Still yet to receive $1800 from them. As a seller on this website DON'T USE THEM. I have have been waiting for a payment for 2 weeks which is made worse by the extreme lack of customer support.
I have had ZERO communication with my Middle Man, or anyone from Player up. The customer tickets are nothing more than an automated response.
Reading from other reviewers it seems that I'm not the only one. Promoting the middle man service as a premium service, charging a large fee and then providing no support on their end is awful.
Update:
Received a response after my review went public (3rd picture) stating i slandered them and that only once "issues had been fixed" would i then be able to cash out Despite not providing any means of "resolving it" presumably asking me indirectly to remove my review. And they're after cancelling any future payouts. This has been over a month of not being paid. And only responses like this back. I could not recommend this company less!
If you've had a similar experience to me PLEASE FILE AN FTC COMPLAINT. What this company is doing is against the law and the FTC works on multiple complaints rather than individual cases. The more actual cases of people not receiving their money, the more likely the company will be fined etc.
I bought a twitter account from one of the 'trusted' seller who had positive feedback. The seller didn't deliver and didn't respond. When I contacted the Middleman (site moderator) about this, the seller said he wouldn't be delivering. Even after this the mods did nothing to resolve this and my money was never returned. Total scam. Please stay away!
Update: Don't believe Jason's comment that says "Status - Resolved'" because nothing got resolved. The site admins tried to pressurise me to remove this review before they issue a refund. I refused and they never issued a refund (see attached images above).

RECOMMENDED I have bought/sold on playerup so have xp with both. Both instances were solid and superior. My 1st order I sold my account for paypal cash but later switched to store credit so I could buy a better account in another game. Only complaint I had was it took several hours for the use credits order to activate. This should be automated. When the order was finally activated the seller wasn't prepared to deliver so it took a couple days for him to finally transfer the email bound to the account over to me. I had around $8 worth of credits left after that. Bought an account from another seller who sent me a bogus account. I complained and immediately cancelled. Playerup without any questions cancelled the order and returned the funds back to me. Buyer protection does work as the seller wrote all these excuses saying I scammed him but middleman jumped in and investigated found out the seller was lying. Now I just cashed out my credits and that will conclude my business at least for now.

So i had placed an order for a amazon account on tuesday afternoon. It went through and everything was fine and the 3 way conversation started. About 6 hours later the order was randomly cancelled apparently by me? And it was said a refund would be issued in within the next 48 hours. It is now Friday Afternoon and no agent has reviewed the transaction and i am unable to dispute it inside of CashApp.
And then if i try now to view the tickets and middleman order it does what the video shows.
Good safe service. The system for trading with middleman is very safe and effective. Had some issues with customer service and waiting on replies on support tickets I placed, no issues with middleman at all. Jordon from customer service got a hold of me and straightened everything out. I must say, I have never had a web based company call me to assist and he went above and beyond to help me straighten out all my issues, Jordon gets a 5 star. I'm in the customer service industry, I know when someone gives a shat or just provides some fluff and a hand job. Or he's just that good and can fake the words but provides the meat and potatoes. I used to sell on this website.It was all fine until I had to wait months for them to give me the sum of around 80$.Once I one starred review on trust pilot they contacted me in about 2 minutes to give me compensation and stuff.I of course changed the review to 5 stars and I got my money.After a week they opened a report on paypal,banned me off their website so I had no proof of them talking to me,and lost.They scammed me out of my money + I had to pay a fee of 20-25 $ for the paypal claim.Never do business with them.

A very good and trustworthy company, but some customers do not know some things. This company faces severe pressure in dealing with all the services of the site, and you have to be very patient so that all your needs are settled for you as a seller. But if you are the buyer, your order will often be delivered to you and deal with you within short days, you just have to check with your seller if he is active or not. If you are the seller and you deliver your customer his order and you both confirm the delivery and collection process, leave your list as it is. The broker will complete the order within a month. If nothing happens, try to communicate with them and remind them of your needs. You can contact them via Telegram, Facebook and Discord. But be kind and positive and don't repeat sending your messages or bothering them with that. Write your message and they will respond within a week.
It has been more than a week and they are not releasing my product. I tried to contact them in so many different ways and they are not contacting me back! Im start of thinking that they are scammers and fraud.

I paid 5$ for buying snapchat account but this website is an automated system and no real support replying there. I tried to contact them many times but without any response. I canceld the order and still not get my money back and no one aproved my cancelation more that 5 days now. I wished if I read reviews about this website before I pay and waste my money.
This website is one persone owner and he chated me back to delete my review to get refund. I refused and he didn't refund my money back.

Sold an acount on here and I still have not received my payment. I sent multiple tickets, and messages to them, and still no money has been sent to my paypal account. I opened a dispute on BBB against them, and still no response from playerup. Or my money. Buyer has been playing the account for a week now.
Stay away from this site. They don't care about getting sellers their rightfully due money.

After one week no account was transferred despite payment being made. The account for sale was being sold via an Indonesian gentleman, who was desperately trying to receive payment via PayPal directly at a massively reduced price. I know there was someone else simultaneously trying to buy the same account. ALL SCAM CENTRAL. Thankfully, my bank took back the payment and now this SCAM site is trying to claim nonpayment (via a debt collection agency) despite never receiving an account and NO COMPLAINT that an account was handed over. Oh, by the way, the site is also Indonesian. DO NOT GET SUCKED IN BY THIS SCAM SITE!

2. Your debt collection claim has been voided since you're not at fault.
I recommend in the future you actually reach out to our live chat team. From my initial review, the team tried to expedite the transaction and didn't do proper diligence at reviewing and resolving your issue. You now have both our discord/telegram contacts so in the future you can use that if you need assistance with any minor issues like this that can be resolved within minutes.
This issue is 100% resolved.
Answer: At first it looks like a legit marketplace, but once you try to sell/buy anything you realise that you will never receive your money or the product you bought.
Answer: Next to impossible. Takes 2-4 days per response then they just stopped talking to me
Answer: Never. They are scammers. They take money from the buyers and NEVER pay the sellers of the accounts. They block you in order not to pay you
