No response from PlayerUp

I registered a PlayerUp account yesterday and decided to make a purchase on an account. I contacted the seller and he wanted to deal through MiddleMan. So I proceeded to make payment and received a pre-middleman setup. It has been over 24 hours and I have yet to receive a reply or a response. I even messaged the MiddleMan through a seperate conversation, email their support_playerup.com and even created a thread in PlayerUp Middle Man Thread Topic. I will change the review if I received a satisfactory service

Edit: I have received a reply from PlayerUp and they have already opened a 3-way ticket with the seller. Thanks

Hello I like to use this website to sell and buy accounts its safe i really like the idea but the only negative thing is that the support this has been 1 month me trying to get my 6.50 credits withdrawed to my paypal never got a serious answer... the other thing i need from support was that i got the high risk and a negative review from not completing a trade? I was out of stock many people bought i even took the post down after a day due to high demand i dmed that guy i said in the convo of the 3way conv to refund the buyer cant give him due to high demand one more thing is that someone tryed to buy something from me i got a email saying my ITEM SOLD the guy was called axxcount i dont know why the 3 way convo is still not opened

Im really really confused from this website i created an account from the website and bought something instantly but i have recieved nothing on my email or anything that says that i bought it except that "skrill" the money website i use said that the money was transferred to playerup's account. I go on the website after that and everytime i try to contact anyone it says i dont have permission. There is nothing written about any order i bought or anything i did im literally confused about how this system works. I really need some help in doing this thank you!

Used them once in 2016, payment took forever to receive. Don't know why I was so stupid to try them again in 2023, payment is still taking forever to receive in 2023. It should not take weeks to cash out credits...

I been waiting for MM cashout for 10 days, they replied on the third day with a tweet about payment delays of JANURAY as an excuse. Avoid them and only use them as last option, security is not even good. They never reply to customers and take forever to help out, a MUST EVADE SITE.

UPDATE: If this happens to you i fully recommend to try and contact Middleman support directly, they answer me within the hour, payment system is slow but if you try to contact them directly they will help you out almost instantly even though is a really big website.

UPDATE ON MY REVIEW: do no listen to what the guy from PlayerUp is saying
I did actually contacted PlayerUp on Telegram and they informed me that if I do not "rezolve my issues" ( delete my negative reviews) they will cancel my order. I told them to process my cashout and I will delete my reviews and also i mentioned that I won't delete anything because the internet is full of people who are saying that after deleting the reviews PlayerUp starts ignoring their clients.

It is very interesting how this site receives so many 5* reviews, when actually they do not cashout users money.
I left a review awhile back stating that they did not payed me when I sold through them a digital good. On my review they replied that "my cashout has been released", but right after this my middleman suspended my ticked and the cashout. On another review they replied that i need to contact telegram support, but of course nobody answers there. They are taking advantage of the review sites that you cannot reply back and are telling that everything is in order, but in reality it is not.
They are SCAMMERS. Do no listen to the all 5* reviews because they are most probably fake accounts.

Due to some issues with the buyer. All parties mutually agreed to cancel this order. While take blame for lack of transparency on your transaction, nobody was scammed here and the transaction was cancelled.

UPDATE: I contacted telegram support as Jason said, but of course nobody answers there. Their "ignore customers that must be payed" policy works very well.

One month ago I finalized a transaction of a game account. At the beginning everything was good, the middleman seemed to be... well... responsive enough, but once the payment from the buyer towards PlayerUp was made it was impossible to reach the Middleman.
So as you can imagine the buyer payed to PlayerUp the money, I have given the account to the buyer and he was kind enough to hand over his bank statement showing that he did payed.
I tried every peaceful method to reach them (email, telegram, opening tickets, responding multiple times to my cashout ticket), but none of them seemed to get the attention of my Middleman or PlayerUp staff. I received only one response at some point on telegram and they were saying that they will start processing the payments once the page is up. Indeed, at that point the page was having issues, but right now everything seems to work normal. Of course, I asked again on telegram about the payment process and as you can guess, they did not answer.
Their behavior is like someone who is experienced in scamming and takes advantage of peoples' trust.
I have attached screens in order to see for yourselves and I suggest to look for other methods of selling/buying digital goods because it is clear that these guys are not to be trusted.

Took 8 days to deliver.

Had to get help from middleman to just get the seller to respond to me. Without middleman, he would have certainly ignored me and I might have lost my money. Grr bad experience but no fault on playerup for fixing this issue.

Bought a lol account from one of their vendors.Their account got me banned because it was leveled with bots.

Edit: This was fixed by playerup, not the seller. Seller refused to cooperate. Playerup had to refund me which they did and in full.

Seller sold me a bad account. Was fully refunded for the order thanks to playerup middleman. Thank goodness I at least made the smart decision to pay that way instead of crypto which is what the seller originally wanted.

Its been 2 days waitting for a response i placed an order and completed the payment but the seller has issues with his account so we both agreed to cancel the deal before even the 3 way converation start, ive connacted the middleman to cancel the order but no reposne just automated reply, i waited for the 3 way convertaion to start and then canceled the order from there, but i noticed the seller username is incorrect i accidentally put another username that i was going to make a deal with at the same time, i opened a super urgent ticket to fix this mistake but heard nothing from the support... again just auomated replies...so i decided to contact the guy ive put his name by mistake to cancel the order from his side and thanks god he did, now the order is canceled from both sides, but it doent seem right the purshaed account from another seller so again i opened another ticket with middleman to cancel my order and issue a refund not repsone yet and its been 2 days, am going to be patient and wait for another day.

PlayerUp is an exceptional service that provides quality and ensures security for any of your middleman needs. While you do have to pay a small fee and sometimes you have to wait for a little bit, you can take comfort in knowing that your middleman transaction is secure and that you are protected, even after the purchase is complete. I was like you, once. Posting an angry review on this website because it was taking longer than I expected to receive my money. I now have the money not too long after initiating the 3-way conversation, and they always delivered within the provided timeframe. If you ever get too concerned, then just reach out to support (but don't spam them — it doesn't help anybody, trust me).

I have done like 4 sales as a seller on this site and I think it's safe to say I'm satisfied with it. So far I haven't got scammed and the MM transaction process is smooth that I could give game account information under less than 24 hour after 3 Way Ticket conversation were provided. Middleman system provides enough security checks that I have no doubt giving acc info like that. Although, my payment got delayed sometuimes (I probably did something stupid during the process lol) but got the money nonetheless so I'm happy. Keep it up!
