I decide to try out their site because it is written all over their site about buying accounts safely and all that. After going through an extensive process of identity verification that made me (oddly enough) feel more at ease using their services I finally complete payment verification. The seller almost immediately delivered the account and we got the ball rolling. Well, the seller or "his nephew" are still logging into the account without any way of disconnecting their device from accessing as it is a mobile app. I have messaged their 24/7 live chat which can do nothing for you but answer simple questions and refer you to another department. This is where my nightmare begins. I purchased the insurance... But yet I do not receive responses in regards to the owners still accessing the account kicking me out of the game. It has been 4 days since I have brought up the issue and I have not had a single real response to my issue. I believe their site is misleading. DO NOT CONFIRM YOUR PAYMENT UNTIL YOU HAVE COMPLETE AND FULL POSSESSION OF THE ACCOUNT. No matter the instructions PlayerAuctions.com gives you in their emails. Don't trust anyone, even with a good seller/buyer reputation. I regret ever even thinking about doing this. $258 USD down the drain. I have an account that is either stolen, shared or reclaimed. Either way I am screwed with no help in sight.

I've made many purchases through this site with no fuss. But, as a seller it's nearly impossible to get paid. They promise a 3 business day hold then a disbursement to your account of record. It's been now a week and a half and yet to receive my payment from PlayerAuctions. I've contacted customer support several times and I get excuse after excuse why my payment hasn't been made. It's stuck in gateway. We havnt done our daily disbursement yadayada. After this I wouldn't trust them to place my goods or buy goods from because I don't want another unsuspecting seller to go through this with them. So think twice before posting your goods on this website. The buyer gets the goods Player Auctions gets the money and the Seller gets the shaft.

I love PlayerAuctions. Their service is incredibly easy and reliable, and definitely safer and more secure with their PlayerGuardians security. I recommend this website 100% for all your in-game needs!

Product was delivered on time. Product was sent in multiple denominations, which was a bit strange at first but understood. Seller is honest and prompt. Will use again.

Playerauctions refuses to refund my money and keep ignoring my emails. Live chat are a bunch of liars who will say anything to just to get you to leave. They don't actually do what they say. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE.

Atrocious customer service. Payment has been withdrawn via Paypal, however transaction still remains at "Verifying Payment" Customer support was contacted on four different occasions in an attempt to resolve the issue. Requested to have the transaction refunded, and the customer support representative went silent, and proceeded to leave the live chat approximately 20 minutes later. Seven hours after playing the order, it still remains unresolved, and refund has been unprocessed. Escalated to a dispute through paypal, if left unresolved, will escalate. HIGHLY advised to avoid this company. I will not be a returning customer.

You better use other services.
Very slow and customer SUPER unfriendly. You cannot purchase using paypal if you do not send them your ID photo(WTF?!)
Once I created new account they suspended it and told me use the old one where I cannot use paypal(omfg)
