showing a side by side comparison. They said my case does not qualify for a refund! They gave me a $5 "posh credit" which is a complete insult! I'm out $75 and have been a longtime customer purchasing many many items at all kinds of price ranges. I'm certain collectively my purchasing activity has generated some pretty decent income for poshmarks. I pushed back with a follow up email but they are now ignoring me completely. The fact that they can't do better than 5 dollars is mystifying and short sighted. No wonder why poshmarks is constantly losing customers and has such bad company reviews. The customer service they advertise sadly does not hold any water. Their phone number leads people to a dead end. Why even have it? It only wastes people's time and makes them more disgruntled with poshmarks. Their customer service is there until someone really needs it, then it becomes a generic rubber stamp policy which offers zero protection for the buyer. Based on my history and track record alone should be enough of a reason to issue a refund, but instead poshmarks decided to abandon yet another customer. It's disheartening and disappointing to have poshmarks treat their longtime customers in such a dismissive way at the moment we really need their support.

Fraudulent company

I ordered a DVD set from Poshmark, the main reason I ordered from them was because the item had Closed Captions, as I am hearing impaired, and Poshmark advertised the set as having CC, it did not. I contacted their customer service to explain that the item was useless to me; they took a week to get back to me. Their reply was ridiculous, they wanted multiple pictures of the item, and a video of the item playing, plus 6 other hoops to jump through that were just stall tactics. Finally, after weeks of e-mails and frustration, they said it was too late, I took too much time replying (total BS) so They could not issue a return or cash back. I live very rural, and I order most everything on-line, this is worst, I mean the very worst company I have ever dealt with. Poshmark is a grab the cash and run outfit, without any care other than "Grab the cash & screw you attitude. Beware, Poshmark is fraudulent.

First and last time selling on Poshmark

My very first time selling on Poshmark and I've already deleted the app. Never going to use them again. Listed a bag I bought from Norman Marcus and got a notification from Poshmark that my ad had been deleted because my item was counterfeit. No other explanation I have all the receipts I wrote to their customer service and I got no response. Insulting!

I love Poshmark authentication service

I love Poshmark authentication because I shop with confidence for items $500 and up. Not like other websites that way Poshmark guarantees me authenticity of the item I bought without extra cost. Their experts are knowledgeable and they address my issues professionally.

Just gets worse.

This app is just full of garbage_ seller's selling thrift items for ridiculous prices. People who post stock photos of items that look nothing like what you actually get. Taxes and shipping ad an extra 20 dollars to the price sometimes. Bring your clothing to a local consignment store and save yourself the hassel. Also, buy your clothes where you can try them on or where you can actually bring them back. I've ordered from this app numerous times and rarely have I gotten something good. Their return policy gets worse and worse. I ordered a pair of lululemon pants in "excellent condition" and I received them dirty in the crotch area_ yeah, the seller obviously didn't wear underwear with the pants and them sent them to me. So good quality and honest sellers are like finding a needle in a haystack on this app. And also, so many counterfeit items. Support local consignment instead of this greedy app.

Horrible company. Seller messed up in their measurements but they still refused to refund me. Now I'm out $400 and still need a laptop bag. They said I could reposh it which is super convenient for them because now they get 20% of her commission and they'll get 20% of mine when I reposh it. Disgusting customer service.
