They have gone out of their way to help me find the right parts and shipping is always quick... only thing is that they only ship free over a certain amount. But i guess thats how it goes
All in all i wish i could give them 6 stars!
Poolweb.com is awesome. Pricing was great and they shipped my order out the same day. I ordered the wrong part and had to return. They handled quickly and helped me find the right part for my pump
The item I ordered did not work. I filled out the return page on their web site and got no response. The first time I called they said, we will send you return info in an email today. No email, so I called back. I got transferred around a few times, and then was told that they would not take it back because it did not work. So they send you something broken and then will not take it back because it is broken? They have been rude and unhelpful. I checked around and have seen other people complaining about the same thing. They have multiple BBB complaints.
