As you can read from my previous reviews I have had some bad experiences, they have been solved so far, however the current ongoing issue is the worst I have ever seen in two years on this website.
I have never ever been so frustrated and angry towards a company, I had a good run, always fixed issues within an hour. Always processed orders, answered my emails on time. However they decided to suddenly stop my disbursements, freezing all my payments, without notice. This is because of a customer that got banned decided to report the account as stolen, the order was from 2016 October:

The annoying thing is about this, is that my emails are getting sent into limbo. There's a automated response for every reply I sent, for every email I sent saying that the issues are fixed.

This is an update to the original review which is added below THIS update, which shows you EXACTLY what is wrong WITH PICTURE EVIDENCE.
So, let's get in depth.
I'm a pretty big seller with close to 700 positive feedbacks, as off now, I have over $1.2K in hold because one of my buyers had an issue with his account in NOVEMBER 2016. This problem has been ongoing from 25th April.

Now this PlayerAuctions worker on SiteJabber is an ABSOLUTE joke and proof WHAT is wrong with PlayerAuctions, he's left a reply to my original review saying he would help me out, I have sent two different messages, along with ALL the order Ids. No response after 3 days.
But I can still see him replying to other people with the same automated response?

Now please guys, please before you start engaging business with this website, keep in mind, THESE are the people you are paying a 10% fee for, you rack in money while they treat you like the dirt underneath their feet.
I am just a student trying to make a living and I can't afford just suddenly getting my income stopped because a person had an issue of a $65 order ( WHICH I CAN'T EVEN REFUND?)
So EXTREMELY dissapointed and disgusted.

I have started selling on PlayerAuctions on December 2015, in the beginning of 2016 there were absolutely no problems, the marketplace were not saturdated with scammers, botted accounts etc.
A few months later problems started to occur, the market, now having boomed from MAX 800 offers to over 5000 offers has started to sell " Featured Seller Spots" which makes a seller promote their sales for $5/ day with 3 leading offers.
Booking a spot on that featured seller list is quite easy, but the person selling those spots is to be contacted on Skype. While I gotta say, featured seller spot is a good addition to the website, the person in charge of the Skype profile is the most unproffesional person I have encountered so far. From making silly remarks, to being sarcastic about your questions, to downright ignoring you, this is where PlayerAuctions fails.
The customer support is absolutely terrible, the people who are there to help you can't do anything about your problems. Your problems will get sent to someone else to "review the case" which is basically sending your problems into limbo, you will never get your case reviewed, and it will mostlikely be put in a dumpster.
A few months after this, let's say, mid 2016, they introduced a "Paid Insurance" which makes buyers put an insurance on their accounts, which makes them get their money back after they feel like they have been scammed.
What this does is that it makes the buyer, that has bought a $5 account freeze your entire account ( keep in mind that you can still sell), and your pending payments.
Ofcourse, you want to get this lifted from your account, sending your case/ account into limbo, sometimes having to wait weeks or even months to get your " ban" lifted.
So, let's say an other seller bought a $5 account with insurance on PlayerAuctions, they can screw you over by marking the trade as fraudulent. Me, I am a seller with over 700 positive reviews, so I have had my share of problems and issues with the website and it's buyers.
On the buyers side, it's also not any better, people who have had their account stolen, their botted accounts ( these will ALWAYS get banned) banned, they will NEVER see their money back, unless they take matter into their own hands and open a claim with PayPal. As a seller, I can't help a customer who's had their account banned, because I am not allowed to refund, they have to contact customer live support, which has since a month BEEN DISABLED WITHOUT NOTICE.
This means the live support, which atleast made you feel like you matter just a little bit has been disabled. They have now only got the e-mail support which makes you wait days or sometimes week for a proper response.
This site has gone from bad to worse, and I hope this is rockbottom from them, and if they don't fix their issues soon they will lose traffic, of that I'm sure.
Anyone who is planning on buying/ selling here, please be careful, and know what is comming for you if things go wrong!

