Trying to order something and I have to provide everything short of my social security number and the fact that you ask me for some I send it oh by the way we need this this and the other thing um let me see I already sent if 5 messages ago but apparently your fuvking blind last time I ever try to order and thing from there and will tell everyone I know to stay away more of a hassle then it's worth. If I could rate it lower I would, horrible customer service and the fact that it take 3 different thing the say money has taken from my account and then still we need this part um I'm on a phone and that all I got i can't get the other and I say if that isn't it cancel the other but no just send me the same $#*!ing message repeatedly is going to help me have the Info
A buyer was able to buy an account from me take delivery of said account and then get a refund and take his money back and the response from support is

What kind of selling website lets someone refund after the seller already confirmed delivery and then tells you to just recover it like that is possible

Word of advice, update your $#*!ing site and let people know what is going on.
It really is awful customer service. I had 2 tickets open and someone responded by saying they were going to combine the 2 tickets into one... how does that help me?

My account was suspended after buying an account, they did not give me a reason, all my fields are filled in correctly on the website. It's been a day and they can't answer the simplest of tickets. They're by far the worse I've ever had to deal with.
They also always go "Oh first of all we're sorry that [We have terrible service] but please do understand that [we're just trying to make a lot of money, we don't care about custommers]"

I sold an account 2 days ago(the buyer was really happy, all good) and the Disbursement time ends tomorrow on 13 July 11:30 PM PST. I was so sketchy about selling my account on this site and i even tweeted at them telling that i heard that they are not paying the sellers and they said "Hi there, r1cko. Rest assured, that is not true. I'll check your order and send you a reply soon" and im gonna receive my payment tomorrow, when the disbursement ends. So tomorrow i'll let you guys know if they are serious and legit and im gonna give it 5 stars :).
EDIT: I just received the money. It was actually really fast, i didnt expected them to be this fast. Thanks a lot, it was a pleasure :).
They hold my pending disurbements for month and support wont reply me now for over 40days. There was live chat it was faster but now its removed and they wont reply.

Paid 90 dollars for a service, took 19 hours for it to get processed and then the inspection was said to take 1 hour but took five. And at the end my service was terminated and i got refunded after waiting that long and I lost 8 dollars due to taxes and pentalties. Not only did I loose money, I wasted my time. 0/10

So i'm writing my next review for this website. Same situation again, website is great but terrible support. After i sold one of my account, the buyer accused me in cheating (that i used hacks to level up the account) AFTER he played on it. So i had 4 month of gameplay by myself and after my customer played the game on it account got banned. I gave solid facts to the website support that i have never hacked but instead they made refund to the buyer who definitely used some programs to get game advantage on his computer and got banned. After that i sent two messages via their contact us function and got TWO same robotic messages with the same content from two agents (probably scripted). So as a seller i do not reccomend this website because buyers can scam you like that everytime and you can do nothing about it. In addition he kept my account which is supposed at least to be refunded to me.

No trouble with the sellers most of them are great and proffessional. However the support is terrible verification that (takes 20mins) takes hours when they start asking for personal information and then once you send it to them you wait hours before getting any response however the payment has been done. Took them 4h before sending an email saying that i have to resend all my personal information..

This process usually takes 20 mins, however, orders are checked individually and independently that's why it may take longer than expected depending on the queue. Since they need to be very careful when verifying your payment. Also, to prevent any fraudulent activities by making sure that the payment was indeed authorized by the payment account owner and that's the reason why they asks for IDs.
