To be honest, I was a little bit skeptical about buying game items from other sites, I try PlayerUp. They are fantastic. Their MiddleMan helps the buyers to get what they pay for, before payment is sent to seller. This is 100% protection. I bought an item from a seller, he failed to deliver, and MiddleMan immediately suspend that seller because he failed to deliver too many orders. (the seller was just registered It was my mistake to buy from a him) I tried a second seller this time from a Gold rated seller, it took a few conversations to have my items. Five stars to Player UP

I used this service to sell an account. I picked it because of the good reviews, mainly from this site. I sold my account and everything went smoothly until it was time to get paid. There was a delay with payment. Update: They have responded. Hopefully it works out. Update: Payment processed

Beforehand I'd like to say that their staff is so busy which makes them focus on you with a delay which MAY end up in weeks but may not be case aswell. I sold my account on PlayerUp which went for $300 but the buyer tried to scam them by using cracked or hacked Paypal. Either way they took legal actions towards the situation and they took the hit on the financial part which means they're working on sending me the full payment for the account still which is very kind of them. We've worked out ID verifications and everything so they'd know we're not connected with the buyer at any shape or form. Eventually a positive feel and experience.

When it comes to buying or selling virtual assets, trustworthy and reliable platforms are a must. Unfortunately, PlayerUp (playerup.com) doesn't seem to be one of them. After reading through reviews from previous users, it is apparent that there are many valid concerns regarding their services.

Almost every customer who claims to have had no response to messages, or payment, from support or middleman on the site itself in weeks, months, or even years in some cases, found that after posting a negative review about their experience, they were contacted almost immediately with a claim that their problem would be expediated when they 'resolve their offsite issues', ie remove their negative review.
Many customers did this only to return again and repost claiming they were then back to being ignored again

Customers who put their trust in the PlayerUp platform only ended up losing more money in the process.

The middleman service offered on the platform is another issue. According to reviews, the middleman essentially does nothing after taking your money. Essentially, you pay them for nothing but a chat room. It doesn't seem like a valuable service in any way, shape, or form. Plus, the middleman support team seems to be less than helpful if any issues arise after a transaction.

There have also been concerns raised about the presence of scammers on the site. PlayerUp may claim to be a legitimate provider of virtual assets, but it appears that there is a risk of being scammed by other users. This type of environment is not conducive to building trust between buyers and sellers.

Bottom line? It's tough to put faith in a website that's riddled with issues. With all the negative feedback about PlayerUp, it's crucial to urge users to avoid the platform entirely. We cannot in good conscience recommend their services and suggest that you find another platform that's safer, transparent, and trustworthy.

This issue has been resolved and money has been refunded back into my account

I've just sold my tiktok account using this service, had no issues whatsoever throughout the entire deal I felt comfortable, I am normally used this site and sell my accounts, but I would recommend this service 1st 10/10; because, This is the place to go and 100% secure.

I was a bit nervous having read about bad experiences people reported after using the site. But for me, everything came through just fine. The seller was quick to respond and delivered my order the next day as soon as my ID was verified. I confirmed I got what I wanted, changed status to "buyer confirmed" (this releases my payment from the escrow to the seller) and the whole thing was done!

Maybe there are just some bad sellers on the site that you need to watch out for. I would not interact with sellers who ask you to pay outside of the platform.

Was able to fix the issue through tg chat. All good now.

Once you get movement going with the company, they're great. Recommended 9/10

My issue were resolved with them.

I dealt with a bad seller on PlayerUp. He was rude and used vulgar language at me when I asked him to update the email to my email. All I was trying to do was buy from a legit seller and it didnt happen with my 1st purchase here. However playerup has refunded me, suspended the seller from the platform and I have decided to buy from a 2nd seller. If you don't hear back from me again then that means everything went well and I managed to get my item.

