Had a few issues regarding account's being disputed. But All was resolved instantly, Expected an email back withing 2-3 days but they replied to me within minutes and all was taken care of. The chat is fairly easy to use, The operators are easy to get along with and say what they say they are going to do. Playerauctions In my eyes is a very Legit and Trustworthy Website.

This site is so amazing, there are plenty of sites like PA, but no sites is better than this. WHY? PA offer everything that a good site should provide, secure payment, secure selling, secure buy.Im not overstating, i really love this site, and i can promise you will to, once you give them a chance. Then you will understand :) And what about the customer service? What i can say about the customer service: A big thumb up, very patient people in their customer service. Very polite, always listen, always respect full, allways try to make the customer happy. That whats all is about. Have a good day.

My money was transferred, but I never received what I ordered. When I filed a dispute after 24 hours, I had to wait another 3 days during which the seller tried everything in the book to scam me - tried getting me to cancel the order so he could keep my money, tried getting me to cancel the dispute, tried telling me my account was invalid and someone else got it, tried telling me -they were out of stock- (this isn't supposed to be a site for illegal gold farmers anyways!)... and then, once the three days were up, the dispute went through the system automatically even though I was told by a CS that it wouldn't because he sent the seller a warning and postponed it for another 24 hours even though I told him not to because I didn't want to wait any longer... and now I have to wait EVEN LONGER, PLUS I'm being PENALIZED for something that wasn't even under my control! I'm having to wait THREE MORE DAYS for my refund, and it's not even a full refund! *I* am being *PUNISHED* because the *SELLER* didn't do his job, and nobody wants to do ANYTHING about ANY of it! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SITE!

Very quick and easy procedure. Seems safe. Used paypal. Received items instantly.

Ordered from PlayerAuctions and really disappointed. Their mailing system which is apparently a critical part on the website is not functioning. No clear announcement on any social media pages, and yet they are allowing people to continue to buy/sell products/services when nothing can be processed. No real estimate given on when the website will actually be fully functional. Even with the nature of this business, I assumed they would be a little more professional about this ordeal and mediate the whole situation better. Makes me question whether their insurance and other policies hold up to what they advertise.

Would approach website with caution. If the middle-man (PlayerAuctions in this case) cannot appropriately resolve problems in a timely manner, one must consider whether it's truly safe. Poor communication and resolution has led me to leave this negative review.

Edit: Also, PlayerAuctions offers a 10% discount on purchases if you post reviews on this site and another site. That's probably where all the higher rating is coming from, so keep that in mind. Most of them are doing this for the discount as I assume many small/short reviews are for.

Their fees is 10% of sales + more... quite heavy for a middleman service that provides little support. Another thing would be how obsessive they are with your identity; requiring you to send in extensive personal details. Not sure what they're doing with it - which is the scary part! To add on, they would message my paypal email address instead of the registered email I supplied to them to be used as contact. All in all, as legitimate as they sound and say they are, I suggest steer clear.
