I hv bought flower for Valentine's gift and they promised will gv a call to the recipient but it nvr happened! The recipient didn't receive the call n the flower. Then i tried to chat live with them for several times and finally someone reply but he hang up. Then i tried again, someone called karl thomson replied with lousy english n totally wrong spelling! How can someone called carl thomson, sounds as american but don't know how to type it correctly. Then he said will re delivery it and no matter whatever i said. He just said "sure we will deliver it" and it's never happened! Stop being scammer!
I ordered on Feb 8, got confirmation on the same day. Delivery supposed to be last Feb 14 but DID NOT ARRIVED. Live chat is useless, takes too long to respond and never gives straight answer. Said to email their *******@pickupflowers.com but no one is replying. This is clearly a SCAM.
This company is a scam? My delivery was never made and they wont respond to any inquiries. They charged my card and promised delivery by VD. No delivery was made. I never received any type of status, and now they wont respond to any inquiries. Why is the company not being investigated.
I ordered on February 9 and received a confirmation on February 10 that my flowers would be delivered on February 14. On February 11th they stated that they could only deliver 6 roses instead of 18 due to high prices. I told them I didn't care how much they had to pay, I expected them to deliver the agreed upon product. They didn't deliver anything. I plan on calling my credit card company and reversing the charge.
These people send a confirmation email, then call literally 27 times for some bogus reason that "there was an issue with my payment" even though i can clearly see the payment had already gone through. Add to that, that I asked for a delivery on February 14th, and the order never arrived. I actually had to purchase flowers elsewhere, because these irresponsible scammers did nothing for me. I am requesting a refund and the person on the phlne only says "yes you will get your money back" but has absolutely no idea about anything regarding this website.
DO NOT purchase from these people!

All I can say is Pickup Flowers is a sad excuse for a company. Even after not delivering my flowers, and not being able to contact them, they sent an email saying the flowers were delivered, that never happened.
From some other past experiences I called my bank ( Chase Bank), they refunded my money in 24 hours. This was a business account. Thank You, Chase, that's service.
After placing my order... i went to see the reviews and was horrified on the reviews thinking the worst was coming... low and behold... 7,000 miles away... my fiance in Hong Kong received her roses on Valentines Day and on time... not only did it put a smile on her face... but it also got to tell her no matter how far I am how much i love her... high- five pick-up flowers... thank you..
I thought my wife would not receive it anymore, as I have google the reviews, it showed majority of there customer had a bad experienced. I contacted the customer service, and got no responsed. Until my wife sent a photo on Facebook messenger showing a flowers that I bought from pickup flowers dot com. So happy that they put a huge smile on my wife's heart. Thank you PickupFlowers.com
I ordered flowers for valentines day on the 10th of february. On the 12th I got a call saying they want more money! I did not have anywhere else to order from for the 14th so i was pressured to pay! Dont know if they will deliver even. Fraudulent site. Avoid at all costs! They live off peoples emotions! Disgusting
Flowers never delivered, customer service sooooooooooo bad, no response for live chat, all around bad bad bad bad, customer service say so sorry,, not good at all I paid a lot of money for flowers to be delivered for V day and nothing. Want to deliver the 18th when was spose to be delivered 9th or 10th of Feb. Soooooo bad never will I use this service again, I would rate a 0 star if had.
They have hidden charges like 15usd before they deliver your flower or gift and they will let you know that on the day of your order so you are pressured to pay. I didn't pay instead I brought another flowers to other supplier paid a bit more but they deliver and no hidden charges!
Worst experience. They didnt deliver my order. Dont order this site This is scam. I ordered feb 4 until now nothing happened. I chatted the customer service they are very unproffesional. I also called them they just said promises but they didnt do it their promise. Almost 10 days past my God. And also they have hidden charge
Am so disppointed with this site. I place an order for my mom'S BIRTHDAY but they get the money without delivering the flower. And they have never refunded. Totally useless and disapppointing. No less a scam!
For two days at chat support all they can say is:"Dear customer please give us a day time, if we cannot deliver the order today we cancel the order and will refund the issure",
And nothing happens, we have to raise awareness for this site, we to do something so that they can't aggravate more people, not the worth of the money, total scam

I wish there was an option to rate less than 1. So placed an order#******* on feb 4th here and never got a confirmation email. Called on feb 5th to see what's going on and the guy (Completely unprofessional) said we are going to deliver less flowers and chocolates instead cake. I was like why did you let me order then and even if you did you should have contacted me with that info. Today feb 6th on the delivery date, nothing got delivered. I will surprised if someone actually reads this review as I was calling the helpdesk this morning and no one picked up. Worst experience ever. I was very reluctant on using sites to send gifts to India and now I know why.
I made an order for my mothers 60th bday and the order failed to deliver. After getting in touch with the live chat customer service after there reassurance i waited one more day after her bday for it to be delivered. The reason i was told was the supplier didnt have any delivery boys on that day and they had the flowers and cake sitting on there location to be delivered.
Again the order wasnt delivered the next day and they didnt even give me a reason for failure. I have cancelled my order now and waiting for my refund.
The service here customer is looking for is delivery on time on important occasions and this website FAILS to provide it. Please dont make any orders from this website without reading the reviews (my bad). I wish i could give a 0 rating.

Pitiful customer service... lost flowers twice. After the first time, they said they would include a few other flowers, but that never came. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered my flowers and they were supposed to be delivered on Dec. 22nd. That day passed and they had not been delivered. Well I then emailed them with no response... twice! I tried to chat with no response either. Oh and I forgot but the first thing to happen was I got an email saying I needed to pay, when in my banking account the transaction was already pending. I wanted it to be a surprise, but I had to spoil it for my girlfriend and let her know I had ordered her something and it had not gotten to her. Well eventually it was delivered and she told me the flowers had already started to darken. Overall, just a horrible experience and to this day I still have not received any email back. I had ordered from here before, but I'm done with a company that treats their customers that way. No more of my business!
