I sold an excellent used condition Louis Vuitton authentic speedy 35 bag for $475 and the lady I sold it too opened a case stating it wasn't real, she then took pictures of a fake bag saying it was mine, they approved her case and she sent me back the fake bag! And on top of losing $475 and not even getting my authentic bag back, they closed my account and banned me from ever buying or selling on their site again. I'm am so upset about this, I'm a single mother of 2 and I'm obviously selling my items because I need the extra income and I just got completely scammed from a company that's supposed to be trustworthy. :(

Placed two orders my first day on the site. Still have not received the first order. Second order received within 3 days. I cancelled the payment with PayPal before the 7 days the seller has to ship. Rules for sellers is they have to ship within 5 days of printing the shipping label. If they don't ship the buyer can cancel order after 7 days of non shipment. The buyer needs to accept the item within 3 days to have the payment released to seller. If you don't accept within 3 days they automatically take the payment. How is that fair? They claim you have to be patient with seller but you can't wait 7 days to release the payment. I am not going to reward a seller for slow shipment. I believe if you teat me well I will do the same. I'm sure I am in for a fight to get my payment refunded. I don't recommend this site. Very poor pictures and descriptions. Everyone has to ask for specific pictures. Perverts with foot fedishes are all over the site,

Their so called Posh Protect policy says items that returns are allowed if Item is not authentic. I have irrefutable photographic proof that a fake was sold yet they refused a return.

I sold a woman an Adidas jacket that was worn once, perfect condition and looked brand new. I bought the jacket in an xs and decided I wasn't wearing it so I should sell it. Well I sent her the jacket and she opened up a claim about the jacket saying I sent her a size small and a jacket with a destroyed zipper. In my posting, I posted pictures of the tag and condition of the jacket that proved it was the correct size I posted which was an XS. It turns out that she already had a jacket in a size SMALL and wanted a size smaller with a WORKING zipper. She bought my jacket posted a picture of her old jackets tag and now POSHMARK is going to let her send me her old destroyed jacket. They won't respond to me and told me it was my fault even though I posted a picture of the tag. Now I am out a jacket and money and POSHMARK is ignoring me and siding with this woman who is obviously a scam artist. PLEASE do not sell on this app.

Placed my first order for a pair of Frye flats. First order shipping was supposed to be. 99 cents. Seller accepted my offer, sent the shoes, they are great! But in my several emails to Poshmark my account has still not been credited. Now I just sent them another one stating there was a problem with the order, now they think I want to return it! Are you kidding me? I have been going back and forth for days! Does anyone there even read the emails sent? I know it's only 5.42 but it is the principal of the matter at this point! I hate to hold up the seller's payment, I guess that's how they operate, but I can't even contact her to tell her why! I just now tried to look her up by the return address on my mailing label. Who shops here?

I ordered a pair of boots. Paid for on 4/20/17. Today is 5/2/17. Still no boots. Ebay takes 2 to 3 days! I sell on Ebay. I have also sent questions on certain other items with NO RESPONSES from the sellers. On Ebay we always respond to questions. No good descriptions either. Like everyone thinks jeans size 3 is going to suffice! Crazy! I have messaged Poshmark twice now, once yesterday and once today as to where my boots are... no reply still... Never again!

I ordered a small item from Poshmark & paid for it thru Paypal. The charge appeared on 4/22/17. I have yet to receive this item. I could not find a way to contact them at customer service or any other way! I am totally unimpressed with this website; what a waste!

Do not waste your time nor money on that site! It is not worth it. The worst part is that there is a horrible customer service and that the site is full of replicas that even that you report them, PM will do nothing about it! I filled out a claim about several scammers which made me being blocked from the site... seriously? So do not trust PM, for them it will be better to have a bunch of scammers that make money out of new poshers than a true honest one! Once again... DO NOT USE POSHMARK EVER

I have been on poshmark for over a year now. I have sold many items and have never had a customer complaint or issue. I have also purchased quite a few items and have never had an issue. You don't realize how much of a scam this company is until something goes wrong with a sell or purchase. I purchased an item that was misadvertised. Even the seller admitted to me that she based the description of the product on how it fit her not on what the product actually is. I put in a refund request and they asked for additional photos. I sent many and then got an email saying they were received. A couple days later I got another email saying that my request was denied because I did not provide the additional photos. I am continuing to send emails because I want my money back. I'm just leaving this comment so people understand that things run smoothly with this company until something goes wrong because the company refuses to give up their commission to fix faulty posts.

