BUYER BEWARE: Bought a pool pump for just under $260.00 that failed well within their stated "warranty period." Notified Poolweb of the pump failure less than 4 months after installation. They offered less than $120.00 store credit on a replacement pump (plus shipping). When I questioned why so little they stated the warranty begins when I placed my order not when I received the pump nor when I installed the pump (a week after receipt). Worthless product from a deceptive company.
The communication was great, especially since I have an odd shape pool. They talked with me about everything to make sure it would be correct
I was very excited to purchase a new swim platform that would be helping while teaching swim lessons. I was a little disappointed when the platform did not sink into the water and floated instead. A co-worker was able to drill holes in the PBC Pipe which allowed it to sink to the bottom of the pool. I purchased this platform for my company and for $591.00 it should have been designed to serve its purpose
I could return the part but there was a 25% restocking fee, Also I had to pay for shipping it back and sending the new part.
In the end I was convinced that the Poolweb shipped me the wrong part, returning the part had so many Financial advantages for them.

I asked to talk to the president about how I was treated. The President never got back. I guess that says something.
We needed a part for our pool pump and PoolWeb put in extra effort to get it shipped out the same day. And the price was good. They were the only ones that could ship the same day with a Saturday delivery. Highly recommended.
I ordered one of the less expensive diving boards, and paid extra for faster shipping to get a delivery date before my daughter's birthday. The day before it was to arrive, I checked the shipping status and saw that it hadn't shipped and could see it was not going to get to my house on time. I called and was told that when they pulled out the board to ship, it was damaged. They ended up sending me a more expensive board with overnight shipping at the original price I had paid. They should have contacted me when they saw it was damaged, but they made it right in time for my daughter's party. I am well pleased with the customer service I received.
My salt water pool caused a lot of corrosion on the steel base of our diving board. Thanks to PoolWeb I was able to purchase a fiberglass base and new springs. The new installation looks and works great!

I placed an order over a month ago and still waiting. They have sent two emails pushing delivery back both times. They really should let customers know when an item is out of stock. Not take the order and then tell the customer they have to wait 2 months for delivery.
My electric pool heater was struck by lightning so I needed to replace the board. PoolWeb had the lowest price and the part was delivered quickly. We are now back in business!
