Fraud company. Do NOT use them. I probably would not give them one start.
The cost we were told for to check the issue/diagnose was to be £90.00 +VAT for an hour. At no point did we get a phone call from anyone to explain the work had exceeded the 1 hour, and would start accruing further costs. Neither were we told of when the money would be deducted from our bank account. We are shocked to see you have taken our trust for granted and simply debited our account for £360.00. Which to be frank is outrageous and illegal, as the ONLY diagnosis would not take any longer than 1 hour.

I had personally called on the day of the works and spoken to Ben, Ben reassured me this would be taken care of and I needed to ring ******* *******. Following being subjected to a 30 min wait, I finally decided to hang up and try again the next day, to no avail! We then decided to call the original number to speak to the 'sales team' who then gave me an email address.

Not a reliable company. They are going to rip you off. Please stay away from them.

Andy was brilliant. He arrived on time, completed the requested jobs with professionalism and efficiency. Very reasonable charge.

The engineer that came out discovered a multitude of issues and was here much longer than expected. He did all he could to ensure we had hot water before he left and provided a lot of advise on what we needed to do. His help was very much appreciated.

Steer clear of these people. I had a problem with my Mira shower which admittedly is not the newest. Engineer turned up and refused tea as he said he 'wouldn't be there long enough mate' and knew what it was (in which case why was I charged £90.00 for the call out fee if they knew what it was anyway!)). He then refused for the water to be turned off, called Mara and ordered parts one of which the shower doesn't even have. I was then told that when the engineer came to fit the parts I would be charged £90.00 per hour. I then called Mira directly and they charge a fixed fee even if they are there all day which is a lot less money and they are a lot more polite. Called and cancelled. Steer Clear.

Andy was great, super friendly and has fixed our kitchen tap and there is no longer a drip or a leak! Would recommend absolutely to anyone else. Thank you Andy so much!

Friendly phone service, quick response. Clear pricing and good communication. Kept me informed of when my plumber would arrive. Plumber is professional and friendly and very knowledgeable.

We booked them to replace a Saniflow pump and macerator in a small bathroom with a shower. The replacement is not strong enough to manage the job and I've had to call them nearly 15 times to try and get them to make good over a 4 week period. I've been repeatedly promised they will call back and they just keep ignoring me. I have a tenant who has no toilet facilities and they just don't seem to care.

Simon Welch and his assistant arrived on time all be it the following morning. They were polite and quickly found a broken part in the waste from the sink. They then visited a local plumbing store to get a replacement part, which they fitted and solved the problem all within an hour. They were polite and explained the problem so I could understand and left every thing clean and tidy. Would recommend plumbing force to all my friends.

Unacceptable to cancel at the last minute and for the customer advisor to argue with a customer. I have read the reviews and very uneasy about your services and legitimacy of what you do, act and how you treat honest hard working people. Plus you operate and break GDPR rules of which I have evidence and will report to the ICO.

23rd Feb 2022 Very unreliable. DO NOT USE. Booked an appointment, was given a 4 hour slot. Travelled an hour to my sons house and waited for 4 hours for them to show up. Then at the last minute, a phone call saying sorry plumber was delayed and asking to re-appoint the following day. Then exactly the same same again. Waited for 4 hours and then another call asking to move to the next day. Unacceptable.

Boiler working but no hot water diagnosed within 10 minutes of being on premises very friendly and professional

Simon and Dan completed a service on my Electric hot water cylinder service. Both were very professional & polite. Clearly explained the issues that require a repair. Came within the allocated time, would def recommend. Great customer service.

I was impressed with the work ethic and efficiency of Joe who was assigned for the job. In no matter of time my leaking boiler was replaced with a new one. Strongly will recommend Plumbing Force as well as Joe!

Phoned at 9.30 to make appointment, plumber arrived at 10 and the offending drain was unblocked by 10.30

Great service provided. Urgent request for a boiler breakdown. Very courteous and knowledgeable technician who clearly explained the possible issues and options to fix. Fast and efficient. Would highly recommend.
