Quoted work for just gas related things, then had a plumbing issue the night before. Thwy added that to the job and made my day better, all within original cost estimate + parts costs. Friendly engineer happy to explain and talk through it all, so o feel i understand what has been done and why it's been done. Will definitely use again if i face other gas or plumbing concerns, especially as the plumbing bit was added the same day they came out.

Ben investigated the problem with our boiler & explained clearly what the problem was. He then solved the problem quite quickly & carried out a full test of the boiler & heating system.

Promised an engineer between 1pm and 5pm they rang 4:30pm to tell me they had a job over run so couldn't make it toady rebooted 10am to 2pm they rang saying they couldn't make could they rebook 2pm to 6pmat this request I cancelled the call. They were stringing me on till they were able to an engineer free. Problem is too many people accept it, I will never give this company any work again.

I contacted Plumbing Force and they responded quickly. The engineer who attended, Stewart Hunt, was very knowledgeable and clearly experienced. He quickly assessed what was needed and was very helpful with his advice. The quote was delivered within a few hours and once we had agreed to go ahead the work was commenced within three days.
Stewart Hunt was the assigned engineer. He turned up promptly and worked non stop for three days. Our boiler being replaced was very old as was all the associated pipe work so it was quite an involved job.
We cannot speak highly enough of Stewart and his work ethic and customer service. He is as credit to Plumbing Force.

Steven came round to fix three items all of which were successfully repaired. He was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this service.

When I encountered problems with my Saniflo system I had a very hard job in finding a plumber who seemed to be able or willing to help me out. Came across Plumingforce website and contacted them. Received immediate help and an on-site assessment very promptly and had the problem fixed within a few days. Very helpful staff in the office keeping me informed and a very skilled and pleasant
Plumber carrying out the repair. Very impressed!

Same day service, turned up on time and received a phone call to say the plumber would be here within an hour, the plumber was friendly and explained everything well and fixed my problem under an hour and also gave me some tips for another issue I had with a pipe. 10/10!

Unfortunatrely Plumbing force were unable to make the first appointment they have agree, leaving me with a blocked sink for 24 hours. When Albert DID come - on time for the second appointment, he was very apologetic, fixed the problem within the hour, and was a pleasure to work with. I thought the price I paid £99 plus VAT - was very reasonable and I would not hesitate to use Plumbingforce again.

They quote one fee. Grossly overcharge, then try to extort further sums to complete your job. Blatantly lie about how time was spent on jobs. Avoid.

They provide good service, explanation and changes. Very helpful service cause I find other company never reply.

Lee arrived on time and was very helpful in enabling us to decide on a location for a new boiler. He is an experienced professional and inspired confidence that he and another member of the team could carry out the necessary work efficiently.

Challenging as not quite a scam but very much taking the proverbial. Arrived late after booking. Told one story then tried to charge excessive prices to fix an issue they said was simple. I'll fall short of saying they are disingenuous but their honesty leaves a lot to be desired. Avoid and go local

Called plumbing force this morning for a service and to investigate an issue we had. Same day visit and work carried out and completed. Very satisfied with our visit from Ivan lovely customer service and extra knowledgeable!
