I joined the P.F. In Warsaw, In. It is clean and safe and was quite happy. Then the news channels were changed to reflect a more conservative view. I asked for the old channel back and was told there had been a complaint and the district manager would not change. I feel this is complete b.s. And that as a 70 year old woman, I can make decisions about what news I watch.

Live your life as you see fit. Love who you love. With that being said, I don't want to see biological men in the women's locker room. I was told that this is allowed under Planet fitness policy. I'm out!

A new early am worker ( young black girl) is very polite always up front and never have to search for her. She keeps everyone thing very clean. The tanning bed and booths including the rooms are very clean

They used the wrong sanitizer to spray the machines with now the skin on my fingers are peeling. Had this happen last year and a manager explained that someone put the wrong spray in the wrong bottles for use on the machines, now whoever answered the phone totally can't understand the mix up and he would have a manager call later today(not going to hold my breath)I just want to make people aware if your hands are totally dried out and peeling it is because of their chemicals

I'm very disappointed in planet fitness. I signed up for a membership in 2021. I attended once, had a medical issue and left my local establishment. I never went back, as their records would show. I wanted to cancel my membership and tried to do so multiple times through emails, trying to find a phone number to call to speak with someone, with no response, ever. As far as I could see, their website never stated that you had to go in person to cancel a membership until recently. So, over the course of two years, they have had multiple successful payments, and I'm out 333.02 cents for a service I never used, and feeling like I had no direct help. I had my bank dispute the charges and it was denied. In conclusion, I feel extremely cheated by this company for not having better customer service to assist people wanting to cancel or to even consider this service was never used and they just took my funds. Please have better customer service.

Marcus in Ypsilanti was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, Planet Fitness. Facilities are clean people are friendly just a great atmosphere, overall started with Marcus at the front desk.

Literally, dont spend your money on tje club of liers and $#*!s.

They won't tell you important details until you get charged. I was told if I canceled the membership one day before, I would not get charged. However, the other day I was charged again and they told me there is a time window for the cancellation! If you wants to get in, Read Their Wordy Contract Very Carefully! Otherwise, they will hide some info even You Directly Consult at the Front Desk

DONT TRUST ANY STAFF, THEY WILL CHEAT YOU!.

They will admit they've cheated you, misinformed you and they won't refund you

I travel a lot. I have been to Planet fitness locations all over the country and islands. There is a new location in Long Beach, CA on Pine street. Though polite, I don't think they know the rules. The guy told me that I needed an app to work out. I always just bring my card. Then when I said I had a friend he said I needed the app to allow them to work out. Not only have I gone to many other PF locations and just signed a friend in with no problem, the same night I went to 2 other PF locations and had no trouble with us both being allowed to workout.
In additon, i called the next day and spoke to the manager. He was orginally stating all you need is your card. Then stated that if you bring a friend they need to have their licence. Then he changed his tone and stated that the additional person had to use the app because this is a franshise. Not true.
Just know that this location does not follow the friendly customer first standards that I have been accustomed to from PF normally. They did not treat me like a long standing customer. Compton and Temple City locations were exteremly nice.

Please Please Please DO NOT FALL for the oaky doke. You will NEVER be able to cancel your membership so that means it's a forceful contract. You will be forced to pay, I advise you all to never sign up nor give them your accurate card information because you will be another victim as to who's paying planet fitness business to stay open. You will see money disappear but will not know where it's going to. They actually hacks into your bank account. $25.54 was taken after I canceled my membership but it's steady taking this every month and a $10 late fee if you don't pay member or not

In New Britain, Connecticut, I signed up during a promotion in February 2023 and was told that I could cancel at any time without issue. Six months later (August), I decided to cancel, only to be told that my membership was for a minimum term that requires a $58 buy-out for premature cancellation. And because cancellation is after the 10th of the month (15th), charges for the next subscription, which is scheduled for the 17th, would still be deducted.
When I argued about what was said during the sign-up, I was told,...however, you signed the document...
Please read those paperwork and know what you are signing. They can be dishonest!

Planet Fitness manager, Jose, insisted I'm not a member and continued to harass me from 9:35 AM to 9:45AM. He was rude and made me feel abused.The location:1780 Edinger ave. Santa and, Ca.Aug11/2023.i showed photo if my membership card and phone number. Management told me to go,even though I have paid every month for years.

Crowley Planet Fitness is the worst! Make sure you read the contract. I have never had a gym membership and I worked in a different town than I lived so I didn't want a contract. I wanted a month by month and I took the worker at her word and didn't read it. Needless to say, I lost my job, tried to stop my membership and was told I signed a year contract and couldn't get out. I would have to buy myself out of it. No longer working, i couldn't afford it. So I froze the account for 4 months and then it started up again and was told it would end the next August. August came, and I saw my bank account had removed 4xs the monthly amount. When I called they said it was renewed for.a year. They would not work with me either time. They are horrible!

Great place for physical and mental health because I have everything I need. Excellent appliances, everything clean and a team of employees note 10! I would like to let you know about one of your Employee Luis is one of the best one. He is very hard worker. Very professional, very informative and always ready to help any body who need him. He is extra mile Employee, which is not easy to find in now days. Thank you Luis!and Planet Fitness to Hired someone like Luis.

I used to like planet fitness until I seen that they take out more fees than expected. Upon addressing the issue, I was told that if I didn't like it then to call corporate office. I said sure what's the number? Then another person got on the phone and told me that they didn't have the number, if I wanted the number I would have to Google it. Long story short I am on my way to go cancel my membership right now. And I have to go "in person" to do that. This is a very faulty system and I regret ever buying a membership. They have taken hundreds of dollars out of my account this year. What a scam!

Angel and the staff working at night are extremely helpful. With them it's not just about wearing a tag titled " team member", it's about being A TEAM that is proficient in making every customer welcome and seemingly hoping to build on perfection as a staff. Just a super experience in professionalism and great service to it's members.

I have been a member for over 3 months and the staff has been fantastic, shoutout to DEREK for his work, keeping the place very clean, orderly and a pleasant place to work out. The locker room is always clean with nice showers and other amenities. I bring my guests and they too have had positive things for this club. Great job

Why has it taken me over a year to cancel my membership?!? First time I "cancelled" it, I had to pay $60… months go by, decided to check my bank statements. BAM my account still showed every month " PLANET FITNESS -$25"
This is complete BS. Did it once more, same thing is happening again… now today I'm told I shouldn't of been paying $60 to cancel my account, it's "free" just need to go up there and sign a paper then it will be cancelled. Get it together! Paying for something I haven't been to in years is just completely BS