Ordered a pair of shorts and got a youth size instead of adult. Immediately email customer support asking what I needed to do for a refund they asked me to send them pictures which I did. Took several days getting back to me. Finally a response saying I did not contact them in time and all I could get was a credit for the shorts and not my large payment for shipping. Completely unacceptable! I did everything I could and they failed to inform me what to do before it was too late

I'm very sad to see so many bad reviews. I also find some reviews to be false. People stating they bought merchandise they never received. That would almost be impossible period because once you receive your order you have to accept it on pause for us to receive our payment. It has to be marked delivered by the post office so I do believe that those posts or people trying to sway others from not shopping on Poshmark. I have had many many great reviews I've only had one person who disputed a purchase from me and it was because she didn't agree with the color blue I listed as teal or seafoam green and she said it wasn't blue. Poshmark cited with me and gave me my $9.50. I have found that most who sell on Poshmark are very honest and good people. I've also heard horror stories of people who have bought something decided they didn't want it and would damage the merchandise to make a claim and send it back to the person who sold it to them damaged when they sold it to them in good condition. This is a place where you have to really read the reviews before you buy something and you yourself should be an honest person and understand it is a no return policy and if you don't like it yourself resell it on Poshmark period but shame on you people for telling lies that you didn't receive something but you lost your money I just don't see how in the world that could happen. Everyone come and shop at Poshmark you'll have a great experience just be wise ask for more pictures if you need to and always read the person's reviews that they receive

Sell somewhere else

I have a customer complaining the the items she received were wrinkled. Duh! They're being shipped n a envelop. She put in a dispute. Mind you I then sent her a dress for FREE to practice ironing so she wouldn't ruin the ones she purchased. It's been 11 days and I'm still in review. All the items I sent were new with tags. Don't expect to call anyone at Poshmark. Everything is done by email on their timing. Closed my store

Have to agree with many that say the shipping fee is insane as a seller I feel it has NOT HELPED MY SELLING I am considering leaving and going back to Ebay I have to go higher just to make a decent sale and it's really not fair to someone who really wants an item cause rite off the top your at almost 7 dollars for shipping this is where I think they make their money! And it's not fair to sellers or buyers, please drop the shipping price it's hurting the sellers and buyers... I meet a lot of nice people but I'm getting NO WHERE...

Poshmark is completely unregulated, I have reported poshers who are outright crooks, but nothing is done about it. Paid $190 for a pair a Jordans, and never received them. The same guy is still on poshmark ready to swindle the next sucker.

I emailed Posh requesting my order to be cancelled as the expedited 2 day shipping that was advertised to me wasn't accurate. I needed the shirt for the upcoming weekend and it's now been a week and a half and haven't received it. I tried to email and cancel my order - I received a response that Posh was busy and it would take time to get a response. I received my shipping confirmation 2 days later and after that, Posh responded. I don't believe the delay in the company getting back to me should result in the answer "If the product is shipped, we can't cancel the order". If I can't get a hold of you for several days, how am I supposed to cancel my order in a timely matter. I will not order again through this website.

I hate Poshmark

First of all, I thought Poshmark was a cool place to buy items. WRONG. The moderators are very catty and petty(probably an old miserable $#*! who owns it who scans every single comment) they restricted not 1 but 2 of accounts and when I tried to make another one, it restricted my entire phone from trying to make an account. I then went on Instagram(because they don't respond to emails) and they deleted me on there too. I hate them. I haven't done anything to them. Oh well their lost. I should have never went to them! I'm over it. Who ever owns the company needs their $#*! beat! $#*! POSHMARK

I'm new to poshmark. I usually use eBay but thought I'd give u a try. I buy mostly clothes. A few things I've noticed. There is hardly ever details on the items measurements, decent pics brand, condition. U have to contact the seller who most of the time takes forever if at all to answer. I mean who offers an item u can't see a complete shot of. Thats the state of most of the items I see. There are pictures of the top of a dress only. U request more pics or ask the length - they never answer. One buyer said they didn't know because it was already packaged to mail if sold. WHAT? It's like they don't want the money. Your shipping is just too high. It is difficult to pay 20 bucks for something that weighs not even 16oz and should ship for no more than 4 first class USPS and pay almost 6 to u to ship. Which by the way does not ship out right away. I have yet to find more than 1 item from the same seller to do a bundle. I have tried. I have pasted on at least 20 dresses probably more because of the high shipping and lack of responses It causes me not to buy and look on ebay or elsewhere. U really need to rethink the shipping price and require details from the sellers with better feedback. Shopping should be a pleasurable experience U have been too time consuming and frustrating. I'm going to clean a few of my likes and probably put u far on the back burner to use if looking for something very specific I can't find on ebay. So sad.
