I ordered 8 items. They took weeks to deliver 7 of 8 items. Then they billed me twice for the item that never came. They refunded one of the two charges for the 8th item, but never sent the 8th item. They kept asking for documentation (which I provided), till they said the order was too old and they could no longer honor the request for a refund or the item. Won't buy anything from them again.

I haven't used the media in my evap cooler as yet. This describes my purchase and delivery of product only. The lead time for the order to ship was very long compared to most other vendors. This wasn't a problem because I ordered long before I actually needed product. The price was about 15% higher that similar product 2 years ago. The media was boxed in exact sized standard strength cardboard box and of course as with any shipping company it had a hole the size of your fist in one side and all corners were dented. The media was damaged because there was no other packing to help absorb any rough treatment. I don't expect the damaged edges and corners plus the dent to be a big problem with actual use.

I ordered a shower valve with a 1/2" water connection. I had to wait for other materials to come in before I started the remodel project. Upon opening up the walls, I discovered the water connection was 3/4". The valve was never installed and still in the original box. I was 3-4 days beyond the 30-day return period, but emailed Plumberstock to ask if I could still return it. They told me their policy was no returns after 30 days from shipping. This is actually incorrect from what it says on their website, which clearly states 30 days from date of receipt.
I asked if they could make an exception as the product is still new in box, and easily resalable. I also stated that I am only over the 30-day policy by 3-4 days.
Plumbersstock responded that they will not make any exceptions to their policy.

I know I am over the 30-day policy period, but I have returned items other items from Amazon and even directly to Grohe well over 30 days later and never had any issue with doing that. I was even willing to pay a restocking fee.

Be on the safe side everyone - Buy off of Amazon for generous, hassle-free returns. I will never buy from Plumbersstock again and will strongly discourage anyone from buying from them either.

I have received two parts in error from from an order placed almost two years ago. Still not resolved. No returned phone calls. Customer service is virtually non existent. Never, never use plumberstock.com. I'd rate it a 0 if that was an option
