I ordered a skin care product called 'Hyaluronic Acid Serum' which is supposed to be a moisturizer. It's anything But That! I researched the ingredients and found that one of them destroys collagen and another can is toxic. I tried to post my negative review but the Piping Rock site wouldn't let me post it. That explains why they have no negative reviews on their site. I'll NEVER buy anything from them again. They Control what you can see for reviews.

I checked the reviews to see if their products are legitimate and good. I have bought from them many times and not really had problems with the postage or receiving my goods This seems to be the major issue in reviews.
One time I gave them an incorrect address and it was all returned to them, I got a complete refund in the form of goods, minus their postage costs which is reasonable, they dealt with it well and communication was good.
So all in all still dont know if what I am "swallowing from Piping rock" is as good as I think it is and should I keep buying from this company.! Thats the thing about supplements you may never know if they helped.

I have used Swanson, Iherb and Vitacost and AllStarHealth. All of these guys pad the shipping to make an additional profit. That is bad business in my opinion. I live out of the country and have to have items shipped overseas. So the shipping is often a deal breaker for me. Vitacost is the absolute worst with shipping and AllstarHealth. Swanson is better now but due to their rotten International customer service they can get wrecked. I will never use them again. I have been ordering from Piping Rock for over a year. Their shipping is never padded. Their customer service is great too. You can order online or call and order. Unlike Iherb which got rid of their call center years ago. They only have chat and these people are often not willing or able to help you if you have issues. Piping Rock's products are excellent. I wish they would carry the protein shake I like because the other Piping Rock products are high quality and very seasonably priced. Lots of emails for deals and half off, etc. Love them!

It's scham. They never ship goods.
Ordered and not rec'd asked them to give proof of shipment. Dpoke thrice already 2 months... no reply...

They have highly unprofessional customer care.

Consumer Affairs Department in USA needs to investigate the practices and policies of Piping Rock. They are ripping people off. They claim to air mail shipment and yet receiving Country (Thailand in my case) shows no record of shipment. They need to be Stopped from selling Internationally.
This is a real review from someone who lives on a fixed retirement income.

I am sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Further, I could see that your order was shipped on Aug 28,2019, which you are also aware of this. The average delivery time to your country custom is 1 to 4 weeks from the shipment date.
Since we don't have any control at your country custom we inform the maximum delivery window is 10 week from the order date. Unfortunately, it is now more than 10 weeks and the order is not delivered to you, it seems like the order is missing in the transit. I can certainly understand your situation at this point of time.
As per our International policy the order which shipped via Airmail and missing in transit, we don't offer the refund.
I am really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Please accept my sincere apologies.

Totaly unsatisfied!
I ordered 2 months ago some products for my mom in Bulgaria and they have never came. I wrote severals e-mails to Piping Rock to ask what is happening and they explaned me that this:
"The local postal reference number is: UM*******US
I would like to inform you that we will also process the refund if the order is returned to our warehouse if not delivered. As the order is still in your country customs for the final delivery we will not be able to process the refund at this moment."
If Piping Rock sends packets without tracking ( there is no other option on the site for Bulgaria) and than all is lost wihtout any refound of money -they will lost all his customers!

I wish I read the reviews before placing orders! So far, all the international order issues are true... just didn't think that a company could be so blatantly unethical.

I live in Manila, Philippines. I ordered last July 18 and like an obedient (or gullible) customer, I waited for 8-10 weeks, which they said was the typical duration range for international shipments. It's been 10 weeks. Our local customs didn't receive any parcel from Piping Rock. When I informed customer service, they said that they are not responsible for lost items. In other words, I paid for products (PLUS delivery costs) that were obviously never shipped in the first place! And basing on the plethora of similar situations, it seems like there's some sort of Bermuda Triangle for Piping Rock packages that just get "lost" in transit. Guess I have to admit that I've been duped. Hope others get to read these negative reviews before getting sucked into this obvious scam!
