Very poor service - engineer promised to come today and made me wait in all day only to ask me to rebook on Monday
A very rude engineer cane out to fit a fire and said it couldn't be done and left and was only here ten minutes and I was charged for the full hour and they never emailed any confirmation of t&cs and they do not advise you correctly over the phone avoid at all costs!
Boiler problem got worse not better after so called repair which itself felt like it was dragged out. The rudest people I've ever spoken to on the phone of any company I've dealt with too. Patronising and condescending to say the least. This was even worse with the complaint manager! No customer service skills. Only interested in making more money. Never again.
Avoid this company and their embarrassing customer service representatives. They charge 1 hour up front and will do ANYTHING to drag it out costing you a fortune. Then if you complain a vile woman will ignore your emails and put the phone down on you when you dare to complain. Heed the other reviews, DO NOT USE.
- BOOKED THE JOB, PAID £154.80 AS A DEPOSIT AND FOR THE ENGINEER TO ORDER SOME PARTS THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED
- ONE MONTH LATER THE ENGINEER SHOWS UP AT THE FLAT WITHOUT A PRIOR APPOINTMENT AND IT'S THE MIDDLE OF THE WEEK SO NO ONE IS HOME AND OBVIOUSLY HE CAN'T GET IN
- CALLED THE COMPANY, THEY TOLD ME I HAD AN APPOINTMENT BUT NO ONE WAS ABLE TO PROVE I WAS INFORMED ABOUT IT, NO EMAIL, NO PHONE CALL, NO TEXT
- THE LADY THAT I WAS DEALING WITH INITIALLY NO LONGER WORKS THERE SO NOBODY CAN TELL ME EXACTLY WHAT'S GOING ON
- MY ACCOUNT WAS CHARGED £309.60 FOR A JOB THAT HASN'T BEEN DONE, HALF OF IT WITHOUT MY CONSENT
- WHEN I CALLED AND ASKED WHY THE MONEY WERE TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, THEY WEREN'T ABLE TO EXPLAIN

My first call seemed very efficient and they booked for the following day. However, they were very apologetic when they phoned to cancel that appointment, the next one and the next one and the one after that! That is FOUR cancellations.
Terrible service - I contacted Pimlico Plumbers instead.
Called Plumbingforce at noon on a Saturday for an emergency call out, was told they'd have someone with me by 5pm. Got a call at 3:10pm saying the plumber is on his way, be there in an hour. Another call at 4pm told me he had to go elsewhere and we wouldn't be seen until Monday 10-12. To wait 4 hours for them not to get a plumber to me and to have to start the whole cycle again was extremely inconvenient and has resulted in extra water damage to my home. For anyone reading this in/around BEDFORDSHIRE, EPHG were able to get someone to me within 30 minutes helping me to sort this whole mess out.
What great service! They have quickly assessed the problem. Excellent and efficient service. Explained everything I needed to know. Would highly recommend them to anyone. And I will definitely use them again.

They came out to unblock a pipe for me, after they left it was still blocked.
I was left an estimate for work they said needed doing, for £1,980. This work was not
Done but £990. Was immediately taken out of my account along with £270. For the pipe

Excellent and efficient service! The staff that I spoke with and met with were friendly and helpful. I was able to get my problem resolved the same day. The repairs were done quickly and everything was left clean and working. I would definitely recommend them and I would use them again.

After the nightmare of no heat & no hot water, I contacted the company without much expectation. The engineer arrived within a few hours! What a relief! What a joy! He was kind and his work was quick and efficient. He explained very well about its faulty. You never know how much we enjoyed the hot water and warm house! The problem quickly sorted.
