I really enjoyed this. The workouts get my heart pumping and every week I feel stronger. Life gives me newfound motivation and my all work can do perfect time. Now I have the best dating plan. Super easy to track my progress & The workouts are efficient. This is very user-friendly and fantastic! 100% recommended.

I'm new to gaming started a game and it said Google play verified and recommended. Spent fair bit of money to catch up with other players then realised the devs never respond constant issues with game. One player asked devs for refund and they blocked his account. Then other players found out about it and left the game now the game is dead only 1 or 2 people there lol but they are leaving now also. I was refused any kind of refund from devs so I asked Google play for some kind of refund as I can't continue to play the game even though I invested so much into it. Google play refused to give me anything. Shame really such a good game devs destroyed it :( so anyone new like me do not listen to Google play verified etc they are not going to protect u in anyway same as devs there just for the money. But it is a hard lesson learned lol £400 lost my bank details now removed from Google play. Happy gaming guys :) Attached pic of response from the gamer that got blocked.

I purchased $30 worth of Google Play. Used all except $17 then all of a sudden, and for no reason, I'm not able to use the balance, and they want me to verify a long list of information. I provided everything they asked for,butI'm still not able to use my balance of $17. Thieves!

Bought a play card for my son. When redeeming, it gave an error that more info was needed. Clicked the link and provided all information that was asked. Received an email stating it was not eligible for appeal with no further explanation. Tried to chat someone about this, but they said decision is final with no explanation as to why it cannot be appealed or how I am supposed to get my money back since the store we bought it from does not issue gift card refunds. Their final say over the matter was that I was holding up the waits and ended the chat.

I bought a Google play gift card and couldn't redeem the $100 I payed not much help form support tried to get refund denied now going to report to better business Bureau would never spend money with them again

Google neglected to vet a developer, and as a result, they have been providing no support for their in-app players, and reports go un checked. Players are subjected to harassment and then are ignored when reporting to the developers. I requested a refund for all in-app purchases. And was met with a rude Google Play representative named Judy. I requested a survey and was not provided one. I attempted to connect to the chat again and was met with rep nicklaus and requested a survey and was ignored. Then my support chats would no longer connect. They blocked me out of the Google play support system. I would like to speak with legal in regards to this.

I am a senior and received a prize of google play gift cards. Since I cannot use much of the google play products, I write to google if I can transfer my money to google store to buy something. The answer is No.
My money is now stuck in google play for 3 years. I do not understand why since it is the same company.
Not a user friendly company.

30 dollars in gift cards wasted. All support does is send an automated message and ends up saying fill a form. I shouldnt have to fill a form to redeem what i payed for. No help. Before they said they couldnt help and me and I lost 10 dollars. Yesterday, I spent 20 dollars and I have to wait 3 days. For another, it was 5 dollars. They said submit a form and it would take 3 days and its been 3 days during the week. Useless.

I purchased meaning NOW OWN a TV series. They pulled the series and took away my access to something I now OWN. They refused a refund which is criminal but no accountability for Google. Will never spend one red cent again on Google and I definitely recommend the same

Purchased content within a game that didn't meet my expectations and requested a refund under 48 hours of purchasing. They took a day to get back to me and stated the refund request did not meet their policy. Ridiculous.

I domt suggest anyone use any phone connected to the playstore. My granddaughter spent almost 300 dollars in less then 2 months on in game app purchases before I realized what she was doing contacted Google support amd they are denying the refund of almost 200 dollars. Samsung much as I love your phones will be discontinuing my purchases as long as your affiliated with the Google playstore. They are ripping people off. I'm selling my Samsung and going to apple. Never had this problem with apple.

I can not enter bank details it always say invalid and support is useless...

Got my gc approved used it once with a remaining balance and today I have to submit all documents again to use the same card.beyond mad customer

I didn't order and don't want a book that dropped into my google play. They won't refund and there's no option to explain to them. Just a no reply email address with their computer says no answer.

I bought a minecraft map which hasn't loaded for 3 days now. But google said that:
So my questions is - how come I pay via google play and I buy something which doesn't work and they leave me with an unworking map and send me to the developer? Never ever will buy anything there again. A rip off.

Downloaded a tile game via just play, everything OK,till I got passed level 250. Reached 500 got nothing from just play just pathetic emails saying they hadn't received the appropriate email, 5 days of playing they advertise amazing results payments but THEY JUST SCAM YOU

I hate how you half to pay for apps and games and also the adds there are wayyyyy to many so 0 star.
