*TL:DR Site has no intention to pay sellers at all. They will ignore you and you will never see your money. Absolutely a scam

I continue to be ghosted on my payout and my reviews here are even getting deleted. No one replies to my messages and I'm very tired at this point. If you are thinking about selling an account here, do NOT use middle man unless you dont mind seeing your money in a year or so

EDIT 1: They keep saying site will be back online and that is the reason for the delay, but their site has been online since mid august and nothing has happened. Weird

EDIT 2: Middleman has reached out 10/19 and closed my transaction as "merged" and asked me to recashout. I dont know what that means and now I cant message them on a closed thread. Just poor planning and service overall

EDIT 3: It's been 4 months of ghosting, no one is replying on Telegram, Facebook, their website, and their discord is a dead link. If it wasnt obvious, STAY AWAY IF YOU ARE A SELLER and also report to FTC as much as you can. I can no longer count on this money any time in the future

EDIT 4: They keep asking for paypal invoices to be corrected just to buy even more time not to pay. They have also said like 3 times my payment is being expedited. It's been almost a year since my transaction..

I sold one of my accounts through the middleman service almost a month ago. I delivered the account and the buyer confirmed and took ownership. It's been three weeks of messages and no responses to receive my payout.

They ignored my messages about fading out directly and added it to my wallet and said the reabsfer would have in 144 hours, it did not and after I sent 5-6 messages and payment requests they finally initiated the transfer. That transfer has still not gone through and I've lost my account and never got paid.

Customer service is a joke

Sent payment for an order a week ago, no response whatsoever from PlayerUp or the seller. Transaction is just sitting in limbo.

The middleman service sucks, who knows when they will eventually process this transaction and they don't answer messages or tickets.

It says on the site there is a maximum 48 hour processing time, what an absolute joke.

Only use your credit card on this website, so you can do a chargeback when they take your money and proceed to ignore you.

They extort and defraud

Playerup.com offers a middleman service in which they facilitate the trade of game accounts between buyer and seller acting as an intermediary to confirm and hold the buyers funds. They are quick to make this happen, usually within the hour. But when it comes to releasing the funds to the buyer they go silent for weeks at a time. They ignored my requests for 16 days without response until I posted a negative review here. A playerup representative contacted me here within an hour and asked for my information. Things finally looked to be on track and they requested my paypal information. But to release the funds to me they demanded that I delete my negative review. I capitulated to their ransom and deleted the review only for them to go silent again and no payment. So as I write off the money I'm obviously never going see, I hope this review saves someone else the time, money, and overall headache of dealing with this shadiest of companies.

It has been about 3 years, possibly almost 4 years at this point since I tried to buy something on this site. The item I bought was banned and It took forever to get a refund (in the form of credits). I have constantly been putting in support tickets to cashout my credits and have been completely ignored. At this point I just assumed that they are gonna keep my money indefinitely. I would recommend you stay clear of this site if you value your money.

I sold an account on PlayerUp weeks ago. The buyer confirmed that they successfully received the account. I submitted a payment request and then... nothing. I followed up in the ticket and via their Telegram account. The only response I got was "one moment here" and a new ticket saying I would be paid within 96 hours. It's been weeks since then. I've since followed up but they just ignore my messages. I've also lost the ability to log in.

UPDATE: Their support rep's reply is dishonest. He says it's a site-wide issue, but I can log in with an account that I just created with no problem ("winnebago" in the screenshots), and I lost the ability to log in right after I contacted the buyer as I said I would in the Telegram chat. Furthermore, a month ago, they told me that they had suspended the transaction, apparently because they are backlogged (wtf?). When I told them last week that I couldn't log in, they never replied.

As you can see, it is nothing but endless delay and obfuscation from them. They have no problem taking money from buyers but they seem to have a lot of difficulty either turning it over to sellers or just being honest and telling them: "we have your money and we're keeping it."

Atrocious website with horrible sellers

All buyers who have purchased from this seller have always had 100% successful transactions using his services. It's a shame you didn't feel the same. I can assure you if you buy directly with other sellers, they're going to provide you a far less superior service. While there were some delays during the process, you received everything in full and the seller has been fully paid for this order.

I payed for a product but can't activate my order. I haven't recieved a 3 way private conversation ticket yet and my order is stuck in verification step 2 and it isn't activated even after I completed the verifcation form by sending a form of identification in the site and to the support e-mail. I tried contacting the support by sending tickets but I only got automated responses so I tried contacting them on Facebook and they didn't respond.

An agent contacted me immediately to resolve an issue I was experiencing with some delay on verification and was able to help me resolve my issue immediately. He was very courteous and professional. The agent helped guide me through what the issue was and we got it resolved. The problem was not coming from their end. He proceeded to answer any inquiries and that gave me piece of mind. I feel secure enough to change my review to a 5 Star rating. I will write one more update once the process is finished.

Update 1: I spoke to one of their senior agents and he resolved my issue he prioritized my ticket and guided me for a possible future transaction. I will definitely make a future purchase from the company as you can tell that they care for their customer getting a functional product and protecting you. Thank You

Never received payment (since december 22)

Sold a game account on playerup. Since the day the deal was made the middleman haven't payed. Tried to reach to playerup several times including on-site communication, reddit and telegram but I don't get any response from the team. Can't tell if there is an issue on the company of it is a scam portal since I got no answers.
I have already contacted my company's lawyer, and we are currently gathering data to file a report with the EU Anti-Fraud Office in the hope that this will lead to further action in the USA.
I will provide an update in the meantime if I receive any contact regarding my payment or confirmation that this is indeed a scam.
