I went in person to cancel my membership at the Graham location and I was told that it was taking care of and there were nothing to worry about. Well, this month, I was charged again and I deceided to call the company and talked with representative. The representative told me to go back to the gym and cancel because they have NEVER done so. Yes, They lied! I went back and spoken to young man that was understanding so he went and got the manager. I was on the phone with my bank,letting them no please do not pay this company because I am NOT member anymore. This little girl in the front by the computer was in my business while I was talking with my bank. She was rude and the bank lady hear her and told me to write complaint on her because NO one was talking to her.
The bank did enformed me that this company will try to take money from my account under another name. Well, Now I am pissed.

Clean new equipment friendly helpful staff very low cost. I feel extremely comfortable in this gym! Thank you Planet Fitness

It is absolutely ridiculous The temperature and the wind blowing around planet fitness on Polaris. When complaints are made by numerous people they say the owner absolutely does not allow the change. So I guess customers don't matter at all.

I pay P-F $10.29/mo. Which is a great price. Open 24/7, new club, etc. BUT, the $43 (with tax) for the ANNUAL renewal puts the ACTUAL monthly price at about $14.50/mo. Still reasonable, but the "annual fee" is a joke, and designed ONLY to create more profit. While I realize P-F is a business, they should not run away from the FACT that you're paying more per month than 10 bucks (+ tax!)

I have been a member for 6 years. With all these high school students and overcrowding, I can't even get a workout done in an hour. I need to find a new gym.

$49 a year membership fee, for what? Just be honest that your membership is $30 a month, not $25. What extra service is being done to maintain a membership? You already have my bank automatically taking money out for you. No extra effort is required at that one day a month, that you radomly decide to take more money, just because!

New to MN and the Brainerd area, was a little intimidated at first to join a new gym, however, the staff here was so friendly, showed me around and gave me a great tour and it's definitely worth the money. I highly suggest becoming a black card member!

I was robbed yesterday $287 dollars inside Planet Fitness. My backpack with my wallet was inside the locker with a combination lock pad. I am busy but I needed to cancel all my credit cards and debit cards. However all my accounts have auto pay and due payments are now in the beginning of the month, I won't receive the new cards at least in the next 10 business days and I'll be traveling abroad this Wed 6/7 WITHOUT ANY CARD TO MAKE TRANSACTIONS OR WITHDRAWN MONEY FROM ATM! Planet Fitness ruined my life as all my accounts are blocked, I wanted to workout until the day I'll leave and I don't feel safe on their premises. I usually carry my computer and my expensive headphones in my backpack (luckily not yesterday!). I was planning to workout until the day of my vacation (going to the beach) but it's horrible to be in a place where everyone now is a suspect. I won't be able to start a new membership without cards or because of time. I have decided I don't want to be a member for sure anymore. And they have all the difficulties to cancel membership with 30 day notices etc etc etc. But I don't want to pay a penny extra to them. Choose wisely, this isn't a good place! They do not have AC and wifi! They say they do but they don't! HORRIBLE!

I am writing this review for the Planet Fitness in Limerick, PA. Overall, the equipment is pretty good, however, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The main floor has hairy dust throughout, especially under the equipment and beneath the electricity bars around the treadmills and elliptical machines.The sinks in the men's bathroom have SCUM buildup in them. I've talked to managers and employees on different occasions. The problem is resolved for that day, but the buildup begins again. Clearly, there is no scheduled cleaning of the bathrooms and no inspections by management. It's my understanding that the women's room is just as dirty. It can't be the lack of employees, since most days several of them can be found sitting on the floor behind the desk on their phones.

They're okay. They charge too much. Very judged mental place to go to. But have a lot of different options for working out.

Why is the sleeve to my barbell pad counted as a bag and tripping hazard as it is neatly folded to the size of my phone, but people are allowed to surround themselves with 4 sets of dumbells and 2 barbells and that's okay?! I've almost tripped trying to step in between barbells blocking the path, but never anyone's one bag. The McMinnville location needs to focus on cleaning nasty mirrors and equipment and less about what the members do with a sleeve/bag right next to the machines..

When will someone, I'm assuming it's the owner do someone about the parking lot, at the Bloomsburg Pennsylvania facility. There are absolutely no indication s, of any lines.

I traveled driving from West Coast to East multiple times and visiting many Planet Fitnesses in the country; however Erica and the Staff on Maryland Pkwy in Las Vegas NV. Are clearly the friendliest In All The Land!

I left Planet Fitness on Freedom Drive over a month ago because of management. I went back today and all I can say is YESSSSSSS! Entirely different! I met the new manager named Tia. I love her already! Her energy is amazing! Just what this gym needs. The employees are so polite and helpful! It feels like home again! Love it! I'm back

I was a PF member for almost a decade. I worked out thousands of times at many locations with numerous workout buddies. For the most part, my endeavors at PF were favorable. I usually found their facilities clean and well equipped. That's exactly why I renewed my black card annually.

Two weeks ago, I was publicly embarrassed by your staff. While standing at the front desk your Assistant General Manager informed me that I have violated PF Personal Training policy and cannot return. Moreover, her elevated voice and gymintimidation caught the attention of other gym members. It was quite embarrassing and made me feel like a Lunk. Without success, I informed her that I was working out with a buddy and not Personal Training. Furthermore, the arrogant associate informed me that PF has a 3 strikes and your out policy on Personal Training. Then, I challenged her to show the evidence. Upon her failure and inability to share documentation, she escalated the situation and completely lost her professionalism.

Afterwards, I shared my misfortunes with my workout buddy and she was astonished by the news. She wanted to return to the gym and vouch for me. But I talked her out of it, due to the unfriendly PF judgment zone.

I wanted to discuss this situation and reached out to the franchise and corporate offices several times. No reply.

The over gym experience is fine but how is this a multi million dollar company but yet they can't be 24/7? That alone $#*!s up my whole perception of them I mean their slogan is "we work around your schedule" and that couldn't be any farther from the truth. And how early they close on the weekend really sucks because I work nights and don't get a chance to leave my house until at least 6pm and they close at 7? Wtf. Those are bank hours.
