Very good lenses and very comfortable too. Lots of variety in the site. They have very good deals and shipment is quite quick!
This is the 4h time I was writing to pp regarding my parcel.
It has been a month since I have ordered however my parcel has not been delivered yet.
I am utmost disappointed with the delivery process and with the service itself.
The status of my parcel has not been changed since September 19th.
According to local post office the parcel did not enter the country.
Despite of several attempts to communicate with the support team and track my parcel I was asked to wait further. No help was provided from pinky paradise team at all.
I do highly regret that I have ordered from this site. I won't recommend to order from pinky paradise at all because there is no assistance given when the parcel is missing.

I ordered a pair of dolly lenses for an upcoming convention. I added my free Elamis to the basket, went to checkout, lost my net connection and the Elamis had disappeared from my basket after the payment had gone through. I messaged customer services and explained to them what had happened and they fixed the issue for me and added the Elamis I'd chosen, back into my order.
The order itself got here in under a week from Malaysia (I am in the UK) and was very securely packaged. The contents of the small package were all present and correct.

This website may use to be good but not anymore. So where do I even start?! So... when I first ordered from their website they told me I still haven't paid even though I did. I even had the receipt for my order. So I contacted them. And after few days they tell me there was some problem and will ship my order after they process it. And then comes the problem with my actual package. It's been over a month since I have ordered but I still haven't gotten my package. I emailed them multiple times... and each time they have a different excuse. So I emailed them once more before writing this review and waiting for a reply. Right now I can't even open a dispute with PayPal since it's has been too long. Oh forgot to mention one other thing, they decided to process my payment after I opened a dispute with them for the payment. Anyway, if they don't do anything I will be short of $66. I am really disappointed. If there was an option for 0 stars... that's what this company deserves.

Ive been ordering with them for years now. Their new updates on the site sucks. It keep messing up. You have to provide proof of prescription. Back before the updates you didnt have to. I do understand that they need proof but they made it too complicated filling out different things. Their website keeps messing up to. I have to apply my info over and over even though I know I put in everything correctly. Its not like its my first time ordering from them. They dont like to refund you even if its their fault. Processing is forever! However, they have quick replies. The only thing is theyre quick on blaming it on the customer so you wont be able to get a refund. Im still waiting on my contacts since August-September. Their contacts might be cheaper then most websites but its not worth the hassle and headaches. Sad story since Ive been a long time customer. I ordered once a year and ever time its more than 4 pairs. So thats it for my relationship with this website. Game over!

I tried ordering contacts in my prescription over a month ago so I could have them by a certain date. This company has been going back and forth with me with new problems with the order.
At first they refused go contact my Dr via fax or phone and my Dr does not have email. They insisted on the paper prescription from me which was a huge hassle to aquire. I finally get it and they started down this road that my contacts will be slightly different in color but noticeable enough to be obvious to others.
I told them several times I'm fine with that because I would only be wearing one at a time and to urgently send them out because delivery takes weeks and my event is approaching fast.
They finally agreed to send the "slightly" mismatched color contacts as agreed. Days go by and now they are telling me it's not a slight color difference but a hole size in the mesh of the pupil difference and it's very obvious.
I don't think this company planned to ever work on this order and was hoping to frustrate me enough to cancel the order as they already tried that at the beginning.
Now it's too late to order contacts elsewhere for my event, they screwed me over. Thanks alot for nothing.

Listen I really don't feel safe giving you my personal Info just to buy contacts. This is the only site that I know of that makes give out medical information just for cosmetic contact lenses.

We are complying with the ’Fairness to Contact Lens Consumers Act (FCLA)’ that our customer eye prescription must be verified by their licensed prescriber /optometrist, before we could sell them the prescribed/non-prescribed lenses.
The Act provides that contact lenses may be sold to consumers only in accordance with a valid prescription that is either presented to us (seller) or verified with the optometrist by the seller. To verify a prescription, the Act require us (seller) to send the prescription information we received from our customer to the optometrist for verification.
Therefore, without prescription slip we are unable to sell any lenses to our customers in USA.

I have ordered more than 10 times from them, and never had any problems. The shipping was slow, yes, but if you want to receive your orders faster, you can pay for fedex, etc so there are more options available.
I always got what i ordered. The contacts were all good, lasted a long time.
The prices are affordable.

