Thanks to playerup I got a refund / fantastic customer service. Be very careful when dealing with sellers on this site that want you to "buy directly" from them. They are most likely going to scam you. If you pay through middleman they will refund you. Directly you're on your own.

Might have just been a dodgy seller, but they had 100% positive reviews. Made me wait 12 hours and then didn't even give me what I paid for, refunded me through website credit which is honestly useless to me as I only wanted stuff for one game and only that seller does it.

Edit: Forget what I said. The credit was only temporarily. As soon as I cashed it out, it was automatically refunded. Now I get how the site works. You can exchange or automatically refund it.

I received my 200 legitimate dollars they owe me. Thought I was scammed, my apologies for being rude initially. Thanks for the help telegram live chat team.

I bought a th14 last august. Seller was awful, nothing but problems for 2 months. Today playerup helped me get the order cancelled and I received a refund. Long story short, buy accounts from sellers with feedback. 0 feedback sellers are too risky. Thankfully I paid through middleman services on playerup and I got my funds back but it's too risky doing business without middleman if you're buying from a no feedback seller.

Been more than 8 hours, no account. What type of support and service is this? You pay for something, should get instantly. Here I am trying to find any means of support on this site and can't find it.

Bought a clash account and went smooth after payment received the account then after a few days it was taking from me. Can't access it anymore also contacted Playerup customer support and no one will get back to me.

Edit: it seems to be an issue on my end. This is solved.

I have sold over 100 accounts because of this site. Thank for the years of support and providing a platform for us sellers to make money on.

This issue is fixed. I finally received payment. Marking this matter as resolved. Just contact their chat and be patient. You'll eventually get someone to help you.

Seller tried to sell me a fake full access account. Totally fake and it was cracked stolen. Literally I logged into game and I was bombarded with threats that the account is stolen it's about to be reported.

I cancelled the order, playerup gave me a refund.

I was blocked from my account on this site. I am a seller who has been actively selling accounts on this site without interruptions for more than 2 years. The account was blocked due to the fact that an inadequate user, who fraudulently wants to return the money, filed a complaint against me. I asked Playerup to unblock my profile so that I could resolve the issue with this inadequate seller, but they have not answered my mail for a very long time.

Even though almost every aspect of the service is automated, real agents are not hard to come by, especially when you open a support ticket. If you experience delays in payouts simply contact them through their service. Honestly will keep doing business with them, thanks.

I understand that there is buyer and seller protection but they take it way too far. I've had my purchase declined TWICE. Had to wait for my first refund and once I've received it I tried it again with the seller.

Edit: My issue was fixed. It was declined because I posted an invalid address. Thanks for chat support for helping me with this.

If the card is valid and has the appropriate balance to make the transaction then there should be no issue between the buyer and seller. Plain and simple. Save your time and money and purchase from another platform.

PlayerUp support team does an amazing job, with quick, kind and perfect answers to your problems! It was my first experience with PlayerUp and I do recommend it!

After 3 years of using my only account I got perma-banned for "multi-account", if you try to start live chat with them they will just close it, and if you write emails to their support you will get no answer from them.

Edit: The issue was just fixed. Telegram chat is the method of contact I used and they fixed the issue within 5 minutes. Awesome support once you finally get ahold of someone. Don't use sales chat didn't work for me.

Eventually issue was successful in getting resolved.

Seller was rude but playerup was able to get the issue sorted and the transaction is completed because of their assistance.

2 months ago I sold my account here. I finally got credited last month. Still today, the payout has not been actually sent. I have been more than patient. I just want this resolved.

Edit: I wanted to update everyone. It appears I was wrong, they did send payment to me by bank transfer, not crypto. This is all cleared up now.

After pre-charging the entire amount to my credit card and asking for verification documents 3 times (each time for more information), still no 3-way conversation. Been 48 hours since payment...are we going to close this deal?

UPDATE: Middleman contacted me and resolved the issued. Thanks

100% resolved! Seems to be a great site. However the 3 way ticket never started after we confirmed price and buyers funds are still awaiting approval after 7 hours. I have contacted MM support and got a bot response. I am hoping to be this resolved asap

Willing customer service. Did two trades and while the first took a bit because of verification they expediated once reported and got everything going perfectly! Definitely will be using this site again!

I'm waiting now almost 2 weeks that someone reports so that I can complete my two purchases! The money for the accounts were transferred via bitcoins! It can not be that I transfer the money to you and then no one reports! I've already tried everything. I also tried verification several times but no reaction!
