Paid 90 dollars for a service, took 19 hours for it to get processed and then the inspection was said to take 1 hour but took five. And at the end my service was terminated and i got refunded after waiting that long and I lost 8 dollars due to taxes and pentalties. Not only did I loose money, I wasted my time. 0/10
So i'm writing my next review for this website. Same situation again, website is great but terrible support. After i sold one of my account, the buyer accused me in cheating (that i used hacks to level up the account) AFTER he played on it. So i had 4 month of gameplay by myself and after my customer played the game on it account got banned. I gave solid facts to the website support that i have never hacked but instead they made refund to the buyer who definitely used some programs to get game advantage on his computer and got banned. After that i sent two messages via their contact us function and got TWO same robotic messages with the same content from two agents (probably scripted). So as a seller i do not reccomend this website because buyers can scam you like that everytime and you can do nothing about it. In addition he kept my account which is supposed at least to be refunded to me.

The website itself is a great instrument to both buy and sell. However as a seller i'm having a huge problem with disbursements. The support is awful because they simply can't answer for a trouble ticket on their support page for 2.5 weeks and my money is on hold because of that. My playerauction nickname is pinkguyelite

No trouble with the sellers most of them are great and proffessional. However the support is terrible verification that (takes 20mins) takes hours when they start asking for personal information and then once you send it to them you wait hours before getting any response however the payment has been done. Took them 4h before sending an email saying that i have to resend all my personal information..
Hi Kevin! Sorry to know if you feel that our support team is terrible when it comes to Payment Verification. This process usually takes 20 mins, however, orders are checked individually and independently that's why it may take longer than expected depending on the queue. Since they need to be very careful when verifying your payment. Also, to prevent any fraudulent activities by making sure that the payment was indeed authorized by the payment account owner and that's the reason why they asks for IDs.

I purchased a game account from this site via Paypal. The site states the verification should take 5 minutes. I've purchased from this site like 20 times in the past, however this time the payment verification did not go through immediately. It's been HOURS and I sent an email via their instructions and still haven't heard anything. Mind you the payment is already reflecting on my bank account balance.

Great place to purchase cheap game merchandise. I would recommend for other people to buy cheap online game goods.
Filled out a signed e doc with all my info and then had to continuously resend same information and after 12 times guy tells me what specific thing is wrong. When i resend it they dont reply. 3 hours later still waiting for a reply f this never again. I have 53 total transactions. You would think after that many times i wouldnt have to send anything... honestly horrible staff please train people better. Very unhappy!

No customer service and what support you do receive is horrible. If you plan on making a purchase be prepared for the hassle. Creating an account is easy, no problems. However once you have an account and go to make a purchase be prepared to be banned/suspended. They don't even tell you why it was banned or suspended, telling you to create a support ticket. Filled out a support ticket which has just sat with no response. Extremely frustrating as they ban/suspend your account after your money has been taken.

As a buyer i´ve been scammed several times using player auctions, their support is horrible and they wont solve anything. As a seller they have retained more than 500$ because of a dispute on an order of 5$ without giving me the option of a refound.

Bug filled useless site. No support whatsoever and completely useless waste of time. Hours wasted. Craigslist is a better bet. Staring at a wall is a better bet. If you try to use this site, you will get so annoyed you will post reviews like this.

I have put in several tickets with support and get spotty responses. I'm desiring to close my account with them and have gotten nothing back. Now a refund was issued by me accidentally and I've tried to get in touch with them about it to no avail. Both myself and a seller a mutually frustrated with the service! Horrible. I got scammed out of a Battle.net account and had "insurance" on it and despite my screenshot and proof of conversation with the other seller, it wasn't enough.
Total ripoff.

Worst site full of scammers, take side of scammer because they already profited off your money so dont expect a refund or reply about your case for a few weeks. Even a support member messaged me through site jabber to attempt to help but fails to reply to messages when i have sent them, come to find out when i tried to log into the site i got banned for to many ticket and email messages i was sending about my case. This is when i disputed the purchase through papal and got my full refund back. Will never even visit this site for anything as they are all scammers and do not care about their clients even after they pushed their 6 dollar insurance (which is also a scam) even with insurance and more than enough picture proof they denied my refund and banned me from site. * word of advice for future clients. Pay with paypal so you can dispute the payment and get your money back because the site wont do Sh*t but ban you.

After providing picture proof and messages i shared with owner showing him asking for personal information to recover account and i get and update with saying, "we are unable to determine that the seller is responsible for the loss of access to your account". Highly dissatisfied and wont be buying from site again. Got scammed out of 100 buck and their insurance is a joke.
Bought insurance on a account i ordered through player auctions and two weeks later the seller reclaimed the account, i bought insurance specifically for this reason and player auctions advertised there insurance so well to protect myself from this happening but it has almost been a month and yet no response to my case besides all the picture proof i have already sent of my account being reclaimed as well as picture proof of messages with seller asking for info i set on the account to further access after he took full control of the account.
I bought something with gocoin 13 days ago, it said i underpaid and the transaction was cancelled. I then contacted a PA support and he said i should cancel the order and the money would be refunded in 2 business days. It's been 10 days since i cancelled the order.

Used for many successful sales in the past, but having an issue with an order on player auctions for over 10 days now waiting on a disbursement over $500. I really need someone to look into this! It's order/offer # *******. I've sent a lot of emails with evidence that buyer is happily playing on the account he bought from me, but my order seems stuck in mediation. Got lost maybe? Who knows. No replies after it was escalated to mediation even though the buyer just didn't see the email with the login info PA sent him.