I am a 20 year contact wearer. I was interested in colored contacts that were cheaper than the prices of my optometrist so went online & found pinky paradise 6 months ago. I entered in my new script and received contacts a week later.
Hours after wearing, my eyes starting hurting. I thought is may be allergies do continued wearing. A day later my eyes were in so much pain I saw my eye doctor.
The entire inside of my lids were cut, the contact were a basic base curve instead of script on bottle. The cut lids are called GPC. I needed drops & steroids. I will now need to purchase daily contacts since they are thinner than regular. Even going back to standard contacts from my dr is no longer possible after having severe GPC because of the scar tissue formed.
I had multiple Dr visits and now in more expensive contacts because of these.

First time I ever found Pinky Paradise I was intrigued, they have a variety of lenses among other products. For years I have been a loyal customer. I would like to rate with a ZERO. I bought 2 pair of prescribed contact lenses. My eyes have different diopters, and the difference is 0.5.
1 Pair was good, but another had some problems: actual diopters didn't fit the written ones (the right contact lense felt better on the left eye. Left, ofc, didn't help at all). I had to waste a lot of my personal time, trying to prove that I'm not an idiot and know how to use contact lenses, and know the difference between irritstion and wrong diopters. They agreed to refund (at first replace with the same lenses. But what the point if the can be deffective again?!) Only after I offered to also pay my bill for ophthalmologist, which will officially proove my words.
But it's still not the end. They're trying to refund only ONE! Contact lense, because I said that another FELT as -2.25, which I ordered, and which wasn't -2.25 at all.
So now I'm thinking about getting a lawyer.
Never deal with these greedy time wasters.

I am 26 years old and never wore contacts. I ordered these and did not know how to use them. I put them in and the paint on the lenses scratched my eyes severely. I had to see my eye doctor and get prescription drops for 1 week. I was in severe pain. Whatever you do, don't fall for this or you may go blind!

PinkyParadise had a promotion from March 9th to the 23rd for "Buy two, Get one free!" I placed an my first order on March 10th for two pairs of circle lenses and waited for the lenses. Around a month later (order #1), on their website it had advertised free shipment with "14-25 business days" in which you should expect your lens to come in. I've been purchasing on this website for around 5 years since they usually have great service, and I could understand the traffic and lag that they may have because this is usually one of their popular promotions in which a bunch of people probably were ahead of me and I didn't mind the wait. I contacted customer service and found out that during the processing of order #1 that it provided me with a fake tracking number and I couldn't even track the package. The customer service representative apologized and gave me another replacement order in the second week of April.
Well, around another month order (order #2) was lost in translation somewhere in Chicago. I contacted customer service a second time about my replacement package and he advised me to change my address because it might have to do something about my address. So, literally at this point it has been a little bit over two months. Again, the customer service representative was nice about it and gave me a second replacement order with 3-5 day FedEx shipping.
Today, May 22nd is when I received my lens that I have ordered on March 10th (TEN weeks later) and it wasn't even correct. I opened a package to two lenses and ONE sunglasses? For their promotion, 1+1=3, one could only assume it was going to be another pair of circle lenses but it turns out to be sunglasses? I've attempted to contact customer service about this misleading promotion, but no one has contacted me back yet.

If u also notice in all the "good" reviews that are posted they are nothing but asian chica pics, it's a scam! Someone in Asia is taking your money just like Nigerians do scams (unfortunately they scammed me :/ ) so save yourself the time and ur money, if you're skeptical go ahead just don't expect your $ back.

I've ordered several pairs of prescription circle lenses from Pink Paradise and I've always gotten the exact thing I ordered in the time frame that they told me. One of my lenses came ripped and after emailing them a photo of the lenses they shipped me another pair the next day free of charge. I guess some people have bad luck but I've always had a good time with them. It's super affordable and you can even check their Facebook to see what their lenses look like in real life
I was kind of skeptical about this website because every time i signed in, it would immediately sign me out if i tried to do anything, but the contacts were cheap and i found a coupon online for 50% off so i said why not. I got the contacts about a week and a half after i ordered them. Kind of itchy to wear at first but the feeling wears off after a few hours. They're really pretty and actually look like the picture, which is pretty rare. Great service. I recommend pinky paradise.
Pinky Paradise is horrible. They sent me a pair of contacts in which one was torn and absolutely REFUSED to replace ONE CONTACT. I had to pay $10 for one unit of contact even thought they were the ones who sent it to me torn. They blamed and suspected me of ripping it. NEVER BUY FROM THEM. Any normal company would have replaced the contact without hesitation.

Don't expect your money back. They'll tell you their PayPal acct isn't working. I'm still waiting on it since July 2 for an order I canceled an HR afterwards. It wasn't even processing on the weekend but they'll take a portion of the order as fee. Doesn't even matter cause I haven't seen the rest of the money back yet. Ridiculous business.
