Came down to find a flooded kitchen at 10am. Made a call 10.30, appointment confirmed for 12.30 and the Neil the plumber arrived prompt. Identified the leak, removed a panel and fixed the problem with 90 mins. Could not be more grateful especially as I am currently on crutches!

Engineer Nigel arrived on time and identified himself at door. He was polite and friendly and identified problem with toilet very quickly. He left without leaving any mess. Would happily recommend him.

Stephen was brilliant. He examined the boiler thoroughly, diagnosed the problems straight away and gave good, honest answers and advice.

Happy with visit by Andy, turned on time and he was very efficient, He checked the gas fire and connections, gave good advise regarding its maintenance and checked that all gas connections were functioning properly.

Great job, safety conscious and very helpful.

Cleared up after work was complete and showed me how to use everything too!

This company is a joke two and a half hours to fit a radiator to a wall and join it to existing pipe work that's after I disconnected the old pipe work and drained the system myself £450 god knows how much it would have cost if they had done it all plus the plumber was a miserable git give this firm a miss rip of merchant

Yesterday I had the pleasure of having Darren, over my house to fit myself a new gas fireplace, he did a very professional job he made sure, everything was safe in my front room so the fire would work at its best and was safe to use for years to come, so I am going to give Darren, 10 out of 10 regards Bob.

Steven was very helpful and spent time to explain what the issue was and how to avoid it moving forward.

Richard arrived promptly wearing a mask and gloves. He covered his outdoor shoes with "slippers". The tablet for me to sign had been sanitized. I felt very safe with the Covid 9 actions taken to protect us both. He was friendly and worked cleanly and efficiently. I would recommend him and certainly not hesitate this company as I had used the chat initially and my questions were answered fully