P.S.: They've also disabled thumbnails for your salesthread which completely takes away the personal touch to a sales thread, this is one of their worst implementations.
PlayerAuctions is a TOTAL SCAM! Do not buy or sell anything on PlayerAuctions. You will lose your money and ask for refunds repeatedly. They wait weeks in between replies for refund. Then they ask you to send proof you lost money by not getting what you paid for or sold. The proof they seek does not exist! How can you provide screen shots of an account you never receive. Sellers on PlayerAuction are hostile. Getting mad at you for not approving payment to them for the game you never received. The chat correspondence is on PlayerAuctions website. They do not provide any relief to you when you repeatedly tell the seller you did not receive his account you paid for. BUY FROM SOMEONE ELSE. Play the game and join an alliance or clan and buy from a team mate. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! BUY FROM PLAYERAUCTIONS AND YOUR MONEY AND INSURANCE YOU BUY IS LOST AND GONE! PERIOD!
I absolutely love this site. Its by far my favorite site to buy accounts from. I recommend this site for anyone looking for new accounts or cs go skins.
They have really bad support, decided to suspend my account after I purchased an item from there. Rip off, do not purchase from this website ever.

SCAM! TOTAL SCAM! PlayerAuctions (PA) sells you something. You don't receive it. You contact PA stating you did not receive game account. Seller sends screen shot to PA that you received it. PA asks you for screen shots of an account you don't have. They ask for other proof. Their insurance that you pay extra for, does nothing. PlayerAuction then posts a reply on this site stating "We are sorry, let me assist you..." No assistance from PlayerAuctions. PA is just trying to improve their image on this site. PA employees may be submitting their own positive reviews on this site.
Great reliable service! Just be smart and read all the reviews for anyone you purchase from. Have never been let done yet.

You are entering a Black Market website. They'll do anything. Literally. Anything.
I registered this website back in 2013 to purchase Runescape accounts, since I didn't have all the time, but I wanted lvl99 skills. Anyways, it's obvious that those accounts were reclaimed after 10 months. That's not the worst part.
As soon as you register, your informations are being stolen by them. How do I know this? I am the victim. Most of my gaming accounts that I didn't play for over a year got hacked and perm banned for scamming.
I can't stop this website growing, but we can stop TOGETHER. Spread the word, so your day doesn't get ruined like mine.
Oh and if you are wondering how these "5 star" reviews came from? Obviously stolen infos from their own members and using it to write fake reviews.

Bought an rs account 1 weeks account with bank account over 200M. Now the transaction went smoothly, but when i logged in to the account i did not see anything worth over 200m in bank, also the provided screenshot which he had was not on the bank account. I talked to the seller and he said that i had scammed him, after a while with prove of him who scammed me, (logged in his account after inspection and put everything in an other account). We both agreed that he would give me back 200 dollar Also the seller did NOT change his email! And does not respond to any of his email's!
I wrote like 4 of the staff members with no succes, to answer it takes like more than 4 days or even they do not answer. Even though i am right i still wait to get the account. The buyer did already receive his payment which is bad! And does not respond!
All went great. Delivery was quick, no problems and cheaper than other sites. Will use again for sure!
Bought an account with insurance back at the start of June, it got recovered by the owner a week later. I have tried submitting cases with PlayerAuctions but not receiving any update. Very unhappy with the service, i'm now $55 out of pocket.

I am unable to change paypal address.
Where almost every worldwide site allows to change it instantly from the interface, PA requires to contact assistance.
Well: i sent a ticket. They answers: "please, ask to *******@playerauctions.com".
I did it. This time: "please ask to *******@playerauction.com".
I did it too. This time: no reply.
I have sent complexively 15 or 20 emails, with multiple tickets.
Their names: Jacqueline, Ron, Marian, Donna, and others, who don't knows the "forward" button on their mailbox, nor how to help me.
The point: i cannot receive money.

A decent trading site, had only good experience with it so far. A trustworthy user is always recognizable by reviews, therefore, the percentage of getting scammed is really low
Love to buy from them, they do good. They do a good job at getting your money back if you get scammed. Never had an issue.
I bought a LoL account from a seller on PlayerAuctions. I tried contacting the seller, but no response. I tried submitting a request for a refund but no response even though I paid for the "insurance." This site stole my money. I got scammed and they're not even concerned about helping

I bought a world of tanks account from them, then bought a boosting service to farm credits for me and unlock tank trees.
The account purchase was fine, the boosting service was not, they got my account banned.
I reach out to the booster saying that the account has been banned "we will replace it with an account"... the account offered was no where near the value of the account bought.
So I contact the website support and ask for my money back + damages.
They say we will get back to you.
A week later, no response, they removed all evidence of the messages between me and the booster seller and said they had no record of such a transaction.
FRAUDULENT, AVOID!

SCAM do not buy from Playerautions. You will lose your money and they stall and stall and review your case and keep your money. PlayerAuctions replies below to look professional.
