SIZE VS FIT
April 9, 2023

Ordered a pair of boots based on size as advertised. Boots received marked correct size ordered but too small. Believe item mislabeled. Company policy considered "fit" not a reason to request return. "DONOT ORDER ITEMS BASED ON SIZE FROM THIS WEB SITE." as they cannot be returned if they do not "FIT PROPERLY".

Don't trust Poshmark

I placed an order for jewelry. It never came. After 10 days they said I should contact the seller throught the Poshmark website. The seller didn't exist. Whatever you do DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE!

Order was sent to wrong address despite not accepting seller still got paid when contacting seller seller blocked me and poshmark did nothing to resolve. Finally called bank and got my money back. Still no response from seller or poshmark. Poor customer service.

Poshmark USED to be a great site to buy and sell pre-owned goods...but NO MORE! I bought a dress that was advertised as brand new and it had been altered and had stains on it from when it was worn. Poshmark denied the return after harassing me to send them a whole bunch of pictures showing the measurements of the dress. So stupid! I wasn't complaining about the size. Well, once I told them if they didn't authorize the return ASAP, I would dispute the charge with my bank, they denied the return. Interesting response. Certainly the opposite of professional and reputable. Instead, they were spiteful. So I'm off to dispute the charge. I'm sure I'll win. I've spent thousands of dollars up there over the last few years and now they've lost a great customer.

POSHMARK IS SHADY

As most of the reviews clearly show POSHMARK is SHADY platform that you cannot trust. I got a product that was not is good condition and looked nothing like the pictures and postmark decided the seller was right and didn't accept my return. NEVER buying from postmark ever again and trying to warned others before they are scammed like I was. BEWARE! If I could give zero stars I definitely would!

How fraudulent is that? I would like to choose who I follow, not automatically be 'assigned' them. I'm still deleting them & most of them are so called AMBASSADORS. Which leads me to believe it's a giant scam. It's a ridiculous app that is extremely manipulative and takes forever to launch & add just a few items to sell because I instantly got 'Offers' from true scammers which took up an entire afternoon to straighten out. It's exhausting all of the 'eye candy' assortment of games to play out there with campaigns & events being available! Gah! I only want to sell some of my belongings, not be a part of the whole social network of manipulation to 'Like', 'Follow' and 'Share' items ~ It could be like a full time job just manning this site, if I choose to continue … Only my 3rd day and I will be deleting my account asap.

I purchased two quality items for great prices. The items arrived quickly and were in really good shape. My problem is the constant barrage of emails from this company. It is outrageous! I have "unsubscribed" multiple times to multiple emails and they are still spamming me.

Buyers Beware

Save yourself a lot of grief don't buy from this website there's way too many sellers who don't disclose condition period! They want you to go by their half $#*! blurry photos in lieu of writing a description and condition! Poshmark puts it on the buyers to ask as many questions as you can! Give me a break! Sellers should be obligated to disclose condition and all basic information! A seller should not have the right to decide what brand you purchase because they don't disclose that! Nobody wants to be surprised and have their rights taken away to choose whether they want to purchase an item of a brand they'd never buy! Poshmark is unprofessional, unethical, and down right backwards for putting that on the buyers! They're system is all screwed up! Save yourself a lot of grief buy from anywhere else but from Poshmark period!

This site Poshmark.ca never has never let me list my sell. I spent lots of time to prepare informative description and to take photos of my items to post on this site but it kept deleting my postings and even stopped me from transactions without any explanation. All my items are genuine branded and good quality, and I had been very enthusiastic to work with this. I also read and obeyed all its listing policy. But it just brutally didn't let me list. And while it looks a responsible site by preventing all people that it suspects (with bias judgements), unfortunately and ironically the items I bought from the site that it approves for listing aren't great. I bought some belts from this site but some don't really work, and 2 belts from other supplier never delivered. Hurtful and disappointed experience. I contacted their Support but they never replied to the points of my questions after getting back to me only after a few days. Unsure if they themselves are genuine while they judge on others. I've deleted my account and completely give up on this.

I bought a pair of Hudson Jeans that were advertised as NWT. When I received them they were clearly used and the tag that was added to them was not the original tag. The style # nor the color matched the jeans. The pockets inside the jeans had a ton of lint balls from multiple washes. I provided all the pictures to Poshmark yet five days later still under case review. In the meantime have allowed the seller to write snarky messages to me. I have purchased 28 items from Poshmark over the past 6 weeks. I gave 5 star reviews every time with this one acception. I now feel like it is important to do a audit on every purchase I have made from the site. Stay tuned...

I was a seller and I sold some sunglasses. The woman totally ruined them just to return them and Posh didn't make it fair for me to state my case. They sided with the customer and didn't give me time to provide before and after photos and on too of that they ignored my emails. I am currently looking to sell somewhere else. They were completely unfair and not neutral as they should have been.

