I Love poshmark & sell with a closet full of 350++ Items. I pay 20% but have spoken Via Email with the lady in charge so I do not understand why others say they cant get a hold of anyone as I had NO PROB. Maybe no effort? I have purchased 100+ Items & YES, ALL My transactions have been great. I am happy for this site. Customer service is the Bomb & there ARE Great sellers on here. The share groups normally have the super sellers! GO FOR IT! Seriously, if you have a question I am here. I was reading some reviews & was disgusted by both buyer & seller not stepping up to their OWN responsibilities. I can pretty much promise that MOST of the 1star reviews are because someone is not taking responsibility for their own actions. WOW. Typical for this day & age. UGH,

OH BTW, Anyone that says anything about getting charged early on their CC is not telling the truth. See The seller DOES NOT get paid until the customer gets, receives & rates the item,. Shame Shame. SO PLEASE receive your items when you get it. It kind of stinks waiting for someone to except. I Follow the " Golden Rule on This site. If it is any other way with NO empathy it is not right. Just saying.

If you need to know more about an item PLEASE ask questions. The buyer will be more than happy. Respond with a thank you also. Be a Lady,. Be responsible, Know your measurements for bags, size for clothing & Ring size!

It is NOT the sellers fault if you are not correct when the size is given.

Sold a pair of Ugg boots almost a month ago, still haven't been paid. Bought a Tiffanys bracelet, still haven't received it. My money is tied up in Poshmark. When they decide to give it to me, I will delete this app. The only way to contact Poshmark is through email. And it's taking forever for them to respond. I just called their number and left a voice mail. Hopefully they get back to me. If they don't, I'm calling my back and report them for fraud. This is the number I called *******771

My first transaction with Poshmark was for a pair of shoes. They arrived and the heel on one shoe had been customized for someone with a short leg, so one heel was 3/4 inch different in height. None of this was disclosed on the posting. I was totally unable to communicate with the seller. Poshmark ignored my emails. I couldn't even figure out how to rate the seller. I am going to delete all reference to Poshmark and stick with Ebay and the realreal.

Wow! Never worked so hard as a seller in my life. So many thrift stores around now that people expect something for nothing but they just don't realize how awful the selections are at some of these thrift stores... children's snot and everyone's germs all over everything... alot of items high priced just because they have designer names (made in china) but are knockoffs. The loud noises of bigmouths and their children while you shop... good heaven's America wake up and shop more online... save time, gas and pay the darn $4.99 s&h fee... not a bad fee at all compared to most ripoff companies that charge like $10 or more for that! Your items are tracked for the $4.99 and you get them fast if the seller ships out fast. If you buy a whole bunch of items you make out like a bandit because you STILL pay only $4.99... hello! Speaking of which... if you have great taste, need gifts for the holidays and love those thrift store prices on items that won't be damaged, are truly like new, etc. www.poshmark/closet/dooleymom.com. UPDATE: The day after I filed this review and a complaint with BBB I was given a return label to send the jacket back to the seller. I was provided a refund today. It was stressful trying to get this situation fixed but I am glad in the end Posh did the right thing.
Was sold a jacket in "perfect" condition but arrived with many holes and a missing button. The seller apologized and told me to send it back but Posh has the money in limbo until they finish their review. Posh offered me a $30 credit towards another purchase and I refused it. They then offered me a $50 credit towards another purchase and I refused it. I have sent 5 emails in 5 days and have not received a single response to any of them. They are ignoring me on purpose, they screw me and the seller and keep all the money. Funny thing is- the seller has also contacted the company asking them to accept my refund so I can send it back and get my money, but they are ignoring her as well.
I have filed a complaint with the BBB and I will contact Chase tomorrow to file a complaint with them as they were my form of payment. This company purposely keeps your ability to contact that a very minimum, email only, to avoid having to answer for their bad business practices. Have you noticed most of positive reviews on this site offer codes for discounts?! Hilarious! Obviously Posh is leaving most if not all those reviews as a buyer has not interest in leaving a positive review them give out a discount for a future purchase.

Poshmark is a terrible company, I was scammed. I shipped out a pair of shoes to a buyer and the app never showed the product as scanned, I went to the post office and got a statement printed of every single scan along the way as well as the confirmed delivery. The buyer proceeded to cancel the order and I lost my money as well as my product. I've emailed poshmark with confirmation numbers, receipts, as well as the statements and have gotten nothing back. I do NOT recommend this website whatsoever. The owners and people at corporate do not care about the customer, buyer/seller experience. They care about the money they make ONLY. Not the money or products people are losing.

Dont even think about doing business in Poshmark if you value your hard earned money. ZERO customer service, I was ripped off by ellasshop selling fake cosmetics, reached out to Poshmark and they ignored me completely, THANK GOD for Paypal, I have the business debit card covered by Mastercard, do a chargeback to get your money, it's the only way. These scums sit back and collect their 20+ % and leave its customers to the wolves they have allowed to infiltrate every corner of the small online business, I will never do business with them again. It takes weeks into months to resolve any problems even with the help of a chargeback, it takes several weeks and lots of time to resolve, of course that's what they count on is you giving up, meanwhile the very person who ripped you off goes right on selling. Disgusting.

Okay I gotten some pretty sweet deals on here like a Tiffany & Co ring for $40! Yes it was authentic(: Also a coach bracelet for $13. Most of the things are over priced and posh does take a big cut when you sell things. I think it's worth it if you take your time looking around.

Poshmark has the worst customer service ever. There is no phone number, and you have to write an email with an automated response to your detailed question stating it will take up to 5 days to get a response. I still have yet to get responses for items that have sold, and have been delivered. It has been over a month. The cut they take is larger than any other selling website I have ever heard of! They take up to $40 percent of your earnings in some cases. And for items over $100 they take the same percentage. It is unreal and My problems have yet to be resolved. It may be a great place to buy, but to sell, it is terrible. Do yourself a favor and avoid this website for selling purposes! I had to select at least one star to be a review, but I would give them 0 of 5. Absolutely terrible seller resolution, customer service, and communication. As soon as I receive the money I have earned, which has been over a month I will never return to this site and will de-acvivate my account.

Poshmark posted some appealing Facebook ads, so I downloaded the app to give it a try. My first purchase was a pair of black fringe booties. The seller, Kimology, listed the Liliana brand booties as true to size as well as made with leather and suede. I ordered a size larger than I usually wear so I could wear socks with them. I received the booties in 2 days, beautifully packaged, and looking like they did in the pictures on the Poshmark app, but when I tried them on, I couldn't even get my foot past the opening. They were certainly not true to US sizes. When I looked at the materials stamp on the shoe, it clearly said, "ALL MAN MADE MATERIALS."

I contacted Poshmark to let them know about the problems with the booties, and they told me they were reviewing my return request. Since when do I have to wait for a return merchandise authorization for a pair of shoes? I've never heard of such a thing! In a few days they emailed me asking for more pictures. A few more days went by and they refused my "claim." When I contacted Kimology about the misrepresentation of the product she sold me, she said "Poshmark doesn't accept returns if you buy the wrong size." I told her about the MANMADE stamp on the shoes, and asked her to post a picture of a stamp proving otherwise. She ignored me. Kimology continues to sell the Liliana brand on Poshmark, and Poshmark protects her fraudulent business.

I've filed a fraud report with my credit card company, and I do not recommend this website or app in any way.
