Placed an order, they kept saying they were processing order for almost 2 months, then they cancelled the order and kept the payment. Trying to get a refund thru complaint with paypal.

I am a licensed plumber. Found a part I needed for a T&S Brass faucet. Knew the part number, did a search, several options popped up. They offered "Free shipping ", so I began the order only to find that the "Free Shipping " nearly doubled the cost. Contacted them and they said they cannot do anything if I haven't placed the order. I told them all I wanted was the part I ordered, at the price listed. With the free shipping advertised. They can't understand why I did not order…. I moved on to the next supplier. You should also.

This group has great customer service. After placing an order they advised me one of the items would be a few more days. I asked them to ship what they had so I could start a job. I was very pleased with their timely response to any of my queries. Definitely will do business with them again.

Shopped here for a couple things for around the house to save some money on future upcoming projects. Plumbersstock has been an invaluable and inexpensive resource. Thank you so much!

The most important thing while shopping at a supply store in my opinion is value. How much can I get out of my initial investment? Well, from what I've currently bought from them, I've gotten 2 years(still ongoing) out of most of the plumbing materials I've bought and they are still functioning. I've already made my money back in durability and quality. I highly recommend Plum

They were straightforward, fair and cooperative. When I changed my mind, they immediately refunded my money. When I ordered something, they shipped it promptly and in great condition. Would highly recommend for product, customer service and delivery.

At this point, shopping here is like second nature to me. There is plenty of bargains that I find here on plumbing equipment. I always look forward to making a purchase because I know the prices are fair and the delivery times are fairly quick.

I purchased an expensive toilet from Plumber's Stock on line. Their customer service immediately contacted me to answer any questions I might have. We held an online chat and all of my questions were answered honestly and diligently. The order was placed and 4 weeks later, my new toilet arrived. Plumber's Stock told me it would take up to 4 weeks to receive the toilet. This company went out of their way to repack the toilet wrapping it in thick plastic sheet and then putting a foaming agent all around the toilet to fill the box completely. That toilet could be dropped from a 2 story building an nothing would happen to it the way they took care to encase it in foam. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and Plumber's Stock was 100% true to the transaction. Their Customer Service was tops and constantly in touch with me to assure I was satisfied throughout the process. Would definitely do business with them again.

So impressed with Plumbers Stock! This was the first time I used the site to order products needed for our remodel. Customer service was exceptional and we saved $$$ by ordering from them. Will definitely be using them again!

Ordered a chainsaw & got a disc assembly. NO one will answer the phone. Bought on amazon & it says company requires a RGA form for returns and can't get it because NO ONE responds! Packing list also uses someones pivate number and not "company" number

Ordered a few different plumbing related parts from them. For my shower and toilet specifically. Prices are always transparent, site navigation is seamless, and customer support is helpful. The condition of my products have always been above average. They are packaged diligently.

I feel like PlumbersStock is a perfect example of quality over quantity. You can get most of the things they're selling at Home Depot, Lowe's, etc. However, they have a larger selection and better prices for majority of their similar supplies. PlumbersStock is the more quality option here.

It's been 8 months, yes 8 months, since I ordered my Moen Transfer Valve Trim and I keep on getting the same run around from their customer service reps. This trim piece was holding up the completion of our master bathroom shower for 6 months, then I just gave up and purchased the trim piece in a different color and painted it a matte black.
At the beginning I was told this item would arrive in 16 days. I followed up when it didnt show up and they blamed it on the manufacturer and it would be delivered in 2-4 weeks. Every week, I checked the status of the order and three weeks later I noticed two were available in their NY warehouse and it could ship within 1-3 days. I immediately called Plumber Stock to ask them to ship one to me. They confirmed and said that I would receive it within 5 days. Guess what happened 5 days later... correct, it never showed up. They then claimed that they were notified by their "partner vendor" that they also no longer have the item in stock and it will take 3 MORE WEEKS before it would ship out to me. Get this,, now they charge me for the product before it even shipped!
Now we're 8 weeks after purchase date and my emails are getting returned to me. Not one, but two emails were returned to me. Five days later, I get an email telling me they are backed up with orders and they will address my concern "shortly".
Many calls on hold for hours on end & emails full of excuses went on for 6 months and I just gave up and as mentioned before, purchased the trim piece in a different color from Amazon, and painted it a matte black.
No one should ever need to deal with this type of customer service, or lack thereof. Plumber Stock should NOT be able to take customers money and fail to deliver the product for this amount of time. Unfortunately, now every time I step foot into my master shower I have this memory of this awful experience with Plumber Stock. I hope no one out there ever has to deal with the vendor like I have over the past 8 months. Steer clear of Plumber Stock! There are plenty of other great vendors out there. At this point, all I want is my money back.

We wanted to upgrade our sprinkler rotors so we went with the Rainbird Falcon Part Circles from these guys. They were the best price I could find and the best part about the sprinkler is that it's adjustable and can be easily installed without the use of any special tools. I am super satisfied with my purchase. Thank you so much

I get all my Toto products from Plumbersstock. I have purchased a few toilets, a washlet and most recently Vessel Lav from Plumbers Stock. Their price is always great and I can't believe they can ship these products across the country without them breaking. Great job guys! 5 stars.

Recently ordered Watts Expansion Tank from them and we are very delighted by their services. I must appreciate the customer support techs as they were very responsive and helpful. Also the packaging of the tank was top notch. Thank you guys and keeping working like this.

Actually received a sprinkler pump in short amount of time at a decent price. But they charged our credit card twice. Didnt remove until we threatened to dispute charges. They said they couldnt find our order. We had all paper work with order numbers etc. All I can say is be sure to check your credit card statement.