If you are a seller and your listed item sells, the buyer has the option for 3 hours to cancel the order. This only applies if the buyer makes the purchase at full price. If they make a purchase at a discount, this does not apply. So, if the buyer makes a purchase at full price and decides to cancel the order within 3 hours, then the seller has to re-list the item. If you are a seller who had many potential buyers "LIKE" the item, then you would lose all of those potential buyers since the item will continue to show as SOLD. The item does not get reinstated. Therefore, the red sold banner will still be there as if the item truly sold. This is unfair and unreasonable to the seller. So the seller has to re-list the item and have to start the process all over again which slows down sales. Furthermore, all of the potential buyers who see that you have re-listed the same item think it was returned due to some issue so they are no longer interested in your item. Poshmark should remove the sold banner and reinstate the item if some buyer who plays games cancels the order! I have reached out to Poshmark and they do not care to change their unfair and unreasonable policy. As all of the reviews show on Sitejabber, Poshmark is a terrible forum, especially to sell. They take 20% and they do not help the seller in any way if there is an issue. I will no longer sell as they have the worst policies and worst customer service. I have had many issues with them and this is the last straw.

What a Nightmare!

After working for two days to list items on Poshmark, all items in my closet disappeared. Worst customer service. Takes days for them to respond with the most ridiculous emails that are of no help. Can't trust them and the audacity to delete your closet with an explanation. Trying sending a damn email or something, Poshmark. I worked very hard and did it all for nothing. You want 20% for doing what? Having the worst customer service? You really are a horrible company. Shame on you!

After ordering Urban Jeans though this site, the jeans arrived and were absolutely not the size indicated (too large) I immediately contacted the Poshmark customer service and submitted absolute proof that the jeans were sized too large for the measurements that they advertised! I sent them absolute proof but there customer service kept adding more requirements and they needed more pictures of proof of the obvious. Do not purchase anything from these crooks! You will never get any satisfaction from them. My bad for not using due diligence and researching and checking out all of the horrible reviews. I mean it, find any other site and check out the reviews first. I'm hoping that these bastards are bankrupted!

I bought a cute top. It arrived and to my surprise, it was disgusting dirty. It smelled like perspiration and around the collar, it had all the brown stain from not been washed ever. I contacted customer service, they contacted the seller and of course nothing was accomplished. The return policy doesn't say anything about hygiene. The arrogance of the seller was beyond my comprehension. She simply said "wash it". I wash everything I buy before wearing it but this was disgusting.
Please, stay away from this site. They over price the merchandise, they don't accept returns under any circumstances. Not professional, very deceptive. A poor poor business ethic.

UNBELIEVABLE POLICY--AVOID!
Pursuing action for discrimination against disabled.

My disabled mother uses this app. She is east coast, I'm west. She bought several items from 1 seller and received 1 small worthless item she didn't order. The seller said she'd mixed up her order with another, and my mom had to mail the mistake to the intended recipient. Otherwise she gets no refund and no product she ordered.

Mom explained she's disabled, homebound, and has no one in the area. The company backs the seller, refuses to refund her, and she received nothing she paid for. They will not even acknowledge her pleas for an exception to this terrible "policy" that buyer have to fix a seller's mess up.

I'm helping her pursue legal action. If they would simply refund, because the seller made a mistake, we could move on. But sadly no. Oh and what's more, they continue to harass her daily with demands to send the wrong item (worthless) to the person the seller was supposed to send it to.

Unbelievably they will not simply refund her for what she paid for and never received. Seems simple right? We could all avoid this horrible experience we are dealing with. Nope. They stand firm protecting the seller's mistake. Sickening.

Worst place

I did one purchase from poshmark and never again. The seller said that it was size 10 and I received one size 12 and poshmark didn't accept the return. Said it was my fault that I didn't ask the seller about the size. And even suggested that I resell so they can profit twice. Don't waste your money

Not a bad way to shop… the only thing that I would change is that they need to cut down on the shipping charges bc u have to factor them into the price and in some instances it makes the item seem very expensive

Poshmark quit responding to me

I bought a Louis Vuitton purse on poshmark. The seller did not disclose that the handle was very worn. By the time the bag got to me the loop around the D hook had broken completely at the seam. I emailed poshmark and they quickly responded that they would send me a label to send the bag back and then refund me. After speaking with the seller, the seller agreed to pay for the repair for the bag which I was ok with. I took it to a local leather repair shop and they stated they could tack the strap and the charge would be $75. The seller agreed to send me the $75 and asked that I accept the bag as is so the funds could be released. I emailed poshmark and they released the funds. Within moments of poshmark notifying me that the funds were released, the leather shop called me and said the entire strap is dry rotted bc every time they put the leather needle in the strap is falls apart. I communicated this back to the seller and she said just to send the bag back bc she was not willing to replace the strap which would cost $375 though LV. I was also not willing to eat that cost bc I paid $900 plus tax for the bag. Today is Wednesday. I have emailed poshmark no less than 7 times since Sunday morning at 730 am. They have yet to respond. The seller and myself had a conversation chat going within the poshmark app that I added a poshmark representative to and they told me to email poshmark. Of course I have already done that multiple times with no response. The seller says they don't know how to send the money back and now the seller won't respond to me within the poshmark app. Now I am out almost $1000 for a purse that can't be used bc the strap is dry rotted and falling apart.
