I just got ahold of an agent. They solved my problem within 10 minutes. Thank you for being transparent with me on this and gladly that scammer is finally banned.

Great site they responded very fast, previous issue resolved Just remember, patience is the key guys Playerup is the best website for seller, buyer and trader and if you ever see scam just report them playerup take super fast action to those scammer! The best way to trade is through middleman to avoid scam!

Also I had a googlepay related issue. They fixed that as well. Thought I had to send my ID but apparently not the case. Googlepay will auto approve the payment and do verification themselves. This is the payment method you should use if you're paying through playerup.

Quick to help out, use common sense on this platform. It is still a platform which brings 2 parties together in an safe buffer. They are not responsible for the endproduct. They do have several failsafe features which kick in and they are strict as possible to make sure the spammers and scammers don't get through that easily, the flagging system works awesome which helps out new members see what the feedback history is of a seller etc. My experience is more based as a buyer, haven't sold anything on it.

I've been waiting since August 21 for my payment to be sent (after spending at least twice as long as advertised actually getting the sale completed). 6+ weeks later and they have the buyer's money, the buyer has my game account, and I have $0.

Update - my response to their rep's comment here: I have already been in contact with them on Telegram, extensively. In fact, I was only ever given responses when I threatened to do things like post here or report them as fraudulent to their DNS. Every time, they were very sorry and had just been busy. When I told them I'd filed complaints my order "had to be placed on hold" while the complaints were resolved. This company is a scam.

Finally paid for my order. I will try once more selling here now knowing I can actually get ahold of someone (a real person) to help me with my order. Anyone who is having problems getting paid, try messaging them on facebook chat support. They respond there. Once you get ahold of a real human, they can resolve your issue right away.

Edit: I fixed it. Sorry the problem was not on their end but mine. All good and my order iscompleted.

Since today (24.Sep.2023) no money. Not one reply to my questions. No support.
I think the site is fake.

Been waiting 2 weeks for them to resolve this issue with this seller. Just wasting my time. Update! Issue is handled. All disputes are resolved.

I purchased 12 months tidal account from a seller and it stopped working after 1 month.

CONTACTED THEM ON TELEGRAM CHAT AND THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING. WAS FULLY REFUNDED FROM THAT SCAM SELLER. THANK YOU FOR PROTECTING ME PLAYERUP.

A week after the sale of the account

Sorry for what I said earlier. I realize you guys are swamped with work right now. Thank you for finally sending my payment. This issue is now successfully fixed.

They haven't paid any sellers,just search playerup on reddit you will find out, now Middleman is blackmailing me to remove my negative reviews about them,it's more than 2-3months they still haven't send my money, i will suggest anyone stay away from their website or you will get scam like the rest of us

They were ignoring me and didn't pay. When I published new post on reddit in PlayerUp subreddit, they marked "issue is resolved" and closed comments. But nothing was resolved. I asked other redditors and they had the same problem - "issue is resolved" but money wasn't paid.

Then I posted review on complaintsboard and then they asked me to remove this review because "Sorry we dont process orders with open issues" (screenshot is attached). But if you remove your review they will ignore you again (screenshot is attached). Buyer confirmed order at the end of June and I still don't receive my payment. I think they are scammers and they will not pay anyway.

Paid for an account of 10 k followers within a week 7000 disappeared 2nd week the rest went. Made a dispute not heard anything!

Edit: wanted to update this. They did add the followers, I just gave them the wrong page. Will reorder again on my correct page.

This site is amaizing if u looking to buy there but for sellers its not recommended. It is really safe but waiting time is so long. I sold mine account month ago and still i didnt get money ( Got it only in middleman cash on site). 2 weeks ago i wanted to withdraw middleman cash and got this message: "Your payment has been successfully scheduled to be sent and it will appear in your Account within an estimated 1-96 hours". But waiting time is way longer.

Replies from customer service can be delayed, but they seem to make sure the process runs smooth and safely for both sides.

I was able to receive a full refund on my purchase for 1k$

PlayerUp is a proven scam website, please do not use this service as you will almost certainty lose your money.
It has been 1 year since I used this service so I no longer fear retribution for writing this review, there is a good reason why I have felt this way.

Last year (2022) I sold my account for a well known mobile game for around $500. I lost a decent percentage of this to fees which I was okay with at the time as I felt like this would be a safe transaction. The buyer paid and received the account details fairly quickly but it was MONTHS before I received my money. You can contact their support as much as you want, you will never get a reply. The only way you can get in contact is to leave a negative review on well known review websites. The negative review will prompt the admin staff to reply to your complaint and force you to delete the review before dealing with you. Once you delete the review, they attempt to help you. I was leaving negative reviews on a near daily basis just to get them to respond. It took over 2 months for me to receive my money.
Avoid at all costs.

I made a sale on web-site more then 2 months ago, only 3 weeks ago a middleman closed the transaction giving me the information, that I will get a payment in max 96 hours. Obviously I did not get no payment neither a response. Now the web-site is off and does not work.

UPDATE: They wrote me few weeks after saying that they will not send me my payment because I wrote a bad review about them :)) ))) LOL, I am going to file a report to police, someone has to stop it and find all the people standing behind this portal.

A fake site...is down from.more than a week...I paid 40usd$ for a reddit account,middleman took my payment and said won't process because I posted a bad review about them on another site under another name...just a false accusation so as to not pay me the promised service...thier site is down since more than a week...don't deal buy or sell your hard earn money on this scams scamster middleman playerup account...check out thier recent reviews on reddit and how they blackmail the seller & buyer both the parties
