I have tried calling, leaving messages and texting for over 4 months with no response. I do believe after reading reviews that this company is a sham. Do not order things from this company.

The order I placed missed all the ETAs, the item description says 1-2 weeks, but after a month of waiting still not shipped, the customer service never answers phone calls, doesn't call back, doesn't respond emails. After wasting one month on plumbersstock I'm having to cancel the order and choose another merchant.

Placed an order December 15th it said it should be fulfilled in 7-8 days it's been 3 weeks I still haven't gotten a shipping confirmation and I can't get ahold of anyone in their customer service department. I would NEVER order from them again!

I would say before you buy anything from them call the number which they provide it in website if you could get hold of anyone in over a week then start shopping! Just want let you know you have to wait a month your items not gonna show up so some how you have to cancel it. Goodll luck.

Mistakenly ordered full circle pop up sprinkler heads. Have called several times and left message. Have emailed them. No response. Maybe they should stick to having a retail store and get out of the on line business.

I ordered a LuxPro PSP511LC 5 & 2 Programmable Thermostat, SKU: 6690, on 11/11/2021 from their affiliated website www.plumbersstock.com.

Today is DECEMBER 2nd, 2021!

Their website says: "In Stock and Ready to Ship". The order confirmation said: " Shipping Method: Economy Standard Estimated Processing Time: 2 days".

I've waited and waited and NOTHING.

Today I finally had enough, and their website doesn't allow you to track anything, so so I sent them multiple text messages, as requested on their website, but nobody bothered to reply to them.

I called the number provided, and waited for 40+ minutes, only to be told that:
1. They don't have it in stock (which is in contradiction to their email confirmation AND website, which says it's in stock and will be shipped in 2 days!)
2. They don't send out ANY notifications when an item is not in stock, and I, the customer, need to call them to ask about the order!
3. She was going to "check with the manufacturer", and after putting me on hold for another 15 minutes, the line was rudely disconnected!

This seller needs to be reprimanded and fined for their lousy (no) service and terrible practices!

I believe that this seller should also PROVIDE AMPLE COMPENSATION for their lack of care, service, and product. Their negligence has caused us pain & suffering by NOT being able to have HEATING IN OUR HOUSE for the duration, and now, I have to source out a new place to buy this thermostat!

Sellers like this need to pay for their negligence and disregard to other people's lives!

Beware! They never email a confirmed order, they do not recognize your order after payment. You actually have no proof of the order except for your credit card or paypal account. You will definitely not receive the merchandise. I finally canceled and after 3 weeks have not received my refund. Opened a case and I will see how that goes. 3hours of my time over a simple order. SCAM

Delivery was slightly delayed, but they let me know. The packaging was inadequate for the fragility of the product (20x30x1" filter air return). There was a small dent in the product when it arrive... not enough to send back.

Buyer beware. Sent me wrong item even though invoice was correct. Customer No Service wouldnt answer the phone and email gone unanswered. Piss poor company. Dont waste your $$$$

I order a faucet handle on Aug 3 with a promise of shipping no later than Sept 1. I was told I would receive an email message when the item shipped. After not hearing from then two weeks into Sept., I contacted them and was told the item would ship Oct 1. Needless to say, Oct 1 came and went with still no item or communication. I requested a full refund on Oct 7, Miraculously, I was now told the item had shipped and would arrive in two weeks. No tracking number was provided and their website still indicated my order was still being processed. No indication the item had been shipped nor had I received the promised email message with tracking information. I plan to refuse the package if or when it ever arrives. Do business with the organization at your own risk. I would have given them negative stars if that was a option.

Completely dissatisfied with their service. I ordered an American Standard toilet on July 5,2021 with an estimated lead time of 38 days, which would be sometime around mid August.

Sent them an email on August 16th wondering when they were expecting to ship out the fixture. I was then told that the estimated ship date from the warehouse would be 9/10. I checked again on 9/27 since I had not heard any news regarding shipment. I was then told, "It looks like you ordered form UT warehouse which we are getting it from the manufacturer. The option showing on the website also shows our partner vendor in TN warehouse has it in stock."

Seriously, the website has no option to indicate where the fixture will be shipping from or gives you an option to get delivery from any one warehouse or the other. Now today on 9/29, when I inquired again if it was going to ship anytime soon, this is the response I get: "We are really sorry about this, but this item normally ships from the manufacturer right away, but we were just told that this item has been placed on backorder for mid of January 2022. If you are able to wait for the product we will get it shipped out as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel the order, we will issue the refund immediately. Please let us know what you decide, and again, we are really sorry for our mistake." January 2022?! Now I just got an email telling me that they need approval to cancel the order and to refund my money from the partner vendor.

So not acceptable. They take your money and no product is ever delivered. Never going to order from these guys again!

I ordered a faucet from Plumber's Stock for my bathroom that said it would ship in two week. When I went to check on shipping, the site wouldn't recognize my login or email address. I used the text function to reach out to Ann at customer service, who told me that my part was on back order for 6-7 weeks. I asked her to cancel the order because my bathroom would be finished by then. Yesterday, I was charged for the faucet. Now no one is responding to the text chat and a bot is responding to my emails with irrelevant info. I guess I'll have to do a chargeback?

Purchased two items for my bathroom that they claimed were in stock. I never heard from them, so I emailed them a week later. They said both items needed to be ordered from the manufacture, never heard from them after that. Emailed them again about 3 weeks later after not hearing from them again. They responded and told me it would be 3 months, I canceled the first product. In the emails, they never said anything about the second product. I emailed them again a few weeks later and they responded saying the manufacture would ship in 3 weeks. Four weeks passed and I did not hear from them so I emailed them again. They then told me that the item is no longer available. I have worked with enough companies to know that all the information that I waited (wasted) over two months could have be communicated in 2 or three days. I would never buy from this company again.

Worst business I have ever dealt with. Ordered a unusual sized a/c register. After placing the order noticed that it would take over 20 days for the item to even ship to my house. Contacted plumbers stock and they informed me that they cannot cancel the order cause it was already placed with the manufacturer. I recited their refund and exchange policy to them which clearly states, " Orders can be cancelled at anytime before shipment. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service department. There are no cancellation fees as long as the product has not been shipped. If the product has been shipped it cannot be cancelled. The customer will need to receive the item and follow the return policy.". So they then proceed to tell me they are rerouting the item to their store and then once it's received they will refund me my money. My refund has nothing to do with the item being sent to them, they can refund it without having the item based on their policy.

Inept customer service rep is also an understatement.
Rude person is so aware of how inept he is at customer service he won't tell you his name. Ask for his supervisor and you get put on hold until the line just goes dead. Call from a different line and caller id instead of picking up the line just goes dead. It is impossible for this business to operate this way and be anything but a scam. What they tell you is in stock, isn't. When they tell you they will order, they screw up the order. Stay away from PlumbersStock at all costs..