I have done a dozen transactions now with PlayerUp. These guys are good and everything has gone perfectly on my transactions with no stress. I recommend

I signed up for PlayerUp to buy something, and my username is "Showing". The deal did not go through, and instead of being refunded in BTC (my original payment method), I was refunded in "on-site credits." I made a request to immediately withdraw this $1350 on 4/4/21 and I was told it would be done within 2-3 days. They still kept ignoring me, even after I left a review and messaged them on telegram.
This company is refusing to let me have control of my own funds. This is extremely deceptive/manipulative and I will take further action if it is not recovered.

I have been ignored for over 2 years at this point, and I have been ignored on Telegram. Please refund my $1350.

Not the faster answer

I've read a lot of review and i tried the site. I buy a F/GO account and was chatting with the seller, after some time he wrote me that he don't wanna sell it anymore because he don't wanna give personal info like is passport to the site. Ok, i asked to the middleman for a full refund, since the seller write that he changed his mind but no one answer us. This happens 2 days ago and i'm still waiting for an answer. I understand that paypal and bank have their time, but the playerup people could at least send me a message.

EDIT: Nevermind. They don't refund payments apparently, they void them. Problem was solved prior to even posting this.

I've just sold an instagram worth over $500 using this service, had no issues whatsoever throughout the entire deal I felt comfortable and promised, but the service is a bit slower than I am normally used to, as I certainly deal on my own many other places, but I would recommend this service 1st 10/10; because, if you're doing $1000+ transactions this is the place to go and be secure about it!

UPDATE 1: After I post this review, they message me inmmediately :)) .
However, they still only answered around and didn't say anything about the money they were keeping. They tried to tell me remove the review then they will check my issue but I know they will not do anything. And I true, they do not do anything.

I'm a seller on this website from 2017 and It was all fine. But from 2021, they hold my money for the sold accounts without any reason and never paid to seller!
I wait nearly 2 years for a cashout (from November 2021) with $623.
I had contacted site support, VIP support, message them on Discord, Telegram,... they seen but never response!
I'm reposting this review, because they try to hold my money one time before but I posted a bad review on Truspilot. They basically told me that i had to take down the original review in order to proceed with my transaction, and they do that after 1 month.
Now, they are banned from trustpilot, and they make it look like they withdraw from there on their own will. They seem to get butt hurt when a review like this claiming that they're scamming people arises.
Never try to sell or buy anything with this website if you don't want to lose money!

Be careful with some of these 0 feedback sellers on playerup and always use playerup middleman. I nearly got scammed but thankfully I paid through middleman services and they refunded my payment in full. They have a good system for protecting buyers and grateful for them protecting me and giving me my money back.

Amazing. They helped me with a problem I had during using the website and im happy now that they helped me.

Been trying to withdraw my money from my playerup account for almost 5 years now - just seems to open a "ticket" and then that's all that happens - IMPOSSIBLE to speak to and nobody replies to any messages/emails

I've been a member on PLAYERUP for about a year now and honestly, it's more of a community than anything to me. I've been helped in various ways and have even had the opportunity to help others, which is a good feeling.

When I first found playerup I was a little hesitant as I didn't know who was behind it or if it was some sort of scam that I didn't understand. Since then, I have bought several properties and have sold various services there to other members without even the slightest issue.

Today, I don't look at any other sites and any deals I find outside of pu, I request that we move onto playerup because that is where I feel protected and safe when dealing with digital products.

It's a good place to do business and a good community to be part of. I enjoy it and I'm sure you will as well.

I had a few problems that was quickly resolved by Middleman support. Very good site allows you to do your trasactions quick and safely. I will definitely use it again.

Quick turnaround. Can actually speak with a human over the phone. Really recommend this service if you are interested in buying.

I was buying a Warface account through PlayerUp, and it went great - the middleman instructed the seller to give me all the information and it only gave money to the seller when I confirmed with them that I have taken the full control of the account. It's safe, and efficient. If you are looking to buy game account, definitely worth having a shot!
