I am a regular FCPX plugins buyer as I use video for my job (I m a content creator). I bought many great plugins from this site, and all are great with reasonable prices. I recently needed help because of some plugins that I didnt installed properly, and so I got in touch with the customer care thru mail. They react very fast and very clearly. Then I shared my screen with one of the agent so that she (Chloe) could fix the issue directly. She succeeded in no time. It was easy and I was very satisfied. If you hesitate; don't. They are the best around. No doubt about it.

I was having problems installing pro rain on to my new mac not knowing that there was an upgrade of the software. As soon as i contacted customer service they were on to the problem with in seconds. And they had upgraded me to the new software which took less than 2mn. So grateful to this company for the kindness and excellent service.

Been using Final Cut Pro for about a year and had held back for a while on buying plugins. I recently bought a few from Pixel Film Studios and they are working well. Had one issues after Apple Updated Final Cut Pro, but their live chat agent helped me fix it within a few minutes.

Pixel Film Studios makes some of the best plugins for FCP. I had my first problem installing a new plugin, and I used their chat system. My concerns quickly faded and I was all fixed within 10 minutes. Super nice support and an easy solution!

Couldn't get Karaoke plugin to work in Final Cut Pro X. Bummer. My Mac needed some tech help to get it to work. All fixed in seven minutes or less with the help of their Customer Service Chat. I had that annoying red error screen on my edit and started a convo with the support team and maaannn it felt like they literally took my mouse and fixed the issue in like under 2 min tops.

I was struggling to alter text color in the Text Overlays add-on (FUN stuff). Got on the live chat. And wow! SO helpful! Had three different spots. They helped with every one. Even sent me clear handy photos of steps to take. TOTALLY solved all my questions! SO GOOD!

I have been using PFS plugins for years. They have made my work flow significantly faster. I love the easy lower thirds as well as the customization of most of the plugins. I have 70! Only con is that with some upgrades to the Mac OS I need to reinstall a few here and there. I have not experienced any problems that some people have criticized PFS for. Their chat support is great. Very fast response with solutions to what ever problem I may have. PFS ROCKS!

I have around 12 plugins in the last 2 months awesome though I wish they would improve the installer tried downloading and it says limit reached and I didn't even get download then it says installed but can't find it in FCP. They are prompt with customer service though and most of my problems have been solved ultimately.
